I got rice and salmon and mushrooms and a bunch of lettuce and veggies. The sauces were fire, including the cilantro sauce. There was plenty of seating near by and I just wish the AC was a bit stronger because summers are getting hotter. Staff were ok. I felt a bit rushed. I wish communication was friendlier. I wanted to get something healthy(ish) and took a gamble as some of the recent reviews were mixed on this location. When I arrived, the food court was PACKED, but this restaurant had no one in line. I should've known better and turned around. The girl at the counter was nice and helped me order a chicken bowl with beef on the side. I added some healthier toppings and got it to go. First thing, the lid didn't fit the bowl. Not a huge deal, but that could've easily spilled in the car. Second is the chicken was extremely dry. No amount of sauce could've saved it. 8/2/26 Came here today with a couple friends and we all got bowls. I got a grilled chicken bowl with the buckwheat noodles. I just kept adding stuff to my bowl. I got the sweet potatoes and the Zucchinis. On the other area of the counter I got shredded cheese, broccoli, honey teriyaki sauce, creamy cilantro sauce, peanut sauce, and sesame seeds! Wow! What a great combination of items that had such great flavors that came together! Brianna was such a sweet lady behind the counter helping us! The place looked very clean. Stopped in at the Haven City Market and wanted to try this place for the first time. It's like a Korean Chipotle place where u can build your own bowl. They also have signature bowls like what I ordered, the Nori Salmon Bowl. I also ordered their tempura and Gyoza as well. Both delicious. The tempura had a perfect crisp to it. The Gyoza had flavor, no sauce needed! Depending what size bowl you get, they really pack it on! I got the regular size bowl and couldn't even finish it! Good stuff and fresh quality. Wanted to try a healthier option and picked this place in the Haven City Market. The food was tasty but I will say it didn't taste super fresh, seems like it was sitting there for a while to be honest. I ordered a mini salmon bowl through Uber. I simply asked for an extra sauce and on the receipt they wrote the mini bowl only gets one sauce, and when I open the bag I saw NO sauces. I call to speak to someone to ask if I can get some type of credit or anything and the lady on the phone was so rude. I asked for her name (so I can let them know who HELPED me) She literally told me just write a complaint and HUNG UP on me. I work in the restaurant business and I can't imagine giving that type of service. Worst customer service. It's 1/11 and called at 1:50pm. Ordered a regular bowl with rice, noodles, beef, sautéed veggies that consist of broccoli and zucchini. I also added some cheese, Salandro karaoke and peanut sauce on top as well as sesame seeds. A bit of a hodgepodge bowl but in the end, was pretty decent. I got spicy pork on top of a buckwheat noodle and salad base. The spicy pork was pretty saucy and gave plenty of flavor to everything once mixed up. I got the brussel sprouts and sweet potato sides and I feel like those would've been fine in a separate container as they had their own seasoning/flavor that didn't quite mesh too well with the rest of my bowl. I barely used the sauces I got on the side because the spicy pork already flavored what didn't have a dressing on it. Didn't get to try their food, but they are advertising their homemade pudding. Theres two options: black sesame and dark chocolate. I have absolutely no expectations at all, since I'm not really a pudding person. However, the black sesame pudding was beyond my expectation. It's so soft and jiggly. On+On is a great place in Haven City Market that has delicious, healthy bowls with GREAT portions. It's the type of place with the vibe of Sweetgreen and Cava, a build-your-own salad/rice bowl place with really fresh ingredients. This place also stays open later in the night vs the other places in the food court and closes around 9:30, so it makes for a really filling late-night dinner. Like many other reviews have mentioned, it's set up like chipotle - where you pick out your entrée and then build it with different ingredients as you go down the line. I opted to get a mini bowl and had salad as a base, chicken as my protein, and added some delicious sautéed zucchini on top. I was able to pick three toppings but I just opted for broccoli on top. I got a side of honey teriyaki as my included sauce. This was delicious, healthy, and filling. I loved how customizable things are here. I chose to create my bowl, but unfortunately I was not very satisfied. I chose kimchi rice, spicy pork, roasted brussel sprouts +kimchi, roasted veggies, pickled red onion, cheese, cilantro, fried shallot and the hot and honey teriyaki sauce. I felt like the bowl was way too saucy and overwhelming. I do think that if I just stuck with 1 sauce rather than the 2, the bowl would've tasted better. First, the bowls are delicious, and I love the variety of toppings and sauces that On + On offers. However, my latest experience was not the best. I got sick from food poisoning a few hours after eating a rice bowl from On + On. After suffering from vomiting, diarrhea, and stomach pain for a few days, I can't say that I want to eat at On + On again. My experience is based on my meal from December 30th, 2022 around 6p.m., so please understand that my review is based on my meal from this time, and your personal experience may be a bit different from mine. Again, I love the taste of the bowls from On + On, but my experience with food poisoning is going to deter me from eating there again. read more

I've only been here once before a long while back and had enjoyed my meal. I was craving bibim guksu and wanted something quick and I thought this place would curb the craving. My experience and my meal were not as enjoyable the second time. I was craving spicy pork but was told they were out and it would take some time to cook. They asked if I wanted anything else. I told them no, pork was the only thing I wanted. The server seemed to glitch at my answer and took a beat before asking if they wanted me to have them ask how long it would take. Um, yes. I was informed it would take about 12min. I said I would wait and continued with my order. At the register I informed the other server that I was waiting on the pork. They said ok and would have that ready for me once it done. Cut to me waiting now almost 20min. I was completely forgotten about. It wasn't that busy and the servers made eye contact with me several times. I finally walked up to the counter and was given a look like they had never seen me before. I asked about my pork and a light bulb came on. I was given a side of the spicy pork. Even after the weird service and waiting, the meal was not worth all that trouble. The pork was so tough and not the spicy pork I was expecting. I'm used to what I would get a Korean restaurant or something my mom would prepare. This was not it and it was so tough and chewy. And the soba noodles were over cooked. Also why is the zucchini cut into such large chunks? Should be more bite sized. And where is the kimchi with the Brussels sprouts and kimchi? I ended up adding my own at home. I guess if you aren't looking for real Korean food and want a healthy and somewhat quick option for lunch/dinner this place would be good for you. But for me, I will not be coming back. read more

This is another very good option at Haven City Marketplace. Think of a Chipotle type of ordering and prep process, but with bowls of Korean fare. From their website.....
