On one occasion only one employee was working and while doing their best was frustrated about doing the job alone. On another occasion the employee was so very rude when I asked for a drink holder to help with carrying the multiple drinks. I feel this is a management problem. First things first, staff your location properly. Never schedule too few people. I get it that sometimes people call in sick, but scheduling only two workers doesn't give you any ability to adapt if only one employee shows up. Secondly, the customer is always right. The customer is your boss. If you fail to take care of your customers they will stop coming to your store. Never ever talk back to any customer when they ask for something that you should provide automatically. Napkins and drink carriers are not profit margins to worry about. Fix the problems at your store or you will go out of business. There are plenty of other chicken restaurants around.
