Was in the shopping center for a different reason, and the name caught my eye. Decided to give this spot a try, and happy I did. It was really delicious and they had many options and different ways to customize the drinks such as milk and fillings. It was really refreshing, and a good size too. The spot also had tables and chairs inside, and I noticed some games, so might be a nice little spot to hang with friends.

A good spot for fun drinks :) The staff is always very friendly and drinks come out quickly as well. We had the Banana Matcha Royale and the Strawberry Colada. The banana flavor is natural and subtle which I really enjoyed but I thought the matcha could be stronger. The strawberry colada is a great piña colada flavored drink. Averagely priced and good parking lot. Lobby area could use some attention as some of the tables were sticky and there was some trash on the floor, but overall a nice spot.

This shop is super cute and the drinks look even cuter. I did ask for suggestions and I was told to add strawberry and boba to my matcha drink. The drink wasn't very good unfortunately :/ I also felt like I was just given a suggestion not in a genuine way but in a way where the cashier wanted to get me to just finish my order. My husband ordered a Thai tea and it was okay. To be honest, I don't think I'd come back but it was a good stop to have a sweet treat in the moment.

Really nice and cute Boba shop with lots of choices for drinks and some desserts. The staff was very friendly and my drink is delicious. I got the coconut coffee with Boba. There was seating inside and a little bit outside.

The drink is good, a little too much ice, service is fast since not many people here, and ambiance is like a teashop with some selection of board games, good place to chill!

Been here several times and they never disappoint. Staff is always fairly friendly, service is quick, and the place is always clean. I love that everytime I've ordered something, there's no question what the flavor is. I don't want a "strawberry matcha" to have a whisper of strawberry. I want bold flavors. My favorites tend to be the seasonal drinks (the peach was so friggin tasty) and current favorite is the Starlight Sesame. It's nutty and sweet. I almost always order 75% sugar as all their items are way too sweet for me. Have run across a couple that needed 50%. I don't enjoy boba so I can't speak on if it's any good. Parking is a breeze as it's in a huge parking lot. You want a consistently really good milk tea, this is your place!

This is a franchise that I don't visit often as there aren't many in the 626 and the only time I've visited was my overly sweet (even with adjustments) visit to the location in NorCal. This was the closest boba place in Porter Ranch where I was visiting without going into a different city/area. There was a good number of customers there and all tables were taken. Make sense as it's one of the few boba places here. They have an app where you can order ahead of time and pick up but from ordering to pick up, it didn't take that long for my order. Unfortunately, the slush type drinks have no option for sweetness adjustment, understandable. I got the Lychee on Lychee which is a black tea topped with lychee jelly. I got this at half sweet. Generally what this does is reduce the sweetness of the drink and enhance the taste of the tea, but instead this just made the drink more watered down and bland. The only thing that gave flavor to it was the lychee jelly that was included. Just like my NorCal experience, this wasn't that great and this was my second time giving them a chance. At the very least the decor is cute.

It was my first time trying this place and I was very exited to try! I got the house milk tea boba( my go to) with 75% sweetness and light ice. I have to say it tasted a little watered down and the boba wasn't the best but I did enjoy the strong flavor of the tea that was coming thru. It was still delicious for what I needed in that moment. The place looked very clean and inviting and the service was very nice and pleasant.

Modern, bright and cozy boba spot in Porter Ranch. On a boba date with my niece. We enjoyed our visit. Nice seating. She got a mango smoothie with strawberry popping boba and I got my usual Jasmine milk tea boba. My drink was ok. My niece loved her drink. She gave ot a 4.5. Not many snacks available for purchase. We split a bag of chips. Very limited sweet baked items. A few macaroons in the display case. Nathan helped us and he was very patient with my niece ordering her drink. He even showed her options she asked about on their menu. Note: really like the eco-friendly bamboo boba straws vs. Plastic. Parking in strip mall type area. Super clean bathroom. Prices were $ pretty consistent with other spots. Plan on returning again when in the area.

Great boba along with great service! James helped us out today & he was super kind & helpful. I really appreciated all the recommendations he gave us which all turned out to be super yummy! Today we went with the dirty ube & the ladybug. The dirty ube was easily my favorite! I highly recommend this drink especially if you're a coffee lover. I'd say this one is the perfect balance of sweet & creamy while still getting that good coffee flavor in. The ladybug was another hit & super refreshing I liked that this drink wasn't overly sweet. The store itself is very well kept & offers indoor seating. This location is easy to find with plenty of open parking. Make sure to download the app for all of their deals & points! Overall, great experience I look forward to returning.

I went to teaspoon to try there banana matcha because I love matcha. Surprisingly, it wasn't terrible. It's very sweet if you ask me and they made it really fast. A while ago I had taro boba too but I didn't like it too much. It's worth giving it a try though.

    Iced Creamy Jasmine

Teapsoon is a nice little boba shop in Porter Ranch, and their drinks at 25% - 50% sweet are perfect for the "light" kind of sweet toothed individuals. Their creamy jasmine was tasty, and the general ambiance is fairly relaxed. Wi-fi is readily available, and they also a community board where you may find services from the local community. While parking is plentiful, drink customizations aren't as much. One con of Teaspoon is that some drinks are not customizable, specifically in sweetness. If memory serves right, their Thai and Taro as well as a large handful of other drinks cannot be customized for sweetness. If you're in for a "lightly" sweet drink, your options will be fairly limited.

Great spot for a refreshing lemonade or a tasty boba drink. Very clean design, friendly customer service and the drinks are excellent. My favorite is a Matcha Royale with the addition of strawberries and boba. Today though, I went for something lighter and more refreshing and the Lychee on Lychee drink with 50% sugar did the trick. Deliciousness in every sip. Will definitely come back for more!

Parking was easy to find, they have a lot and there are several surrounding free parking lots. The cafe inside was clean and well designed with several tables - by the time we got out drinks, a table had cleared up and we sat down. We ordered the matcha einspanner and the hojicha einspanner. The matcha was high quality, very rich and strong. The cream added a nice sweetness, but it wasn't overall sweet or bitter either. I love hojicha and always recommend it as an alternative to matcha or coffee at cafes. The hojicha here was chocolatey and smooth, absolutely amazing! Very well balanced and well made drinks - and they are absolutely photogenic as well ;) Highly recommend!

They have a small and limited parking lot behind the coffee shop as well as some street parking open on Reseda and Dearborn. There's a Trader Joe's and Chili's across the street with more parking as well and I have parked behind Dave's Hot Chicken and the Habit and there is always space there. Ambiance: This coffee shop is quaint and feels a little cramped when you finally get inside and through the line. There is a counter top with some chairs as well as one couch and desk where one can study although, I personally never would. It's clean and bright with a minimalistic vibe inside. With it being cramped, you basically just get in, order, and get out. It's rare to find seating inside and it can feel overwhelming just sitting there trying to enjoy your drink with so many people around. Drinks: We've been there multiple times and you can always expect the same- mid, slightly overpriced, oh- getting some post purchase clarity. But it's the type of slightly regretful decision we continue to make every time. We've gotten the matcha einspanner on several occasions, vanilla iced latte, caramel latte, and the most disgusting Americano known to man. Whether you get the dark or light roast Americano, you will not run away from the burnt and bitter flavor. Service: The line moves quickly, they take your order and get you in and out without a long wait. They also offer stamp cards, buy 10 get the 11th free. What a steal! Gimme 10 more! Overall: All this to say, it's oddly grown to be a valley staple, and represents some bordering LA values- overpriced, overhyped, but for some reason addicting in the fact you always seem to go back. I would say 3.5 but it doesn't allow it, so I'm feeling generous today.

Don't get me started on how nice the place feels and looks inside. Like a lot of people described, it is super cozy and welcoming. They have a big mirror near the entrance you can take pictures with your friends at, and as a girl, I looove it haha. There's two levels, like a loft area you can chill at if you like towering over all the other customers. I love high places so that's my favorite spot to chill. The store itself is very well themed and the decore is pretty cool. Service was even better. The good looking guy with curly hair (I think his name is Luis) who serves me on occasion is always so sweet and polite, great customer service skills. Too bad for me he has a gf, but we looove a loyal king who loves his girl! The other employees are great too btw everyone has a great attitude every time I've been, they handle the stress of the rushes well and are easy to relate to. Clearly Yellowhouse has employees who know what they're doing with being not only efficient, but delivering quality drinks and service. Great all around, 10/10 would recommend.

Ambiance: The exterior of the building almost plants the idea that the cafe will be small, but once entering the building you get a different feeling. The interior is spacious even having 2 stories. The interior exudes a calm, cozy, minimalistic feel. It really does feel like you are walking into a warm inviting yellow home, albeit a little loud and busy. Drinks: We have gotten the tiramisu iced latte, creme brulee matcha, Earl grey Matcha, and Strawberry matcha, and sea salt caramel americano. There is ample space to sit and enjoy your drink. I'd even say it's a good spot to study as it is spacious and does not get too loud. Drinks/food: We've tried the Iced Ube Matcha latte, Iced sea salt latte, Iced Ube Latte, as well as the Ube truffles. I love the ube flavor and it pairs perfectly with their matcha. They don't use the highest quality matcha but the ube flavor carries and still provides a nice tasty drink. They are soft and chewy and just the perfect bite. The friendly service and relaxed atmosphere is a calm choice for a new casual cafe stop, particularly if you are there for their ube specialties.
