The shop is easy to get to, and there's plenty of parking. The interior is cute and contains colorful paintings. There are 3 large wine tanks where Paul makes his own wine! Enjoyed an impromptu wine tasting on a Monday. What a pleasure to get to meet the owner, 18 years in the business! My husband is a white wine fan and so enjoyed a glass of the white blend, Bella Risa. Every single red of the 6 I tasted was truly delicious. Made it hard to choose just 1 to bring home! Being a syrah fan, I went with Vinny No Neck. It was a chill artsy vibe. I came by for an "Introductory Wine Class" and learned so much! Paul was a great instructor and covered the wine making process as well as tasting tips. It was a lot of fun practicing wine tasting with a sommelier! We tried a bunch of wines and my favorites were the barbera and the cab franc - so good! The charcuterie boards for the class were phenomenal, with a great pairing of meats, cheeses, nuts, bread, and giardiniera. Such a fun afternoon learning about wine, I definitely recommend the class! I had driven by Bonacquisti a handful of times and had seen the sign out front of the intersection that indicated "wine tasting" down the way. So glad that I finally got to see where the magic happens. This past Saturday there was a cute little holiday market set up inside the tasting room, in addition to the wine. It made for a very warm welcome upon walking inside. My husband and I did a tasting, which is a steal at $10 per person. You get to try 6-7 wines, all of which are made in-house. Though I didn't love their Pinot Grigio or the first few reds sampled, their Rosso Di as well as their Cab Franc wines are very good! Beyond tasting, customers can purchase full glasses of wine or carafes to be enjoying inside. Or take a growler of wine to-go. However you prefer to make it an occasion. This would be a cute spot for a ladies day out/bridal shower, since there's a decent amount of space and seating. Plus you can order food and enjoy it with your vino. Come here for the wine tasting and leave with a bottle of sangria! My friend and I found 'winery row' on a google search one day and decided to check out this winery. I loved the décor of the winery- very big bright and colorful artworks hanging along the walls by a local artist. The artist even created the artwork for the wine labels and there's a good story behind every one, just ask! The owner helped us out and shared jokes, stories, and even taught us a few things during our tasting! Its $10 for a tasting of all their wines which ranges from 5-6 wines, depending on what they have. They have a wonderful area to stand at the bar or sit down and relax. They have their own kitchen so you can stay awhile. My absolute favorite was their sangria. It is made with peach concentrate and you can smell and taste it in every sip. I've had other sangrias before that taste overly sugary or watered down and this is made just right, its incredibly refreshing. Its $21 for the growler but you get to keep the growler and its $16 refills after that. Worth every penny. I was also impressed by their wine club. It's free to enroll, you're only required to buy 3 bottles once a quarter (So easy to do). They will throw a wine tasting 'party' for you to come pick up the wine. With the wine bottles around $15-$19 this is too good of a deal to pass up. Wish there was wineries closer to me that have this kind of deal! We tasted a number of wines and found a few to be average and a few to be good. Nothing blew me away but I'm ok with that. Hidden in a small strip of stores off 46th and Pecos is the Bonacquisti Wine Company. While I've driven on I-70 countless times I do not know the last time I have gotten off on Pecos. The shop is in a strip of other new businesses. The owner and other employee were very helpful throughout the event I attended, which was a tasting of most of their wines. Bonacquisti was recommended to me by a friend who is a member, and a gang of us descended on them on a Friday Night during their live music event- UNCORKED! Most of us paid the $10 member fee for a 6-wine tasting (since our member friend was present). Favorites included the Carmenere and the Sangiovese in the reds, the Pinot Grigio in the whites, and the fizzy Muscato in the pinks... Yum! Bonacquisti tasting and tap room is a great spot for tastings and tours of the wine-production area, as well a a great place to enjoy live music and dancing! This place was PACKED for the Grand Opening of Winery Row. It was extremely difficult to get to the counter to do our tasting and purchase our bottles. In fact, they just seemed to be extremely understaffed. They had one person doing both the pouring & the cash register. It took us over an hour to try the 6 or so wines. Of the wines themselves, I really only liked the Riesling and the Red blend. The rest I couldn't get too excited about. Parking here SUCKS!!! Just give up, park a block away and walk, it is SO worth it. When turning into this lot, you can't really tell if there are any spaces. Then, there is no where to turn around if you get it and can't find a space. This made for some Three Stooges style comedy trying to get 3+ cars to back out onto Pecos simultaneously. Not cool. I'm sure if you go on a "normal" day, it will be a nice trip & tasting. I'd definitely recommend weekdays only until the buzz about this place wears off. TL;DR Came here for a wine tasting with a big group. Home-y feel and good service. Wine is good for local, but nothing overly remarkable. I love wine tastings, one of my favorite activities. I was here with a sizable group and they were extremely accommodating (we did have a reservation) and the upstairs room was so home-y and comfortable and it made us feel like we had the whole place to ourselves. Canoli was fantastic. Would recommend an order! Wine was fairly good. We tried a white and four reds and one sangria. The white pino gri was meh. The series of wines was pretty good. They only get their grapes pretty locally so I think sometimes it sounds like their wine is a bit dependent. The sangria was my fav! read more

I was here for a wedding reception and have to say it is a really cool place. I can't tell you much about the normal day to day things, but the wine was great and the atmosphere was so cool! They have a main floor with two rooms and an upstairs loft type area which looks over the first floor and bar. I'll have to go back soon to give this place a real review! read more

Paul's daughter was very sweet and spent some time with us to tell us a little about the family history and providing us with quite the food pairing for our wine. This is my favorite winery on Colorado Winery Row! Pretty much every wine I tasted was amazing, and made me want to buy a bottle of each! My favorites were the Mouvedre blend, and the Old Vine Zin. I liked the wine so much that I even signed up for their Wine Club. How excited am I going to be get 3 bottles of wine in the mail every 4 months?!?! Wine club members also get other bonuses like free tastings for you and your friends and discounted/waived fees for winery events. I'll definitely be bringing all out of town guests here! The tasting space is pretty small, and was super packed on opening day of winery row. I imagine that other days aren't as crowded, and probably more enjoyable. The owner was very friendly and personable, and fun to hang out with while sipping his wonderful wine. They were serving lots of tasty snacks, including a variety of meats/cheeses, smoked salmon, and grilled pizzas. Unfortunately, the pizza went too quick, so I was unable to try it...but the spicy salami and brie cheese were awesome! I'm so glad to have found this little winery, and look forward to going back very soon! read more

Wow...what a great idea to put all those winery's in one place...especially for the Denverite who doesn't want to trek all the way to the mountains for a wine experience. If you are into wine like I am, then this is a wonderful place to grab a few friends for the afternoon and try many different wines at one destination (since next to Bonacquisti is Cottonwood Cellars, The Olathe Winery, Garfield Estates Vinyard and Winery, and Verso Cellars) I happened to go the grand opening event this weekend and it was packed. I chose to review Bonacquisti since it was my favorite out of the listed above, so much so, that I joined there wine club. So every quarter I will receive 3 bottles of wine (typically two reds and a white, with one being limited) for roughly $46-54/quarter. The club membership also allows you to attend tasting for free, get discounts on wine, and bring fellow winos for tasting too. The staff was all really nice and they even had some snacks to nibble on...I'm just sad all the vultures swarmed around the pizza when it came of the oven and I wasn't able to even taste a crumb. Great little local winery that I recommend to all my fellow wine lovers! The staff is very friendly and knowledgable and if you go on the right day you can meet the owner/wine maker and pick his brain. Went there for a wine tasting, which was very delicious with generous portions, and found out they sometimes have live music and a food truck parked out front. I wasn't the biggest fan of their red wine served on draft. It was a little on the chilled side and had a slight carbonation to it that I'm not used to. Everything else was very enjoyable! read more

We were pretty disappointed with our experience sadly. It is very cool, as an idea. They have wine growlers and on top which is very appealing to the brewery crowd of denver. The patrons we're very pleasant as well and encouraged us about the place. On the negative side, the wines were not very good. We started at Rykers's which is all about drinkable wine so maybe that was why we had problems. I like a majority of wines and so does my husband but their wasn't any that stood out. I was also disappointed in the tasting experience. The first gentleman was polite but didn't say much about the wine itself when giving a taster. He left because I think there was an event going on. The second guy knew nothing about the wine and barely gave us even a sip of wine. I have never been given such a minimal taste which is upsetting when you pay for the tasting. At one point he used the measuring glass, poured a little in both our glasses and threw the rest away! I was so sad at the waste it was. I hope it was just our experience because the guy new more about beer and couldn't answer even one of our questions about wine. Not sure if we will be back but we did buy a growler. What a great little local winery! My girlfriends and I enjoyed an early-evening wine flight before settling on full glasses of the Sangria and the Rose. We could have spent the entire evening chatting and drinking, but unfortunately they close at 7pm on weeknights.
