With this being a cash purchase, the whole process went extremely well. Max was patient, transparent with the transaction particulars, and knowledgeable about the vehicle, leaving me comfortable in making such a large purchase of a vehicle make I have wanted since I was a teenager. Now having recently retired, it was long overdue and with the encouragement of my wife, we now have a sports car to venture out on weekends in. My family and I recently visited this dealership to purchase a Tahoe RST. We spent several hours working with the sales team and believed we had successfully negotiated a deal that fit our budget. Throughout the process, I repeatedly emphasized that our monthly payment was the most important factor and asked multiple times for confirmation that we were within our agreed-upon budget. Based on those assurances, we emptied our trade-in vehicle, removed our license plates, and authorized a credit inquiry. Unfortunately, once we entered the finance office, we learned that the actual payment was approximately $150 per month higher than what had been agreed upon. We were then told that the salesperson had miscalculated both the payment and the required down payment. While the salesperson apologized, there was no meaningful effort to honor the numbers we were given or find a reasonable solution. The manager never checked on us while we were leaving, never called to follow up etc. What made the experience even more frustrating was that our concerns about staying within budget were repeatedly minimized during the process. We were told that extending the loan term would solve the issue and heard comments suggesting that "$20 here" or "$50 there" wasn't a big deal. For many families, including ours, every dollar matters. In the end, we walked away from the deal feeling that our time had been wasted, our credit had been affected unnecessarily, and our family's financial concerns had not been taken seriously. Buying a vehicle is a major decision, and we expected honesty, accuracy, and transparency. Instead, we left feeling like just another sales opportunity rather than valued customers. This was an extremely disappointing and embarrassing experience to go through with my family. It would drive fine and then suddenly the brakes would engage on their own--a serious safety hazard. We took it to the dealer, but at first, they couldn't even find the problem. We asked for a loaner vehicle similar in size to the Tahoe, but they gave us a Malibu instead. Then, for six months, they kept giving us the same apology, saying the part hadn't been delivered. After six months of this, we were understandably frustrated, but they started treating us like we were the problematic ones. GM Chevy also brushed it off, telling us the delayed part delivery wasn't their problem and showed no remorse whatsoever. Even worse, the dealer began acting like we were difficult customers. So I decided to start documenting everything and emailing the dealership and GM to keep a record. And lo and behold--six months of no updates, and suddenly after my emails, they claimed the part had arrived. About a week later, they told us to come pick up the car. Still skeptical, I went to the dealership and asked for a record of the purchase so I could talk to a lawyer. The Financial Department wouldn't even meet with us. Instead, they sent some clueless junior employee who smirked at us and handed over a USB, saying it contained all the files. When we got home, we checked--and it was completely empty. How could the car go six months without a fix because a part wasn't available? It's 2025, and they're clearly still producing Tahoes, so it's hard to believe parts would be unavailable. Honestly, it felt like they intentionally waited out the warranty period before returning the vehicle. When we explained how much inconvenience this caused my parents, they treated me like a nuisance and acted like they were getting petty revenge. I will make sure everyone I know hears about how cheap and disgraceful this place is. I wouldn't say the best deal in the world. They low ball trade-ins and charge $1000 over list for new cars, and in my case the wait was 13 months so why did I pay extra? My brother got his in 3 months after ordering and paid list. He had a fun drive back from Kentucky. The car comes with a complementary first oil change and first transmission filter change. When I was at the checkout, I reviewed the bill and noted that only the oil was changed. The were all confused and thought I brought it in for an oil change but they knew enough not to charge for the oil change . (They flat forgot to do the transmission filter) Remember, the first oil change and transmission filter change is standard for the Vette at 7,000 milles. After reminding them, and them in theory changing the tranny filter, I got my car back with black grease on the red seat, and the maintenance gauge for the transmission filter reading the same as when I brought it in, and wondering if they did anything with the filter or if they also forgot screws etc. I reset the transmission filter age gauge myself. Not confident in their service. The service rep asked me a couple of times to give them a glowing review in the GM survey. The service reps are nice enough, polite and attentive. The best I could do, all things considered, was not respond to GM's service survey request. read more

Never have I ever experienced such a degree of dishonesty with a car dealership. My husband and I traveled over 2 hours to Bonmin to look at a 2025 Chevrolet Silverado 1500 Trail Boss that was advertised on the Bonmin website for $40,394. We had researched in advance, and knew that GM Financial was offering 0.9% APR for 60 months on this particular model, and between the financing and the price, it was just a matter of figuring out trade in value, and we thought we'd have a deal. I had corresponded with Alan, a sales rep, for WEEKS prior to my visit; during those weeks, he hadn't given me much information (I'd done research on my own), but he had continued to try to schedule a test drive with me. We finally had time to come by one evening, and I texted him (as instructed) to let him know we were on the way. Upon arrival, Alan clearly had NO recollection of our correspondence...which is fine, I understand he talks to a lot of prospective customers. We began to look at the truck, and I commented on the running boards. At this point, he notifies me that these running boards are an added accessory that at just over $2,000, are a great addition to the vehicle. He goes on to explain that accessories are often added to vehicles upon their arrival at the dealership, and that as a high volume dealership, they simply don't have time to update the pricing online, but "there is a disclaimer that disclaims" the features may vary. Funny, because they had "time" to add the running boards and re-print the window sticker, but not to update the online listing that lures people to their lot in the first place. Not only that, but when I asked him for clarity on what the price of this vehicle was in it's current state, with added accessories, he could not give me a straight answer. It was "well, the original MSRP is $55,xxx, and then with the Bonmin discount" and blah blah blah...I asked pointedly several times in several ways, "What is the actual price tag on this vehicle?" "How much do I need to pay you to take this home?" And still, no straight answer. At this point, I told Alan that I was furious that we had driven so far for a vehicle SPECIFICALLY due to the advertised price, when that vehicle did not EXIST with the advertised price and options; had I known the ending price would have been more than $2,000 higher than shown, I would've gone to my local dealership, where the prices were seemingly higher, but with accurate information advertised. Alan urged me to sit down and look at the numbers, and so I did. He thought that they could possibly give me enough on the trade in to offset the accessories. In the end, their offer on our trade in was reasonable, but not good enough to offset the several thousand dollar price difference between website and reality (website price $40,394, actual price upwards of $43k). I stressed to Alan that if they would simply sell us the truck for the price they had advertised online, we would have a deal. After he left the desk to have several conversations with the sales manager, I realized that wasn't going to happen, and I asked for the keys to our vehicle back, and we left. Then, a few days later, I get a follow up call from Alan. I asked him if he was calling to let me know that they are willing to honor their advertised price (by the way, 4 days after our visit to the dealership, I guess they still haven't "had time" to update the price online, because it's still inaccurate). He says, "oh you were looking at the LT Trail Boss for $60k, right?" No Alan...no I was not. I asked again if they were willing to honor their advertised price, and he went into his standard script about the feature availability disclosure. I asked him to please break from the script and speak to me like a human, which he was unable to do. I finally told him to call me back only if they decide to honor their advertised price, and I'd buy the truck. We just got a new car here and we do love the vehicle so no issues there, however what brought us in to begin with was the "dealership discount" all of which was easily made back and more with all the hidden fees. Upon entering. You're greeted. The car lot was almost a ghost town since the car market is way down in 2024. No one is really buying a car. After discussing numbers on the phone with the dealership I decided to drop by. After getting inside and sitting down. One red flag was instantly presented to which the dealership asks for your license. This is done to do what's known as a "soft check" on you utilizing various computer databases to determine various factors such as Income levels and others. I already knew this and promptly declined. Sadly they tried other ways utilizing different terminology worded differently. A very old trick. lol. , Declined again to provide. I was just there to get BETTER numbers IN-PERSON. If the numbers were good I would buy a car today. After they presented a quote. It had tons of USELESS FEES such as $1k doc fees "worded as -processing fees- to circumvent various laws" as well as paint protection and other stuff. Upon telling them I didn't want any of the paint protection or anything. They said it's already installed. I then said well have a good day. They then proceeded to scratch that off of the quote. lol. The tires listed on the quote had nitrogen in them to which is a KNOWN SCAM by car dealers. Dealerships charging customers almost $1k-$2k for nitrogen air in tires to which you can usually get at Costco for FREE. Upon negotiating on the car price. I notified them. NO ONE pays STICKER PRICE in 2024. The car market is way down and there's a MASSIVE AMOUNT of inventory OVERFLOWING car lots. Also given the fact the car I was looking at was a Chevy Bolt which is an EV to which the EV market is more down then the gas car market due to the lack of very low demand since the infrastructure is not there yet. They refuse to budge on their price by a few dollars. After researching the data on carfax which shows how long the car has been on the lot which was now a few months going into almost the year mark. I promptly said "well have a good day" to which they started bringing their numbers down some. So I sat back down. I then said let's go see the car for visual inspection. Whenever you're inspecting a car before purchase in person. Always check the tires. Signs of repainting. Signs of exterior and interior damage or replacement of parts. Open all the car doors and check for noises which would indicate frame damage and also open the hood to inspect the mechanical parts as well. Also Always feel the carpet and make sure it's not damp or smells like water which would usually indicate in-person a FLOOD VEHICLE. Check rims for rim damage which would usually indicate someone hit a curb with the car which may result in steering problems in the future. Lastly when test driving a car. DO NOT PLAY THE RADIO. Listen for noises during driving such as turning as well as overall driving. Make sure to verify temperature levels as well during test drives to make sure the vehicle is not overheating and when the vehicle is PARKED. Turn the steering wheel fully to the left and listen for axle noise and fully to the right to listen for axle noise. Test all electrical components of the car including the radio when PARKED. Whenever I buy a car since I purchased so many in my time. I want numbers before driving to which at this dealership was not good so I didn't even waste time test driving the car after inspection of it. After sitting down for more price negotiation. After about five mins and seeing they were really just MOVING the numbers around which means say if the car is listed as $20k and fees are $2k. The car price goes down and the fees go up. Which is the SAME OUTCOME but worded differently. A lot of people don't catch this. But I always go LINE BY LINE to detect "improper math". ,I then said I might can do a deal if they INCLUDE free fast charging and they come down on the REAL numbers then we might could do a deal. The sales guy proceeded to say VERY LOUDLY "Look. I'm not giving you nothing." Which I could tell by the tone of his voice. He was mad since he assumes most people that come in the dealership aren't this knowledgeable. Then he proceeds to ask "am I married" to which I thought was weird to which I replied YES just to see what he would say next. He then proceeded to say "I bet you're not" as an insult somewhat. At this point I definitely said. Well have a good day and stood up. I presented a handshake to which he declined and decided to further insult me saying verbally "I don't wanna shake your hand. I don't know what you have". At this point I just left and decided to NEVER EVER RETURN to this dealership. This has to be one of the lowest class dealerships I've ever seen besides Sport Chevy in Silver Spring. If you come here and you know anything and I mean anything about cars. If you call and Oscar picks up, hang up. I was literally told by his coworker in person the day of dropping off my vehicle off for service about Oscar being THE worst one to deal with and boy do I wish he was lying. He is the absolute worst person to deal with and get a hold of for updates. He will lie to you over and over again. If he says something, make sure it's in writing because he will not honor it. They will hold your vehicle with no estimated time of completion because they can't train anyone to fix anything. The absolute worst customer service. My transmission when out at 50k while still in warranty. It's a 95k truck, no loaner, no rental given at any point. No returned calls much less calls from the service dept. They didn't return Chevolet Corporate calls either. After 5 months and involving Chevolet Corporate the transmission is fixed. That's after my valve body arrived it took 6 weeks to install it. My belief is they took my part and installed it in another vehicle. I also complained about oil pressure issue which they said they could not duplicate. Five yes 5 days after I picked it up Oil Pressure Issue sent me via tow truck to Country Chevolet. Their newest truck adds claims to drop $10,500 off MSRP so your final taxable price is/should be after the discounted amount.."They do not like to give quotes", the reason why is; the DOC fee will be inflated above the state max to $999 and they will attempt to charge you a $2600 destination fee (double charging) at the table even when the original MSRP has this fee included on the sticker. So they add another several thousand on to the cost of the "advertised price"..After this I tried to figure out how the tax was calculated and could not in any calculation determine how they arrived at it unless they wanted to pocket another $1K or so...No wonder they don't like to give quotes: because anyone with a brain in their head will see they are a "Bait and switch" Dealership and will never arrive and if so will/should run away...How do they sell anything; People are not knowledgeable or don't care I guess.. read more

Prices are great until they add an additional 3k to the price, 2k for a warranty and 999 for a "digital processing fee". Their pre-owned system is a hack. They offer a warranty that you end up paying for, tacking another 2k on to the price of the vehicle. The pre-owned vehicle I chose wasnt ready for sale, the vehicle was out of alignment, rear brakes were shot. Used car salesman: I'll reach out to you to set an appointment: meaning no I had to do it myself. Asked for a loaner, "I'll get back to you", never got back to me. I brought it back, uber'd to Hertz (shuttle doesnt run til 9am, they open at 7am, TF?) rented my own vehicle, service took a week to fix it. Back to the hack warranty, after reading the fine print in the extended warranty, the coverage starts the night you buy the vehicle. Reading that, I emailed the team letting them know I needed to be refunded, instead I get the run around, "it's what everyone pays", "its for the second key, floor mats and detail of the car"... I have the emails. In response I gave in, chose rather to let you know to take your business elsewhere. These folks are hacks. On the loan side, get ready to have about 5-6 hard inquiries on your credit. I've bought quite a few pre-owned vehicles before, this is the worst, most complicated experiece I have had. I live over 2.5 hours away so I negotiated over the phone and text. We agreed on a price for the vehicle that included them installing side steps ( on a $75000 truck). After driving my family all the way there we quickly realized what type of salesman he is. Once we sat down he showed us the agreed upon price then added $1400 for the steps and $400 for wheel locks. Of course we told him that was not the deal and he quickly walked us to the door as I began to get loud. You can tell just by his demeanor and attitude that this was common practice for him. Never buy a car from Bomnin! In 2021 we bought a 2016 Buick Encore. Beforehand we looked at the car history and saw a history of A/C issues. When we went to look at the car we asked about it. We were assured the entire car was checked out and the A/C was fine. It wasn't. The refrigerant leaked from the start and within the year we ended up replacing a cracked condenser for ~$1100. Now we have a battery that is failing and still under the warranty period, they refuse to warranty the battery because we didn't buy the battery separately. This was after I called and the parts department told me they would replace it under warranty, then the service department refused. I guess they just looked to get me to come down there so they could sell me a new battery. Lying salesmen, warranty refusal, and a manager that doesn't give a damn about clients. horrible service from the "manager" the salesman i got was a great young man. i have no complaints from him. but the "manager" was a rude guy whom offered no help at all. i was there on Thursday trying to trade in my car. he straight forward said i had no options and said my car wasn't worth more than $3,500 and had had an accident and we just walked away. i went on Sunday to the Lindsay Chevrolet on Woodbridge where we got a 2025 Traverse. traded my "worthless car" for $11,000 . BUYERS BEWARE if I could do NEGATIVE 10,000 or ZERO stars I would!!!! This is the WORSE car purchase experience I have ever encountered. These people will do ANYTHING to sell a vehicle! I recently bought a SUV from them and by the second day the SOS was malfunctioning, display was black (nothing working), temperature controls weren't working, etc. on the vehicle. My father took it back the dealership the following Sunday and dropped it off to their service center. A week went by and I hadn't heard anything so I called Lamen and Aladdin (sales associates who sold me the vehicle) for a status. After two days of their phones mysteriously hanging up when I called and other people answering saying "Oh they're busy" I finally got through. Lamen told me I could come get my vehicle because it was done. When I got there Lamen told me the service center couldn't find anything wrong with my vehicle which was strange because everything was mysteriously back working. Long story short the same thing kept happening and when I called back I was told "It's not their fault, the car was mine, and it's nothing they can do". So, I decided to go get an official diagnosis with hopes that they would help, if I show them what the actual Manufacture (BMW) found. NOPE NOT AT ALL! The diagnosis totaled an amount of $10,702 worth of vehicle damages. I was told by the service technician at BMW that based on the diagnosis it's NO WAY I did this to my vehicle. My shark fin cover was not glued down properly which made water leak into my roof that ruined my TCB module. That was the reason NOTHING was working in the vehicle. My engine oil pan needs to be resealed along with a plethora of other things. I called the Manager today and instead of him being willing to help he basically called me and my father liars and hung up the phone. Before he rudely hung up, I called him out on his bs. I asked if they did a full diagnosis before they sold the vehicle to me. His answer was, "Yes they did an emissions and inspection." I said, "That is not a diagnosis!" He told me, "It's nothing I can do bc there was no record your father bought the truck back here." I said, "Oh so that means your service center never looked at it in the first place. Your sales man lied to my face. Also, if my father never dropped it off, who's truck did I drive away in then?? What if this happened to your mother, daughter, or sister? Wouldn't you want someone to help them?" He then said, "Ok ma'am" and then thats when he HUNG THE PHONE UP!!! Now I am stuck with a $10k+ repair bill! Better sales personnel that know what they are doing and don't lie about things getting done on time and also their service department is really slow I work as a technician at a different dealership and it only takes one hour tops to program a key and they promised my key cut and programmed in one hour and it took them 3.5 hrs from then they took my keys and information to when I called management to investigate and found my car just sitting in the lot so I asked for my keys and left... These guys are deceptive in their advertising. I offered to buy a Silverado ZR2 at their advertised price, they agreed, and we started the process. They then added in a 'Destination Fee.' Here is how they deceive: The MSRP advertised equals: Standard Price + Options + Vehicle Destination Fee. For the Truck I wanted, they offered a discount off of that MSRP (which already included the Destination Fee). When it came time to calculate final out the door price they slipped the Destination Fee in--that was ALREADY in the price. Their explanation (from both sales guys Sam and Alladin), "all the dealerships do this." This seems to be a well-rehearsed scam. Bomnin had my Tahoe for transmission repair under warranty. They kept the car for weeks without any proactive updates. After many phone calls, voicemails and visits, I was finally able to pick up the car on the 20th in the evening (though I'd explained that I needed it back for a road trip that morning). Bomnin threw in a safety inspection, which I appreciated, and Abel (our service advisor) assured me that the transmission was repaired and the car was safe to drive my 4 children in for our road trip. One week later, we found ourselves in "transmission failure" along the side of the highway in rural South Carolina on a Sunday. Our only option was to smush in a tow truck in shifts, without seatbelts. Half of my family waited along the side of the highway for over an hour. Bomnin obviously did not perform the repair work they billed for and have not responded to my request that they make this right. 2 weeks tried to buy a 2016 z06 corvette stock #600012A from one of their sales reps LH. They wanted $56k and I offered $54k and they rejected. OK no problem. Noticed yesterday they dropped the price to $54500 and so contacted them if they wanted to reconsider since we are only $500 apart. I was advised by LH again NO as they are now raising price to $62k. I bought a 2015 Silverado in September of 2022. Had the truck just a little bit over a year now. Truck has a crack in the windshield, didn't notice it when I bought it cause the truck was dirty. They cleaned it up and I took the truck home in the dark. Noticed the crack and hit up my salesman Chris about it the next day . He said bring it in a certain day and they'll look at it. They didn't replace it because it wasn't in the" line of sight" but mind you I just spent 30+ thousand dollars with them. In the first few months of ownership The High Pressure Fuel Pump and Catalytic Converters were replaced. A few months after that was experiencing electrical issues which caused me to spend 700 to fix the battery cables. I have the oil changed regularly at 3k miles. Had the transmission flushed in November of 2023. Roughly 5,000 dollars in maintenance alone. All Chevrolet Dealership work. No third party mechanics have ever touched my truck. Fast Forward to Dec 4th 2023. I drop my truck off to a local dealership.Noticed a Real bad vibration around 60mph. To find out the Torque Converter went out and with that being said.... The transmission needed to be replaced. Told the Service writer at the dealership it was at that I had extended warranty on the powertrain. Just to Find Out you can't get it serviced anywhere else but the place I bought it from which was Bomnin Chevrolet in Manassas.The place the truck was at had the transmission in stock and was ready to put it in. All the warranty company said was to have Bomnin Chevrolet Call them to release the vehicle to the other dealership so they could fix it. The car sales manager at Bomnin Chevrolet even said "We don't tell you that you have to bring it back to us when you buy the warranty". Got it towed back to the dealership and they submitted a claim to the warranty company. Said it was going to take 4 days to get the transmission in and a day to put it in/ The claim was denied due to " lack of service" on the truck. I put over 5,000 dollars in this vehicle plus the 3,000+ for the extended warranty just for them to say they aren't going to cover it. I was not offered a loaner car either after my truck has been down for 10+ days. I bought the warranty so I wouldn't have to deal with situations like this but here I am, no truck and a warranty I bought that I can't use. I've spent 620 bucks for a rental car for 2 weeks and my truck is still not fixed and by the looks of it I'm going to have to extend my rental another week. To make things worse. I'VE HAD TO REACH OUT EVERY SINGLE TIME to this dealership. Not one phone call about an update or anything related about my truck was made to me. I normally don't do reviews however, this dealership beat them all and gets an award for the "Worst Service Department" EVER. I've been driving for 50 years and bought many cars. This review is specifically talking about Sales & Service Department. To start, I purchase a brand new truck ($100k), items were added to the sticker price and not even installed, the truck was not even clean. The worst part is the service department. My two front tires had to be replaced. It is still not finished since I purchased the truck in July, and I've been there more than a dozen times. They lie, make up stories, have you come with an appointment and do not fix the issue, don't test drive your vehicle, tell you "come back if not fixed" really? they don't provide loaners and could not care less. Took my dad's Silverado into the service and when we come back to pick it up we go to costco and one wheel came off, we were lucky we didn't go in 66 right away if the wheel came off in 66 we would've been in real trouble, i just don't understand how they could mess this up. never coming back again to this service it's been terrible, my mom was supposed to pick it up but my dad did instead, if she picked it up something terrible could've happened to my sisters and mom if she went into 66. they put our lives in danger and we are pissed about it, we got lucky. read more

Muhammad was great. He was helpful and informative and answered all okie many questions. They play a certain number of car dealership games but were largely straight forward and honest. They did not hard sell us on extras or driving us into their financing. Finishing the deal took more time than we wanted due to some glitch in the system but overall it was pretty simple. read more

Took my truck in for a trade in and they appraised it for well under the market value. The truck is well under the 100k miles never been in an accident. Then the Finance manager Albert told me that they don't give out buyers orders at the dealership. Seriously what legit dealership doesn't give buyers orders. After hearing that the sales manager gives me a print out with the numbers but still wasn't an official buyers order. Just like the rest of the reviews said this dealership is TRASH. read more
