Even though we ran into closing time they didn't rush and I had an amazing pedicure. The lady (wish I got name) who did it was so good. The new decorations are nice. Everything is very clean. Went to this salon for the first time for a pedicure. Everyone was friendly. The salon was super clean. I cannot recommend Jenny enough. She was so kind and gentle. I did get the top tier pedicure. Came back & was very disappointed by my experience. Perhaps I should've booked an appointment like I did the first time I came. I got a different lady for my pedicure and I did not enjoy it at all. This was my birthday pedicure, too. Once I told the nail tech that I'd changed my mind on getting my nails done there was a complete energy shift in my experience. I didn't feel comfortable. 7/10 Called in to get the monthly manicure & pedicure. Done at the same time. The worker said she could take me at 10am. I went in. Shortly after walking in, they brought me back to a chair. Picked color. A Sparkly Ruby red. Calm atmosphere. Pedicure Felt really good! Especially with the warm wet towels and massage. Happy feet! The dip manicure was no good and really disappointing. The workers really do make the difference. The one that did my dip manicure today did what she wanted. Didn't ask me. Did them way too long. It was appreciated that the manager tried to take over and make them better. I honestly, can't wait to go to a store and get a color to cover them. I felt really disrespected. When I talked about how unhappy I was, the workers went off in their language and it just wasn't right. Good and overdue pedicure! Wrong color! The Ruby red I picked looks nothing like the color on my nails. Too dark. Be aware! It's more like a dark purple! Really disappointing! Crazy how it can go really well to really bad and make me never want to go back to a nail salon. Definitely not worth what I paid to get it done. I was in Fresno for a wedding and was unable to get my nails done at home. I was able to make an appt for Saturday afternoon the day before for a new set of acrylics. I asked for a thin French manicure and was told it was $70. I had gel x from my regular salon on so it took a little extra effort to remove those. I'm not sure if it was extra for removal of my gel x bc they were done somewhere else or that's a standard price (they didn't tell me it was extra or not). A couple issues was one thumb is shaped poorly. Like slanted to one side more. Very minimal but at the price of $70, I would expect better. The girls around me were offered something to drink, but I wasn't. Again, not a huge deal but consistency would be nice. Lastly, the sign says to tip with cash or Venmo. I asked the man working the desk if I could add tip to my credit card and he said yes. And then when I asked him to add it, he told me he couldn't. Maybe he didn't understand my question at first. So I asked if I could Venmo the tip and he told me no, cash only. My issue here is that I saw another girl paying maybe 30 min earlier and they were showing her a Venmo QR code, so not sure why they wouldn't let me pay that way. If you only accept cash tip, maybe tell people when they walk in/make an appt and don't have a sign that says Venmo tip is accepted. I ended up not doing a French manicure style and a simple nude look so it ended up being $65. All in all, the nail salon was very clean, my technician was detail oriented (minus one thumb nail), but if i had to get my nails done in Fresno again, I'd find somewhere else. read more

I needed a pedi Badly and Kelly absolutely took care of me. I chose the #2 gel polish pedicure package since that one included working on calluses. That was a must as my feet had been through it as of late. Kelly truly did a great job and she even made some different nail color suggestions to cover up a previously injured and discolored nail that I had not considered. Her leg/foot scrub and then massage was done very well which is super important to me. The massage is half the reason I get pedicures The only reason I knocked off one star is because I strongly feel a nail salon's price menu should be posted somewhere that you can see upon entering. I had no idea until I sat down, my feet placed in the water bath and then handed a laminated menu to choose from. It wasn't cheap. I wholeheartedly believe nail techs, hair stylists and estheticians should be paid for their time and skill, however, walking out of there after paying about $75 (including tip) for a 45 minute gel nail polish service is just far too much and not really affordable. I paid it because I was there, Kelly did her job beautifully and I obviously agreed to it after being shown the menu, but please know that I did feel committed once that menu was handed to me too and my feet already in the water. I was too self conscious to step out of the water, say "no thank you", put my shoes back on, and leave at that point. The salon was great, I recommend Kelly if you're ok with the price point, but I won't be returning as the cost was a whole lot of too-much for 45 minutes. read more

The prices constantly change and now there is a card fee. Sanitation needs to be taken more seriously. I've noticed tools being used without disinfecting and had to ask before my service began. Staff changes frequently, which is unfortunate. Understand customers are paying for a service to be done without being criticized if an issue is stated. Will never return here again. I had appointment for 5pm and service started at 515. I requested a basic pedicure. They try hard to up sell their services.The man doing my pedicure was rough. I flinch when he was cleaning my toe nails and he said do you want them clean? I said yes but not so rough. He glared at me. When the 5 minute massage started it lasted all of 1.57 minutes. If I could give 0 stars I would. The last time I came here I ask for my finger nails to be cut shorter and the women cut them all the way down to the skin. Very painful. I was left taking to myself mid sentence TWICE while trying to check in. I am a very understanding person when seeing they were busy but she was very rude and never looked up to speak with me. I waited 25 minutes to have someone get started on my pedicure. The entire time while waiting I was sat at the spa area and they left me with tepid water 1/4 of the way full no water running the spa at all while I waited. I had to take my feet out after the first few minutes. My gel pedicure was messy and rushed. There's multiple bumps on the gel. The gentleman who did my pedi was very kind. But I was very disappointed I have gone to this shop before . I had 70 hour work week and was just wanted a relaxing time for myself. I paid $67 and walked out almost in tears. read more

Went with high expectations because I have been helped by Jenny before and she did splendid job. This time I was seen by someone else... only took about 45 minutes for my dip... Which usually takes about an hour to 1.5 To say it was good service is probably a bit too much to say. Nails were not smoothed out or filed, application of the dip powder was uneven when I told him why it was lumpy I was told it had to dry down... After the application, nails were not smoothed out he just ran a file over the top of my nails very quickly added the top coat and said I was done. Here I am not even a week later and three of my nails have completely chipped. I stopped here because I was on that side of town, and had extra time to treat myself. Thought I was going to have exceptional service and cute nails but it was the complete opposite. Jenny does amazing work but will not be returning, unless I actually get an appointment with Jenny herself instead of being handed off to someone else after asking if Jenny had an opening, being told yes and upon arriving being handed off to someone else, it was a waste of my time and money. read more

So I have somewhat of a mixed review for this salon. It's beautiful and clean, and pretty much everyone working there were very attentive and kind. My bf and I went in for a mani and pedi and were treated with nice chilled beverages upon arrival. I ended up getting dip on my nails, and although the guy who did them did a really good job, I felt really uncomfortable in his presence. He started out being really nice, but then he became kind of unnecessarily flirtatious, and randomly started bragging about how many girls he hooked up with. My bf saw that I was visibly uncomfortable and kept checking to see if I was ok. I personally felt weirded out and thought that was very unprofessional of him to talk about that kind of stuff, especially when I have my own bf right next to me. Yeah, it was pretty awkward. Everyone else was nice though, and both of our nails and toes look great. Overall, the salon is a wonderful place to get your nails done, but just be careful of who ends up doing your nails. read more
