service was good and quick! the menu is a bit small, not very many premade beef options but there is a pick 2x protein which i chose (i am used to 3x choices hahah). broth was really yummy and savory but overpowered everything else in the bowl. brisket was very soft, almost a little too soft but very yummy. tendon was sliced very thin which I was sad about.... some parts were melt in the mouth and others were crunchy still. I prefer a firm but chewy tendon so I was disappointed that it was basically disintegrating into the soup :( noodles were initially served really stiff underneath all the broth, I had to poke and prod at them a lot before they were loose enough to pick up. I think they could've been fresher/added to the bowl closer to the time of the broth. very little cilantro and onion. lemons instead of limes... minor issue but still not my favorite. didn't have any crab rangoons or anything but it wasnt a huge deal I just feel like theyre typical. good place to try, but not my favorite. p.s. music was lowkey crazy, lots of 2016 era adam Levine on shuffle but lots of repeats LOL. read more

My first impression is great. I heard this place from my friends and finally got a chance to dine here. Inside is very well lit, bright and spacious. Once you get it, you smell the aromatic Pho broth in the air. The host and hostess are friendly and they eork efficient. Food comes in a big portions. The Pho is flavorful. It's hard to find good viet food that compares to OC/Westminster area in the IE county but this place is definitely comparable. Fast service, clean, and friendly staff! Went to Toyota Arena for Disney on Ice and wanted a local place to eat that would be decent food. Found the thousands of reviews on Bone & Broth and it was near the mall (needed to buy kiddo shoes), but wasn't IN the mall, so that was good. The service was good, the pho was decent and everything came out fast. That's all we wanted. We got the Thai tea and if you check in, you get a free soda, which comes in a can. I would say if you want good Asian food in a sea of fast food/American restaurants, then Bone & Broth is a solid choice. First off i did not notice on the menu that the food i ordered has sprinkle of peanuts and when i got it tried to take it out but seems impossible, did ask for an extra plate instead and informed the server that i have to take out the peanuts because of my allergy and he suggested that he will replace the food but i said just change the veggies not the meat. Parking: free parking in the lots. Good amount of space. Be careful if the cars coming out of McDonald drive through tho. Service: fast and polite. They seated us within seconds of entering. They asked us if we wanted water right away or drinks. Don't forget to check in for that free soda. They checked in on us a few times and made sure we were okay. Food: we got the #10 combo. Some bowls only come in a large size. It's a good portion for sure. I think there was a bit more noodles and soup rather to the meat ratio. However, still very good. We also got the egg rolls. A little steep for the price (4 for $9). For this price, wouldn't get it again. They were good egg rolls though, just not justifiable for the price. Try the crispy tofu. That was a good appetizer!! So good!! How have I not come here before? As a Pho aficionado this place is definitely worth coming to. Everything we ordered was so delicious and flavorful. I love how they've got your standard Vietnamese but with a bit of a twist. As far as Pho I got the sate. The broth was amazing and really rich. If I'm correct it had peanuts, which really put the fish over the edge. The only thing I didn't like about the dish was the imitation crab. The crab cakes were really mushy and not a good texture. I'm guessing perhaps they were cooked too long. I was told you could get the sate broth with any of their Pho so that exactly what I'll be doing next time. The star of the evening was definitely the house garlic noodles with the shaken beef. So delicious and I would come back Josh go have this dish. Beef was tender and super flavorful. The sautéed peppers and onions really added the perfect flavor and texture, and of course the garlic noodles were absolutely yummy. One note, this dish did not hold up well the next day. Noodles lost all their chewiness. If you get this I'd make sure to eat it all there. Lastly I'll say the green Thai tea was a must. It was Thai tea but with a nice floral flavor. The location is right by Ontario mills. Parking is fairly easy and its right in the same plaza as McDonalds. Inside of the restaurant is new and clean. One of the boss wanted to give it a try so we went during our lunch. We were seated immediately but they got pretty busy towards the ends of our lunch. We ordered our drinks (vietnamese coffee for me and taro smoothie for my coworker). One thing that struck me little off is that they dont have traditional vietnamese coffee there. Food came out fairly quick too. First time I visited had their filet mignon pho which was really good. They were very generous with the meat portion. I was so full afterwards. Second time I went back I ordered vermicelle with egg rolls, pork and shrimp. It came in a cute boat instead of traditional bowl. I would have to say its good for the price and the location. It was my first time to try this place although my cousin, who brought me there, had been here several times already. He was hyping me up about it which got me excited. When the food came, it did not disappoint. I got the grilled porkchop while my cousin got the "bulalo" (I forgot what it's called but that's how we call it in the Philippines .
