6/30/26. We decided to come here for happy hour and dinner; we got in around 6 pm. Happy hour is now call Social Hour-FYI 4:30-6:30. (I called and asked). So when I walked in (a Tuesday) the bar was pretty well packed (oh my...a Tuesday) so I quickly moved to the back, sat at a table and waited for hubby to park. An employee came us and said normally I'd need reservations to sit there... huh? It's the bar! Apparently things have changed?!? We ordered margaritas and two apps (calamari and cauliflower bites) very filing. Knowing we were going to dinner I asked for another drink-server said she can't order another until my 1st was finished! Now I'm at a double "hug, huh"! AND that they cannot serve anyone more than 3 drinks an hour! Now I'm all for "Don't Drink and Drive" but I wasn't driving and it was a 2nd drink to have with dinner! I got to say the Bonefish we use to know is not the Bonefish I was experiencing there.

I participated in Bonefish Grill's 3-Course Dinner Event last year in Cincinnati and really enjoyed myself, so I decided to give their 3-Course Brunch Event a try. Unfortunately, the experience didn't live up to expectations. The communication leading up to the brunch was a lot. I received a phone call confirming my attendance (which I appreciated) but then followed by a text and several emails asking to reconfirm. I understand wanting to manage attendance, but it felt a bit excessive. The event started at noon, with only one seating. Upon check-in, my dining partner and I were surprised to be seated at a table with another couple. None of the event details or confirmation messages mentioned communal seating. I don't mind sharing tables if I know in advance and can prepare for it, but this lack of notice made the first course awkward for both parties. Thankfully, I was able to request a separate table, and they accommodated the change, but it really shouldn't have come to that. The courses were brought out in batches, with a noticeable lull between receiving drinks and food. Here's a quick rundown: * Starter: Pomegranate lemonade + pickled crab deviled eggs. My favorite dish of the day. * 1st Course: Shrimp & grits + Whistlepig maple old fashioned. My dining partner's favorite. The thick peppered bacon was a nice touch to the drink. * 2nd Course: Crab Huevos Rancheros + Strawberry Aperol Spritz. Surprisingly my favorite drink of the event. It was light and refreshing without the usual bitter Aperol bite. * 3rd Course: Crème Brulee French Toast + Pumpkin Espresso Martini, a sweet finish in theory. Unfortunately, my toast was burnt, and the mint garnish added an unexpected tartness. The drink, however, was delicious with a subtle pumpkin flavor. There was no dedicated server for the brunch; staff served the entire room. We had to flag someone down to get our check before the event ended. She brought it quickly, but it took another 20 minutes to get it collected, and another 20 of waiting before I walked to the back to find my change. We were one of the first to ask for the bill but ended up being among the last to leave. The food itself was solid, but the event logistics were poorly executed. I'm not sure if each location manages brunch events differently or if this is Bonefish's standard protocol, but this was a miss. I'll probably stick to their dinner events in the future since that experience was far better. Rating breakdown: 4. stars for the food & drink, 1 star for the overall experience, 0 stars for missing my dine rewards points. This was the second visit to this location where they didn't assign points to my account. I've missed out of 200+ points = 1 star total.

Came here after playing a couple hours of tennis and this hit the spot. I was craving a fresh crisp salad and this one didn't disappoint. It was their bonefish house salad (in a larger portion) with grilled shrimp and a light vinaigrette. My friend and I sat at the bar and the service was impeccable. The bread they give you with their pesto dip is also very tasty. Highly recommend this location.

Got takeout last night and it was delicious. Bang bang shrimp tacos are delicious and the cilantro dressing was a great touch. Also had the chowder that was so yummy and fresh tasting. Takeout was quick and easy. Love bonefish.

Came here to celebrate a friends birthday and would love to say it was awesome! It's your typical date style/family night out dinner vibes, wasn't loud or too dark. Bear was our server and he was very quick and attentive with our orders and made sure we had our drinks refilled and our complementary bread out fresh, speaking of the bread I don't know what they put in that herbs seasoning but maaaan it was lips smacking out of this world and could not stop devouring it without sharing! I don't eat too much fish or red meat so I went with the chicken and shrimp and I would definitely say it was worth it! Always love love this place but next time I'll have to add the bang bang shrimp to the meal.

We had a 6:30 reservation for the dining room. We checked in five minutes early and were told to just standby and that will be called as soon as our table was ready. We went to the bar to get a drink, but it was so crowded. We didn't bother. At 7 o'clock. we still had not been seated so my wife went up to the hostess and ask for a status update. We were told that they did not have a table available yet, but they would call us soon. At around 7:10 the hostess said that they still did not have a dining room table, but that they could see us in the bar rather than continue to wait. We took a table in the bar. From that point on the service was excellent. I had no complaints with our waitress. She was friendly and attentive. We had the Ahi tuna appetizer and it was delicious our entrées, however, we're just mediocre. I had the grilled shrimp and scallops. They came with the seasonal vegetable, which was broccoli, and plain rice. What I received was definitely not worth the price point: four small shrimp, four small scallops and small portion of cold rice. The broccoli was at least warm. At the end of the evening. It was hard to believe that we had to wait 40 minutes for a reservation for that quality of food. The restaurant was very busy but still, having to wait 40 minutes and you have a reservation is absolutely unacceptable, especially when you wind up sitting in the bar area. Based on this visit, this place is definitely living off hype. It absolutely does not live up to the advertised standard. EDIT: Nothing says "We don't give a damn" like the canned auto/AI response this review received almost instantly. That tells you everything you need to know about this establishment.

I normally sit in the bar area and the bartenders always take good care of me. The drinks and food never disappoint.

Dirty appetizer plate brought to table although they had just opened.

I went for brunch on a Saturday with a friend. They open at 11 for brunch and that's the time I arrived. Given they were just opening, the hostess was placing the little appetizer plates on the tables. She brought ours while I was seated but I was looking at the menu and hadn't looked at them. When my friend arrived, she gasped and I looked up to see the plate on top was super dirty with food residue. Were we not on a time crunch, we likely would have decided to go elsewhere after that. When our server came, we pointed it out and she was very apologetic and replaced them. We ordered bottomless mimosas, Crab Huevos Rancheros, and B.A.E Tacos. For the mimosas, you get an option of OJ, cranberry, or passion fruit. I tried the cranberry and passion fruit. I preferred the cranberry, but the passion fruit wasn't bad and I was pleasantly surprised it wasn't too sweet. Our server was amazing and so were the mimosas. However, the food was just OK. My friend ordered the Crab Huevos Rancheros and noted it was more soupy than she expected and the beans were unfortunately overtaken by the enchilada sauce. The tacos were nothing special and the side of bacon was dry. I did enjoy the breakfast potatoes. Overall, especially starting with the dirty plate, it was just ok and a bit disappointing.

I went for the bang bang shrimp tacos and they were delicious. There's 3 in the meal along with fries. It wasn't that crowded so I was seated and served right away.

Bonefish brought back endless bubbles of one day only and we are so glad we went. May 25, 2025 @ 11am we were greeted by our friendly server, Reagan and started with the signature bang bangle shrimp. It didn't disappoint as it was crisp and tasty as always. We then tried a new to us app, deviled eggs w/jalapeños and they were ok. Not enough jalapeño for me. We both had the eggs Benedict and it really needed more lemon in the hollandaise sauce but overall good. Reagan kept our bubbles coming and was a delightful conversationalist. Endless bubbles used to be a weekend event and it is our hope they will bring it back.

I ordered the Brussel sprout salad with salmon. I know they said there was shaved Brussel sprouts but I literally couldn't taste any or find one. A little disappointing. We also got a side order of risotto. It was sooo salty, we couldn't even eat it.

I visited for the "Sail the Bourbon Trail" promotion. This four-course Prix Fixe event had a bourbon pairing for each course. I went in excited to learn more about bourbon. First Course: The Spinach Apple Salad was light and tasty. The tart vinaigrette offset the candied pecans and unctuous bacon and funky (in a good way) goat cheese. I liked the "Gold Rush" cocktail with this, but it was a bit sweet for my taste. Second Course: The Sea Scallops with Pumpkin Risotto were really delicious. I was surprised that the scallops were so tiny though. The Bourbon Apple Martini was amazing and I'll have this again at a future visit. Third Course: This was my second taste of a Manhattan and this version was smooth and very drinkable. I made a note to pick up Angels Envy at my next package store stop. I was in seafood heaven with the Saucy Shrimp Snapper entree. Fish and tomatoes always go well together for me. Fourth (Dessert) Course: The Pumpkin Rum Brownie was decadent! So rich and moist....I swear I tried to save some for later. The Kentucky Java is a bourbon version of a coffee martini and it just worked. As previously, the staff was pleasant and accommodating of allergies and special requests. Derek and the new Managing Partner were energetic and working the crowd. I didn't hear a single complaint from anyone at our really large table the entire night. That says something to me and I'll be back next month.

Rarely does Bonefish Grill disappoint and this trip was no exception. Started with an order of Bang Bang Shrimp and a stunning martini that had just the right amount of heat. We spilt our dinner and it was amazing the steak was cooked to perfection and cut like butter. Our waiter recommended the kung pow Brussel sprouts and boy were they good. This was the perfect spot of a week day date night.

For appetizers, we started with the snapper bites and the fried blue crab claws. Both were cooked to perfection and packed with flavor. For our entrees, we decided on the seafood broil and the fried platters. Both dishes hit the spot. The portion sizes were well balanced, and we left feeling satisfied rather than overly full. On top of that, the pricing was great. Our waiter was great, but the pacing of the meal could have been smoother since it took about 45 minutes to get our entrees. There were a couple of other notable downsides. The restaurant was quite loud, and to top it all off, a woman at the table right next to us had her shoes off. Management really should have controlled that kind of behavior, as it detracts from the dining experience. Furthermore, despite making reservations to celebrate our anniversary, the restaurant did not acknowledge it at all. That was unfortunate. Still, the quality of the food and the service from our waiter kept things afloat.

My part of five got the crushed pineapple martini, plain espresso martini, smoked old fashioned, vodka martini and cosmo. All the drinks were great- there are several cocktail options and many are sweet, but they do have good variety, including 3 types of espresso martinis. Beautiful glassware, which I love. For apps we got focaccia (nothing special really), oysters Rockefeller (so amazing!) For sides we had a loaded baked potato (SO huge), lobster Mac, Brussels, and asparagus. Everyone seemed to enjoy, I didn't eat too much since my meal came with risotto. I ordered the special for the night- filet, crispy shrimp, and southern sweet corn risotto. The whole table loved the shrimp and risotto! I really enjoyed it- never had risotto like this, but am not sure it paired well with the filet, but I still ate it all together :) 4 of us ordered steaks and they were all cooked exceptionally well. We eat at steak houses often so we were very impressed! My boyfriend got the lamb and added a lobster tail, both had amazing presentations and he was happy too. I've seen some reviews saying this place is pricey, however the portions reflect this. The level of service, presentation, and how good the food is make it entirely worth it. We decided upon this place based on reviews, including from all our oldest grandchild, who said that he had been taken here and everyone enjoyed it. we knew it had previously been a Japanese/Asian grill for many years, but now it is a Korean style barbecue and hot pot.m, so we stopped in. first be aware that this is not a cheap meal, it was $37 per adult. that said, you get access to a variety of proteins and options. I will also say that my experience was quite a bit different than that of my wife. to start, you get one type of flavored broth for your hot pot in which to cook proteins or vegetables. The table also comes with a built-in grill if you choose to Cook that way. My wife selected the mushroom broth base and I chose the pork broth base. I must say, my wife added her own spices/sauces and enjoyed her broth so much that she shared with me and it greatly enhanced my experience. We enjoyed it so much so that we took the remainder home - there was a by weight up charge for taking this or anything else home. initially I felt that was a little expensive ($5) for taking home What amounted to 2 cups of broth, but we made Ramen out of the next day and it was the best Ramen I've had in a long time, so kudos to my wife for having seasoned it so well. my pork broth was not very flavorful, but I was being lazy and did not add any sauces to it, so I was disappointed, but frankly that is probably on me. In the middle of the restaurant is a very clean and well stocked protein buffet that has all types of seafood, pork, chicken, and beef offerings. I selected many of these, and went directly to the grill instead of cooking some of them in the hot pot. i ended up over cooking several of them before adding them into my hot pot, and they weren't good, but once again my disappointment is in part due to my impatience or inattentiveness. my wife enjoyed her selections very much because she didn't overcook her proteins. my favorite thing was the beef Bulgogi and Korean short ribs, which I grilled (or my wife did) and these were delicious, marinated in an excellent sauce and I frankly could've and should've probably just eaten several plates of this. they had a sushi/dessert bar with typical fare; my wife did not partake in any of this. I tried several of the sushi rolls and they were OK -- frankly this is probably not what you would gravitate to if you're going to a hot pot/Korean barbecue restaurant. their desert offerings were fine: I enjoyed the tiramisu and the Asian style donuts, which were very doughy, but I love them. My wife thought they were just meh. they were alcoholic options, but we were already going to be at $90 with tip and take home broth so we just had waters. I apologize for forgetting the servers name, but his service was excellent, due to attentiveness, explanation of the options, and making sure our drinks were consistently refilled. The ambience was nice, modern, clean. so my take away is that this would be closer to a 3.5 star review versus a four, as this was expensive and everything that I tried other than the grilled Bulgogi and what my wife shared that she had added to her broth) was just OK. However, my wife enjoyed the meal so much, that alone is worth it. Also, I should attribute some of the "disappointment" to my own laziness or overcooking of the proteins on the grill. I would go back for another special occasion, but at the price point, it would not be a weekly choice.

I have been hearing about Picasso's for years now but somehow we never found our way there. But we…read morerecently decided to lock in and we were going to make it. I knew they were in the Mandarin area but wasn't exactly sure where but once we looked it up we realized how often we were in the area. We did come in on a Saturday Night so there was a wait to get in which was about 45 minutes for 2 but lucky Monkey's Uncle is right next-door so we grabbed some drinks there. We got our text that our table was ready and we walked over. Once seated our waitress went over the specials and I checked out the menu. They really have something for everyone and even some New Orleans classics. We of course had to get the New Orleans BBQ Shrimp since it's favorites plus it's one of their most popular dishes so it has to be good and you already know it was. The spicy butter sauce had so much flavor and the shrimp were cooked perfectly and the bread was great for sopping up every last drop of sauce. Being at Picasso's we also had to try a pizza and they have St Louis style which is have never had but I do love a thin crust so we tried the 12" The Gourmet Pizza which comes with Pancetta Bacon, Caramelized Onions, Brie, and Truffle Oil. This pizza was amazing and unlike any I have had. I will say the Brie will catch you off guard at first but this pizza is for sure worth a try. For my entree I went with the Fettuccine Alfredo and I added a Chicken Cutlet for $10. Let me tell you.... This might have been the best Fettuccine Alfredo I have ever hit it's that good. The Fettuccine Alfredo is made in house from scratch which is how it always should be done and the Alfredo is so flavorful. The Chicken Cutlet is also crispy, tender and flavorful as well. You really cannot go wrong with this combo. If you are a connoisseur of Fettuccine Alfredo Picasso's is a place you can not miss. We had an amazing dinner and the staff was so friendly and hopeful from entering to leaving. We for sure will be coming back in the near future to try some new dishes though I don't know how I'm going to be able to come back and not get that Fettuccine Alfredo.

I've tried multiple pastas and they never disappoint. The space is a decent size, but they're usually so busy you may have to wait a little while. It's worth it for a solid experience! Nice wine selection and they often have food specials if you like to try different things.

Don't say I didn't tell you about the Westside!…read more I've been wanting to come to OP Fish House for a while. I decided and came for lunch today and I will say it did not disappointment like I thought it would. I'm always down to try a place atleast once. So let's get into this review shall we!? Upon walking in my husband and I were greeted by the hostess and you'll see a big chalkboard with their weekly specials. We were sat in the back by a window so it was nice to have a view. Everything looked good on the menu. We started off with shrimp and some oysters and the oysters were topped with collard greens and cheese they were good but the oysters were just HUGE! For my entree I had a shrimp po'boy with a side of the bacon collards again they were really good. My only issue is that for my po'boy the bread was not a roll but it was still satisfying. My husband had the fish platter with grouper and trigger fish with fries and coleslaw. We absolutely loved the grouper it reminded me of red snapper. However we will be back and I love a cutie, rustic looking restaurant.
