Before she started, I clearly explained that I did not want my eyebrows rounded and that I prefer a defined arch. She finished in less than 4 minutes and did not follow my instructions. She made my eyebrows round, which is exactly what I asked her not to do. I had waited an entire month for my eyebrows to grow so they could have a nice shape, and now the shape is ruined. It was very frustrating because I feel she did not listen to what I wanted. I hope the management improves communication and ensures staff listen carefully to clients.
