While they attempted to fix it in June, they did not correct the issue and continue to come out and not fix the issue. I should also say the communication is terrible and they have not shown up several times, shown up at times different than what was scheduled and also did not communicate the time needed to do the work in advance. I've had a technician come and say he sees the issue and another technician come back and say he can't find the issue. I hired a different company to come and check their work and their technician found Premier didn't identify the correct issue (motor issue), didn't adjust the pressures correctly, didn't properly install the part they "fixed," and left an important filter off the unit without replacing or mentioning that it was not replaced. This company just seems to be incompetent and I cannot recommend anyone hiring them.

The first time an electrician came out he did not have a pressure gage. My generator gave off a message rpm senesor not functioning. I will change my review if RPM ultimately sends an electrician and makes the repair. My neighbor.will also be informed. We both will then use RPM for yearly maintenance service.

Jeff was very transparent with the options and scheduling from the beginning. He returned a few days later with a new unit and replaced our failed furnace. His team did a great job protecting our house to bring out the old and bring in the new unit. They did a great job cleaning up. He didn't have the right part but was able to put a "band aid" on the issue so we would have heat that night. He came back the next day, replaced the band aid with the correct sized part, cleaned our furnace, and advised us about other parts that might need replacing in the future so we could be prepared. He was very apologetic that he couldn't come that same day - he WAS working, but fully booked. So we took an appointment for the next day. Wayne arrived earlier than expected, identified the problem as a faulty thermostat. He didn't have the kind we wanted on his truck, but said his partner was at the store buying parts.
