Came here on a Monday night with a party of 8. They don't take reservations via Yelp for parties 7 or more so I had to call in. When I got there they told me 20-30 minute wait. Luckily, we only waited 10 minutes. We got seated and ordered within a few minutes. After that service was kind of slow. Food comes out at different times. But at least the food is still hot when it comes out. My family always order the ""bone and broth" which they enjoy. I like the crispy tofu. This time is was nice and crunchy and had that garlicky taste I like. We did stay past closing time, but they were kind enough and let us finish our meal and our chit chat without rushing us.
My favorite pho restaurant is Pho 555 in Denver CO. Because? They fuse Umami + Fatty Oils from Beef and doesn't matter whether is tripe, or rare steak, or brisket, or equally separated vermicelli noodles with every bite, you taste an alamgamation that is truly unique in the world of Pho and this restaurant Bone & Broth REMINDS me of eating that Bowl of Pho 555 in Denver Colorado in the midst of Winter: Wholesome, Fulfilled, Packed with Umami in the broth, and I guess everything they say is true..this is the best Pho in Ontario CA...probably in the entire San Bernardino County! And I do not challenge this statement! Ambiance: Packed full house dinner service on a Wednesday night. Service: Speed + Attentiveness Food: Deserves a place in the Best Pho Restaurants of the lower 48 states.
The good: I got bun combo (vermicelli bowl), rice combo plate (had pork, beef, shrimp) and beef pho. I was psyched that my toddler ate the meat and rice because he rarely eats meat! The meat had fragrant grill flavor. The pho broth was sweet. They had a lot of drink options as well as menu entree options. The interior was nice with a lot of booth-style seats. I really liked the cool presentation of the boat for the bun dish. The host was really friendly and accommodating. I think pho was the standout dish. I liked the shreds of carrot in the fish sauce. The bad: They forgot to give the nuoc mam (fish sauce) for the rice plate. The rice in the rice plate wasn't broken rice. The fish sauce was on the vinegary side and I wish it had a deeper fish sauce flavor. The honeydew smoothie was on the sweet side. The pho broth could've been a bit saltier. The interesting: They brought the bill to our table. Usually at Vietnamese places you pay at the counter (which I think is an option too). The combo rice plate was served in two different plates which was something I've never seen before.
Huge bowls of pho! My boyfriend picked me up from an early flight at Ontario Airport, and Bone & Broth was open right at 10 AM luckily. We ordered two bowls of the Pho Dac Biet & Ontario Combination Appetizer plate. Everything was out pretty speedy to the table! The soup hit just right for a morning meal. The portions here are VERY GENEROUS. It had plenty of tasty meat and lots of noodles (cooked a bit al-dente for my taste, but it's different for everyone). I think my boyfriend and I could've honestly shared one bowl and be satisfied. It was not a bad price either for a huge bowl. I might be biased since I love huge portions for an affordable price, but I thought it was a delicious bowl. The appetizers were solid, I would've liked a bit more portion as the egg rolls and shrimp rolls were a skinny. If I lived closer I would probably frequent this place a lot more, but this will probably be the place I go to when I fly out of ONT. Way better than other spots that I've tried in the IE so far.
I used to love this place, but I'm not sure if it's inflation or something else, either way, the quality has definitely gone downhill. The noodle portions are noticeably smaller than before, and the beef is now mostly tiny scraps instead of actual slices. I think there were only one or two full pieces in the entire bowl, which was pretty disappointing. The pho came out incredibly fast, but the rest of our dishes took forever to arrive. The egg rolls were another letdown. The filling barely tasted like meat and was mostly floury or starchy in texture. Overall, the food just isn't what it used to be. The only reason I'm giving an extra star is because the service was friendly and attentive. Unfortunately, the decline in food quality means I won't be coming back.
Stopped by here on a Monday before heading to the airport. We wanted something quick to eat. Plenty of parking around the restaurant and we got seated right away. We all got different things to try. I got the brisket and meatball pho along with a green thai tea and my friends got the nem nuong cuon, wings, wonton soup, and prawns with rice. Service was fast we waited 10 minutes to get our food. The green thai tea was okay! Not bad but not my favorite either. I wish there was stronger tea flavor. The broth for the pho was good it was definitely needed after a long night. My second favorite was definitely the wonton soup. Not too heavy and has a lot of protein.
4/10/2026 3 1/2 Stars - Reluctant to take away stars, since the service was excellent. However, two of the three items ordered were not great. BONE & BROTH I have seen pictures online before ordering this dish and wow, the bones are massive! Ginormous! I mean there's no polite way to eat this. Lol. The broth had a good beef broth flavor, but a tad bit salty. It comes with thinly sliced onions and cilantro. It was quite a big bowl with two generous portions of meat on bone! There was a good amount of meat, collagen and cartilage. The server offered a small bowl of beef broth at no extra charge. I did add noodles on the side. This is a good dish to share. I would order it again. GRILLED PORK CHOP & RICE There were two options. a) 2 grilled pork chops or b) 1 grilled pork chop, shredded pork skin, pork quiche. I chose option b. This dish was recommended by my server, as he said it's a nostalgic dish for him and I was looking for a new dish to try. Sadly, this dish did not deliver. The pork chop was small, thin and dry. The flavor was good, but it still was not good and some parts of it was burnt. The quiche was so weird and reminded me of tofu, but so rubbery. The shredded pork skin was a little portion on the side and I did not expect it to be pulverized like that. I thought it would be pork skin strips. Having said all that, I would not order that again. The server did offer to change it for something else, but I decided to keep the dish I ordered. Bad choice, but it was that kind of day. BROWN SUGAR BOBA This was okay. It is your typical brown sugar boba flavor, albeit a tad sweet. The boba was overcooked. CUSTOMER SERVICE Excellent customer service, attentive, friendly service and welcoming staff! It's always good to have a good wait staff because good customer service is so hard to find in many restaurants. Bad service means chasing away customers. Given my food experience, except for one good dish, I would not return, but the customer service was excellent and that warrants another try. I'll stick to their popular dishes next time. PARKING They had a large parking lot, even though it was shared with other businesses, there were plenty of parking spots available.
I was really excited to finally try this place after hearing great things from friends and reading so many positive reviews. First impression. It's a surprisingly large pho restaurant, very clean, and I liked the overall layout and atmosphere. Unfortunately, the service was a bit hit or miss. When I first walked in, I stood near the front for a few minutes without being acknowledged, and two of the staff members seemed noticeably annoyed that I was there. Thankfully, one gentleman completely turned that around. He stepped in, got me seated, took my order, and checked in on me throughout my visit. I really appreciated his attentiveness. I ordered my usual: pho tai with meatballs, plus extra basil and jalapeños. The food was decent, but it didn't quite live up to the hype I had built up from all the reviews. It was good overall, just not particularly memorable. I drove about 30 minutes to try this spot, so while I might stop by again if I'm already in the area, it's probably not somewhere I'd go out of my way for.
My personal favorite pho spot. The service is consistently good and the food comes out quick. I always order the filet mignon pho with extra noodles, it always hits the spot. This time I got a Thai tea too and it was solid. Also got the veggie egg rolls for appetizers and they're perfectly crispy and the sweet chili sauce is delicious. There are TVs inside and they're usually playing sports, which is something I appreciate while I'm eating. There's usually a wait so I recommend joining the Yelp waitlist if you're close enough. Parking lot is usually full as well. Only downside was the restroom, it definitely needed some attention and was a bit of a mess.
Have been coming here since they opened a few years back, and they've been consistently amazing! From their service to the quality of the dishes, always happy with the experience! All of my friends and family that I've brought here have loved it! Today, we came without a reservation and joined the waitlist once we arrived. As it was a Friday night, we did have to wait about 15-30 minutes, but it was worth! Our food was delivered to our table so quickly, while still being fresh and maintaining the flavor profiles! Our waiter was very friendly, even checking on us a few times. All of the other staff were kind and helpful as well Portions were generous, with perfect ratio of noodles to protein to veggies!
The Filet Mignon House Fries & Rice was absolutely delicious! The steak was perfectly cooked, tender, juicy, and full of flavor. The fries paired really well with the steak, and the vegetables added a nice balance to the dish. It was well-seasoned and satisfying from start to finish. I would definitely order it again. The bone broth and egg rolls were both really good and full of flavor. Unfortunately, the spring rolls were disappointing. The rice paper wrapper was very dry, and there was very little shrimp and pork belly inside, making them taste bland. The customer service was okay. Overall, I'd come back for the pho and egg rolls, but I would skip the spring rolls next time.
Ontario Appetizer Plate: Great dish to get if you're looking to share with a group. Nice variety to share and take the leftovers back home. Spicy Sate Pho: Peanut with pho, it tastes different in a good way. But I mainly prefer my pho broth just to come from beef. Spice lovers the spice is bit more on the slightly spice side but Chicken Pho: Very light pho, refreshing, and hearty dish. I would choose this if you're in a mood for a healthier pho alternative.
I have dined here a handful of times already, and both the quality of food and customer service are consistently superb. While the interior is very modern, the food is very no-frills and exactly what I expect, which is quite a rarity nowadays with the rise of "trendy" Asian-inspired food spots. This time, we got the Vermicelli Boat Special and Ontario Combination Pho. The pho is my go-to: the broth was flavorful but the meat, while plentiful, was on the smaller side. That said, I always find myself wishing it had more noodles since the portion of meats is always quite generous. We got the pork as our choice of protein for the vermicelli dish; the marinade was incredible and the noodles were perfectly al-dente. The egg rolls were delicious but they're always a bit on the skinnier side, even in the appetizer. Overall, Bone & Broth is a gem to Ontario.

Okay listen I never really liked Phơ because last time I had it it was not good at all...we came to this location for the first time last year and dude 10/10. The location is perfect because you get to walk off your food at the mall, the staff is very kind and on it so service is great. Its pretty popular so sometimes you have to wait but its fine normally a group of friends we can chat while we wait. The broth is amazing and the spring rolls with the peanut sauce The drink options are great too. My mom loves getting a smoothie each time or the lemonade. Speaking of My mom we are Mexican and Mexican moms love their caldos (soups) and she absolutely loved phơ so any time she craves it we go (even durring summer when it was hot af)...cant wait to go back again read more

Great customer service and delicious Pho offerings as well as many other dishes. The restaurant is clean and every time I have come here I've not had to wait too long to get seated. Friendly and attentive staff. I ordered the Filet Mignon cubes mixed with veggies and rice and it was quite flavorful. read more
Bone & Broth is the spot for Vietnamese cuisine, especially pho, when it comes the IE. This spot is located in a plaza with a good amount of parking spots. Inside, they have a very spacious and modern setup with lots of seating available. Wifey and I stopped by for lunch around 12pm and were seated right away. We opted to try the Vermicelli Boat Special, Ontario Combination Pho, and the Pork Sausage Spring Rolls. Everything was delicious with very generous portions and authentic flavors! Overall, this is the best Viet cuisine I have tried so far in the IE. All of the staff here are very friendly and accommodating. I am from out of town, and we went here for lunch. Recommend using the wait list button on their yelp page since this place gets busy fast. Place is quaint and sat in a booth. Service is quick and nimble! We ordered the Banh mi sandwich (beef), must have their signature dish Bone and Broth -Large beef bone with tendon simmered in broth for 12+ hours. My friends ordered the Wonton egg noodle soup and the grill meat egg roll and rice plate. Everything we ordered was delicious! A great go to spot for vietnamese food ! read more
I got their #11 filet mignon pho & #28 shaken filet mignon and rice. The pho broth was a bit too oily for my liking but they are generous with their portions. It came with plenty of noodles and meat. I would recommend getting their rice plates! It came with plenty of food. The beef was flavorful and a bit salty, but the rice and veggies balanced out the flavors well. I also got their spring rolls but I would not recommend getting that item. It had too many noodles and the fillings didn't seemed balanced. The service was OK. It wasn't bad, however, the place seemed very understaffed which delayed everything. I came on a weekend morning and the place filled out very quickly, but there was only one waiter on the floor and he was extremely busy. The inside is very aesthetic and trendy. However, I found the food and service to just be okay- nothing really stood out. read more

We ordered the chicken noodle pho along with a BBQ pork banh mi, paired with strong Vietnamese coffee . Never disappoints! Just a heads up this spot is popular, so even with the big space, there might already be a line when you get there. It's totally worth it! read more

Had this place on my bookmarks for a while and glad I made an effort to check it out! I didn't realize there was a Yelp advance waitlist, when I arrived there was a line so I had to wait about 20 minutes even though i saw open seats inside. We ordered the appetizer sampler and all tasted very good! The spring rolls, eggs rolls, fried shrimp were all so satisfying for hungry hungry me. I typically order the lighter phos but I tried the spicy sate with shrimp pho and it hit the spot. It's so tasty and the spice was not overpowering. This might be my new favorite pho! Can't wait to come back and try their rice or vermicelli dishes! read more

Absolutely love Bone and Broth! Service is absolutely amazing. They have an online reservation system through yelp that helps with seating and they generally seat people quickly despite how busy their lunch and dinner hours are. I've had pho over at this location many times and I really love their pho. However I recently decided to try their combination plate and it was delicious! The inside seating and decorations are at a minimum but the place is comfortable and not too noisy. Great place for vietnamese food! read more

What was done on the ticket? Did not return to my order: I've been coming to this location for years, usually about three times a year when I visit from Las Vegas. The food has always been good, and I've always appreciated the chef's work in the kitchen. Unfortunately, this last visit was very disappointing -- not because of the food itself, but because of the service. I ordered the #17 Pho, which is clearly listed on the menu as coming with a vegetable mix. I also requested extra chicken on the side. What I received, however, was just noodles, a couple of garnishes, chicken in broth, and then the extra chicken -- completely missing the vegetable mix that makes this dish what it's supposed to be. This may seem like a small detail, but when you're paying for a menu item, you expect to get what's described. Instead, I was essentially charged for a dish that was cheaper than what I ordered, and I feel like I was shortchanged. To make matters worse, I was staying at a hotel in Los Angeles, so I couldn't just drive back to have the issue corrected. It's frustrating that something so simple could have been avoided if the cashier or front staff had double-checked the order before handing it off. I've always enjoyed coming here, but this experience left me disappointed and questioning whether the staff really pay attention to customer orders. I hope management takes this seriously, because it left a bad impression on a loyal returning customer. read more
Wanted to try a new Vietnamese restaurant and found this on Yelp! It's near the mall, which I was worried I wouldn't find parking - but there was a lot of parking. The restaurant is super clean and new. It's very modern and the food is super authentic. Hubby ordered a rice combination plate and he was super excited! He got every meat and it did not disappoint. I got the Grilled Pork Vermicelli which came in a huge boat! It was amazing! The Nuc Mum (sauce) for the combo plate reminded me so much of how my husband's grandma used to make it. We literally devoured our plates! Left nothing behind. I swear we looked like we've never eaten in our lives... Haha. This place is awesome. We came on a Monday night - mildly busy but we were seated right away. The host and all the staff were super friendly and very attentive, they came around multiple times to ask if we were okay or needed anything. Price was ok. Could be a little pricey for some - but if you're looking for a nice spot to eat (date night) this would be good. We paid $52 for 2 entrees, appetizer (rolls) and a coffee. Met up with our good friends for an afternoon of lunch. This place is pretty busy. Luckily our friends were there early and got us a table. Keep hearing about this place on social media so finally decided to give it a try. The seating areas are nice and clean. After we were all seated, the staff brought our waters and menu. We got free soda for checking in on Yelp. I ordered their Pho Dac Biet. I always order this particular item whenever I visit a new pho joint. Food came out quickly. Before adding any garnish to my Pho, I always taste the broth first. This is how I determine if their signature dish is good or not. Boy, I was not disappointed. It was rich and flavorful. I thoroughly enjoyed it. My friend ordered the famous Bone & Broth soup. This dish does not come with noodles. It's just the pho broth with a gigantic beef bone. This was an interesting dish. She said she loved it. I need to give this a try, the next time around. We all liked our dishes. We would definitely come back. read more

The inland empire of SoCal isn't as well known for pho as much as the greater LA/OC area, but make no mistake, there are gems here and there, and this is one of them. Wait times were not bad as we got seated quickly, although I could see this place easily filling up during dinner time. We got the fresh spring rolls with pork and shrimp, classic pho dac biet, and spicy sate pho. The OG pho broth was so flavorful and fragrant but still so light. Every floral flavor component you'd want was prominent and kicking. The meat was both tender and high quality. The spicy sate pho was definitely unique to me and brought such a different complexity vs. the former. The nuttiness, garlicky richness was well balanced with the bright seafood sprinkled in. Although I'm a pho purist, I could see this satisfying any spice fiend looking to try something different. The meal was a little on the pricier side but worth it. Overall, it's a great Vietnamese food date spot as the interior is clean and relatively modern and the menu is much more approachable vs. some other places. The service was super quick, which is fantastic if you're heading to the Ontario airport and looking for a full hearty meal without sacrificing quality. I got a fillet mignon pho and it was pretty decent. The soup could have been hotter, definitely not the best pho I've had but good enough. The rice plates were bad, the meats were served lukewarm and it looked like scraps. The portion of the rice plates were also tiny! My favorite thing from this place was the bone in broth, they gave a GIANT gone and pipping hot broth. read more
We're visiting and family took us here. This is similar to a place on island we've been to. We were a party of 4. When we got there a few minutes late, one of us put us on the waitlist. It was still approximately a 20 minute wait to be seated. No seats outside for wait, just many parties waiting outside. There's a check in machine outside for parties to join wait list. Service was bad but food was good. How bad? I ordered filet mignon house fries & rice but was given house garlic noodles with filet mignon. I'm not one to complain a bad order as I think it's a waste of food to send it back so I ate it questioning what I ordered. Now I know for sure it was wrong after checking the menu on Yelp! Despite that, the food I was given was good. I also had vietnamese iced coffee. This was good as well and not overly sweet. I almost ordered a second but because service never checked in on us even when waving several times, never ordered a second one. Though ours in Hawaii may be a stolen concept with a different name, at least they had good food and good service. Not sure if there is a good time to go as we went on Monday and it was still busy. read more

Join the Yelp waitlist before you arrive! The place was packed, and we waited about 25 minutes for our table on a Thursday evening. We started with the #4 Fresh Spring Rolls with shrimp and pork, and they were pretty substantial size! When we had leftovers, the staff was amazing and brought over a separate little container for the peanut sauce, very thoughtful! For our mains, I ordered #28 Shaken Filet Mignon, however received #20 Filet Mignon House Fries, so was surprised to find fries in the dish. It was still delicious and the meat was cooked to perfection and melted in my mouth, so I didn't not mind the mix up! The portion size was large and I took about half home. I wish I had asked or been given a knife to slice the large cucumber up. My friend got #21 Garlic Noodles and finished them before I looked up! Another large portion that was extremely delicious. I always recommend Bone & Broth as a spot for friends visiting the area! read more
Ordered the bone&broth, portion was huge! Felt like i was eating out of a tree. Though it is a lot of bone, there is definitely large pockets of meat. Doesn't come with noodles, very protein heavy dish. I would recommend ordering a side of noodles. Service was quick and efficient, and really close to the Ontario airport via bus read more

This place was just mid for us. Negatives: -taste, it wasn't anything spectacular. My vermicelli boat was pretty, but the shrimp paste tofu tasted like it had no shrimp. The chicken seasoning was good, but it was dry. -value, for this price I expected more meat. I mostly had veggies. My wife ordered a small pho bowl ($14), and it was basically the size of a child's bowl. She normally doesn't need more noodles. Positives: -Service, food came out pretty fast. There was a long wait but they seated us quickly because we only had two people. Overall, I'll give this place a 3.5. Nothing too spectacular, but being one of the few viet places in Rancho Cucamonga, I'll round the score up to 4. Ambiance was normal too. read more

Can't speak for the pho but the springs were just criminal! I should just stick to Lil Saigon for my spring rolls needs because whenever I stray to far away from Bolsa, I get played LOL. Was in the area and was craving some spring rolls. This place had some good reviews and their rib pho looked fire so I was going to take that too. I called in the order and bam, no rib pho available as they sold out. No worries, that was just a bonus meal. Ordered the pork, shrimp and beef spring rolls. I was starved don't judge me LOL. Walked in and the place was packed, I took that as a good sign. Service was good and my food was ready on time. Got home, opened the boxes and these things were HUGE. Bigger doesn't always mean better! I felt like I was eating a handheld salad. Chewing until the next century! What am I Bugs bunny!? The proteins looked better than they tasted. Just everything was mute and kinda dry. My newest thing I say for stuff that falls flat, Not even the blood of Christ could save this meal! Shame on me for thinking Ontario had good spring rolls to offer. read more

Coming back from a cruise and landed in Ontario Airport, we were hangry. I yelped the closest place to eat and Bone and Broth came up. We had to wait a bit for our table, but the restaurant was very nice and spacious. We ordered a pho, with a side order of the oxtail bone soup, beef fried rice, and wonton noodles soup. The fried rice was very savory and delicious, the bone soup was huge and there was 2 of them! The pho and noodle was very good as well. We will definitely be back for more when we're in the area again. read more

We love this place! I would say we're regular customers here. We love their soup. The broth is like soup for your soul. Not salty or fatty. My favorite is their birds nest noodles, soft. Lots of vegetables and enough protein to fill u up and some to take home. The employees are great. read more

205/2024 I have heard of this place and highly recommended when it comes to broth dishes and with bones????? Checked it on YELP and has a good star rating. Hubby and I decided to try this place eith daughter's recommendation as well. Place was packed for dinner time. Oh m geeeee , service was slow but food was amazing. Bone soup was very flavorful and those beef shanks are quite meaty and the marrows sooo delicious. Am sure coming back to have most likely 2 rounds of that soup!! read more

We had a serious craving for Vietnamese food and Bone & Broth had been on our radar for a while. We finally gave it a try. We started with the spring rolls, which were pretty basic and honestly skippable. The filet mignon shaken beef, on the other hand, was a win. Really flavorful, and the green sauce was a nice touch. That said, the portion felt a bit small for the price- the rice was bigger than the actual entree :( We also ordered the filet mignon pho, which was okay--not bad, but not mind-blowing either. I've had more flavorful broths elsewhere. Oddly enough, we added a side of tendon in broth, and that actually tasted better than the pho itself. Not sure why, but it stood out. Overall, it was a nice dining experience with attentive servers but I was scratching my head when it comes to all the rave reviews on the pho, maybe it was an off night. I think I'll be sticking to my usual go-to spot. read more

I think this is the first bad review I've ever written on Yelp. Very disappointed not the food but by the manager! I really hope the restaurant will read my review and be aware how their manager being such a rude host. The food was good -- no complaints at all -- and every server we interacted with was friendly, polite, and professional. Except for the manager, Tony. His behavior was shockingly rude and honestly humiliating. For someone in a leadership position, he was the worst example of how a manager should act. We visited on a Saturday night. I had made a reservation for a party of 12 and another table of 5 at 7:15 PM. We arrived early at 6:40 PM, and I went in kindly asking if the tables were ready and that we were all here if they could seat us sooner. He looked at me with impatience, said "okay" in a dismissive tone, and continued what he was doing. Definitely not the attitude a host -- let alone a manager -- should have. We waited until 7:00 PM, and my husband went in to check again. Instead of giving an update, Tony rudely asked, "Is everyone here?" I had already clearly told him at 6:40 PM that everyone was here. His tone and attitude were unnecessary and disrespectful. On the other hand, our server Matthew was wonderful -- kind, well-mannered, attentive, and even helped our large group take photos. Honestly, he should be the manager. I'm sharing this because people in hospitality should be professional and respectful. If someone genuinely doesn't enjoy serving customers, they shouldn't work in a role where they mistreat guests. No customer deserves to be talked down to or made to feel like an inconvenience. Even if the food is good, I won't return and pay to be treated poorly. There isn't only one Vietnamese restaurant in Ontario, and customers have many choices. If management attitude doesn't improve, it won't matter how talented the chef is -- the restaurant won't last long if don't improve on the basic respect and polite attitude. read more

Large dishes so it was relatively affordable! Service was okay, but understandably so because they were pretty packed. They were kind enough to accommodate our large party and it worked well! Dishes were absolutely amazing, I loved the one with the fries (I can't remember what it was called) and my pho was delicious! read more
