Order at the counter and get your drinks and silverware here. They even have gloves so your hands don't get oily from the chicken

Finally a different ethnic restaurant that's quick and easy to get to. Forget KFC and Popeye's in the area, if you want some good fried chicken with the bone, then this place is worth checking out. They only have wings and drumsticks but the drumsticks are huge! They also have boneless chicken pieces too. They have a variety of different sauces that compliment the chicken. If you like spicy I recommend their Yangnyeom sauce that has a good kick, medium spice. I've also tried their Japche glass noodles which has good variety of vegetables and bits of bulgogi in it. We also tried their bulgogi fries. I wish was bigger in size for the price I felt like I got a side dish of fries. I also tried their Bibimap rice dish which had a mix of cold vegetables with warm rice and bulgogi. I wish that was bigger in size too because the price was expensive for a main dish but I felt like it was a side dish size. My suggestion is going there for the chicken. Wish the portions were bigger for the price but good quick Korean food.

If you like fried chicken, you'll like this place. I got the wings and two of the flavors. I want to come back and try the fried chicken, unsauced. I got the noodles and I'm glad I did. It was a nice balance to the saltiness of the wings. Glad to see Saratoga Springs getting more diverse food options

3rd Bonchon in UT! Need one up north in Davis or Weber. Brand new- just open. Food was on point as I've had in other locations. Recommend the Seoul sampler, bulgogi fries, cheese corn and tteobokki!! Since it's new, loads of manger's on hand to check on customers so I got royal service!

I've had bonchon a bunch of times and saw that there was one opening in Lehi while driving so was anticipating its opening. They currently have a combo promo right now which I remembered being a good deal, but I was craving the soy garlic. The recipe at this location tasted exactly like other locations I've had! The chicken was a nice size and it was smothered in the soy garlic sauce! The chicken was nice and crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside! The staff were extremely friendly and the inside is actually quite spacious with a lot of seating! The only downside was that service was a bit slow, which is understandable since they just opened, but I will def be coming back later since I just love bonchon in general! For some reason their pickled radish is also one of the best complimentary radishes I've had compared to other korean fried chicken spots :)

I love Bonchon, but was upset to order through Uber Eats to get chicken hardly covered in sauce. May as well have been plain. Also ordered two Yum Drum trios and only got one thing of the sweetened condensed milk.

I was extremely surprised by how much I enjoyed the food here! I've always seen Bonchon in California so I'm happy it made its way to Utah county. First, I'm so happy they have more Korean/Asian dishes than just chicken (not that there's anything wrong with the chicken). Second, the chicken - WOW! So moist and flavorful. I didn't get any sauce on my chicken, just their original crispy seasoning. However, it was already so tasty. The chicken pieces here are HUGE, especially the drumstick. The bulgogi was soooo yummy! Very well sauced and cooked - not dry at all! The udon soup was simple but still good and large. The sample plate is such a hit - everything on it was DELICIOUS! The corn, coleslaw, fries, chicken - everything! I will definitely be returning, hopefully try something else on their menu, but that's a hard sell bc their chicken is such a winning dish. The staff was very kind and the place is new so quite clean and up-kept :)

Korean Sampler is totally yummy. Great food and quick.

The food is delicious. The service is quick. The ambience is a typical fast food place. Totally recommended though.

Bonchon is FIRE! As in its delicious and their spicy dishes will have you gasping for air not pictured are the soy garlic crispy pot stickers because we inhaled them. Im going to eat my way through their menu. Definitely give them a try!!

    Tteokbokki, Bibimbap, Fried Chicken

This was my second time coming to Bonchon and I was pretty disappointed with the service and food the second time around. The place was packed, so that was good to see! We ordered a 6 pc yangnyeom bonless chicken in a meal, also ordered the tteokbokki and the bibimbap. The tteokbokki was actually pretty good and I would personally rate it a solid 8/10. The chicken was good, but after living in Korea and visiting there as well, nothing lives up to authentic Korean fried chicken. The sauce was on par and really delicious! 6/10 The bibimbap was what I was looking forward to the most and was by far the most disappointed by it. It was cold by the time we got it and there was hardly any meat on it, just mostly rice and some veggies. I wish it had also come with the traditional gochujang. If it had the sauce come with it, it would've been a lot better. This was a 3.5/10 for me. Also we never got the side we ordered. There were a few other people after us who also were waiting on food for a while and never received it. We waited 30 min to get a refund and they still couldn't figure it out unfortunately. The staff was friendly but overstaffed. There were 4 employees on break at one time and although it was a busy hour and the tables were messy, they didn't bother to help out. The cashier had to come over and help during a quick absence of people in line. Not to mention it was overpriced ‍ My first experience was better, but not by much. If you're looking to try something similar to Korean cuisine, this is an option for sure. If you've been to Korea or have had authentic Korean cuisine, then I would recommend trying somewhere else

Boneless fried chicken, Tteokbokki, and Bulgogi

We left Bonchon feeling disappointed and overcharged. The food was inconsistent, the service was slow, and the overall atmosphere was loud and chaotic. More stressful than enjoyable. The fried chicken was fine but nothing special, and the tteokbokki was good, though that's hard to get wrong. The bulgogi beef bowl, however, was mostly filler, about 90% rice with barely any beef. For the price, the portions and quality didn't feel worth it. We ordered our fried chicken as part of a meal, but the side that came with it never arrived. When we asked for a refund, we were told it would be taken care of, only to be left waiting for over 30 minutes. In the end, we never received the refund at all. Between the underwhelming food, missing items, and unresolved service issues, the whole experience fell short. For what we paid, we expected much better.

We had two little kids and they were being rambunctious but nobody complained. The food was great and the 2 for $20 was a great deal. We also tried the buffalo dip app and the pazookie dessert. Both were very delicious. I'm a sucker for a pazookie and theirs was really good.

Clearly no attempt to improve the service, the food, the terrible experiences people are consistently having. If you're *that* apathetic to your guest experiences, just sell the place and move on. I went in last night. 7pm. As you walk in there's a stand where a front-of-house person normally would be, seating people, directing traffic etc. Not a soul there tho. Waited there awkwardly for a good 5 mins before someone showed up. Clearly understaffed, I noticed the same girl later in the evening running drinks, serving tables and doing the seating etc. I told her I needed a table for 6. Looking at the restaurant, there were *multiple* tables to accommodate 6 but she made me wait and told me a story about some guy who's sitting alone and he should be done shortly but I need to wait for his table..uhh what? There's 4-6 tables cleaned and empty near him. So I wait.. 15 mins. In a relatively empty place. I don't get it. Eventually got seated and the Waitress disappears. She didn't return for another 15 mins. This was a theme. We barely saw her the entire time we were there. The food was in a word: Terrible. Shrinkflation has hit BWW hard. Some of our parties food was laughably small. ie) Cheesesteak? It came on the smallest bun and was dry beyond belief (it was meant to be covered in melted cheese sauce). It was insultingly small. That guest was MAD. And the Wings? Had to have been yesterdays leftovers. DRY! Both the bone-in and boneless were clearly old / precooked, re-sauced and served..barely warm. Our server came once to refill drinks and we didn't see her for an hour. No silverware. No napkins. The list of failures of this place is lengthy! We were there to watch a Jazz game. The big screen near us was playing golfing ads. We asked her to change it to the Jazz game. She said the guy that can change it was "in the kitchen".. We asked a second time 10 mins later.. and again 20 mins after that. About an hour later, it changed--toward the end of the game. Nice. This review is lengthy but serves as a warning. Dirty tables, terrible service, terrible food. Your money is absolutely better spent elsewhere. The tables filled up with college-age "Bro's" slapping each other and high-fiving clearly caring little for a good dining experience and more about a place to sit and talk about their latest door-to-door sales pitch.

Bar counter is the only place with open seating where you can sit first come first served. You're not allowed to sit at any empty hightops.

Aside from that, I'm always left disappointed. They used to have more wrap options on the menu, which I always enjoyed with their grilled chicken, but everything else is no bueno for me. The fried chicken is tough and very stringy? I'm no expert but I think it's likely cause of how it's being frozen. I may be wrong, but whatever is the cause, the chicken is honestly always a let down. If it weren't a chicken joint, I wouldn't be so bothered by this fact, but alas. If you lather everything in their sauces, it's alright. On its own, very mid. Seems like slim chickens was pretty solid a few years ago when it opened, but nothing spectacular nowadays. There are other chicken joints around at a similar price point and I would have to recommend just about any of them over slim chickens.

Same with the toast--it's already not the special kind of toast that's soft and buttery; if it's not fresh & hot, then it tastes pretty bad. It looked like it was just made from regular bread. I feel like I could make better toasts at home. The chicken tenders were average. The Slim Sauce was pretty good. It's kinda like fry sauce but on the sweeter side, which I liked. The fries portion given was generous, though, so I was happy about that. The place is pretty big and clean.
