While they attempted to fix it in June, they did not correct the issue and continue to come out and not fix the issue. I should also say the communication is terrible and they have not shown up several times, shown up at times different than what was scheduled and also did not communicate the time needed to do the work in advance. I've had a technician come and say he sees the issue and another technician come back and say he can't find the issue. I hired a different company to come and check their work and their technician found Premier didn't identify the correct issue (motor issue), didn't adjust the pressures correctly, didn't properly install the part they "fixed," and left an important filter off the unit without replacing or mentioning that it was not replaced. This company just seems to be incompetent and I cannot recommend anyone hiring them.

After all was said and done I realized that they charged me for Labor and a service call. Almost like a double charge. They fixed my washer and I was happy about that. This review mainly refers to the new service. I'm not sure if the same folks are there. I gave a friend their number and a card (from Don's) for a clean and check special. When my friend called, she was told that's a very old special. From May? She questioned the price. The person at the other end very rudely told her that a clean and check was now $20 higher and included an added service charge of $75. Are you kidding me? Established companies, not working out of their house , aren't adding this to clean and checks. I regret giving this referral. I also am going to look for a new service company. One who is more fairly priced. And knows the value of treating customers well.

The installation was rather difficult due to some pipes that had to be cut/rerouted/adapted to fit the new heater, but he patiently completed the work and cleaned up the mess left behind from the old heater. October 24, with indoor temps in the upper 70's instead of 68 I called Air-Rite, instead of Northern Weathermakers to asses the unit. On October 25, Air-Rite stated that at least 75% of the Freon had leaked out and the compressor was shot. Leak number seven is only six weeks after the unit was completely charged with Freon, leak number six fixed and an invoice $582.01. The compressor, now shot, is under a 5 year warranty, it has been 4-1/2 years since installation When forwarding this information to Mike Lee, President of Northern Weathermakers, and after three voice mails, I was never able to talk to him. Instead, I received a terse, three sentence email stating that Northern Weathermakers will no longer be servicing my unit. The compressor is under warranty and Mike Lee, President of Northern Weathermakers refuses to honor and stand behind his warranty. Again, don't let this happen to you.
