Here for another wine pairing. We were seated promptly at 625pm. A copy of the menu is pictured. 630pm tasting it is now 630 and our server has arrived. Water and bread are brought out. Ambiance is casual pub. Very comfortable. It is now 645 and we are getting the speech. Wine came promptly. The Sauvignon was a perfect match for the artichoke salad. Very good. I could have gone for another glass but did not ask. Service was good. Course 2 the risotto was also very good if a tad spicy. The Pinot Noir was a good match. The Prisoner arrived just prior to our 3rd course a lobster imperial over a beef filet. The beef was medium rare the way we like it which is a good thing with so many diners. The baby bang shrimp was great, the rest of our meal was just okay. Living outside of Rochester, we had a Bonefish that never reopened after COVID so I was super excited to eat here. Unfortunately it wasn't as good as I remembered. I got a salad and added salmon and the salmon was not very cooked and really didn't have any flavor. Pretty disappointing for a place that specializes in fish! The service was fine. The restaurant was very busy so was pretty loud. I definitely recommend this place for families. They have coloring paper down the tables and crayons. The kids menu is for little ones under 10 and has all the options that kids and parents can sort - steamed veggies vs French fries. The staff are great and accommodate for kids. We ordered the food immediately after the drinks so you definitely have to be on top of them if you don't want a meltdown. As for the the adults, it isn't Maryland. So everything is frozen lol or out a can - we got the crab cakes with spicy mayonnaise and I went for the "daily specials" - butterfish - it was definitely frozen! Lol. For dessert- not much for us except the cheese cakes and cookies. We asked about ice cream and they only have vanilla for $1.69 so we got 1 scoop. I have been to Bonefish Grill a handful of times and most often it is a let down. Pros -Very delicious warm bread which comes with a delectable pesto sauce. You can ask for as many refills as you can eat it looks like too without an additional charge. Wine list is adequate for a chain restaurant, I went with the J.Lohr or as I told the waitress I'll take the J. Lo wine which she promptly corrected me on the name, guess she didn't get the humor. Cons- 7oz steak was not fully edible as it had a lot of gristle. I felt bad for my girlfriend as the crab cake was extremely small which we split and was just meh. The steak after cutting it open she chose not to eat and I was a stravin' marvin so I ate it but let me tell you folks there was definitely gristle on it : ( All of that being said I much prefer Bonefish grill over Applebees, Chilis, Fridays, insert typical chain restaurant name here. As the word fish is in the restaurant menu I would advise ordering a fish entree but coming here for an affordable happy hour I wouldn't turn down. My husband and I came here last weekend for our Valentine's dinner. Our food was great. We had a reservation at 4 but got there a little early. The host was more than happt to seat us right away. We ordered Bang Bang Shrimp for our app. We devoured it before I could get a pic. I had chicken and shrimp with the garlic whipped mashed potatoes and jasmine rice. Everything was delicious. Up until very recently, Bonefish Grill has always been one of those "been there, done that" chains of perfectly average seafood that you could easily find in the frozen food aisles at Costco. You never get a bad meal per se, just a meal that flies from your consciousness the second you leave. Bonefish in Langhorne is another kettle of fish entirely. Listless service is one thing but listless service tied to the saddest piece of salmon I've seen this century is a crime against maritime tradition. On second thought, maybe the salmon wasn't bad, it may just have been as bored as the servers. And for those of you that hate bad reviews, let me remind you that Bonefish ain't cheap. The shortcomings I can and do overlook at an entry-level eatery like Olive Garden (pound for pound a much better meal BTW) are far less understandable when the check trips triple digits without liquor. I've never been to a bonefish grill. I was in PA and stopped in for dinner. We had reservations and we were seated immediately. Our waitress brought us a basket of bread, butter and an olive oil dipping sauce. Yum! I had the red snapper. It was a nice portion and cooked perfectly. The rice and broccoli was cooked perfect as well. The mahi mahi was also a good choice. It was also a generous size. I think our favorite part was the price of the meal. Came for dinner last night with my mom and son. We ordered the mahi and shrimp and It came with two sides. I got the jasmine rice and the cream of spinach. Didn't love the cream of spinach but the rest was great. The mango salsa was amazing!!! I can't wait to try to make at home. My mom got the grilled rainbow trout, broccoli and rice. The food at bonefish never disappoints. But the service at this location is slow and unprofessional. My parents and I wanted to go to a "nice" restaurant to celebrate my trip back to SC tomorrow. We got our food and beverages quickly but after that we never saw a waiter or waitress again. No one glanced over to check on our table even when we had three empty glasses at the end of the table hinting to a refill. 39 minutes went by and We had to almost get out of our booth to flag down our waitress for a water refill. The food came out another 30 minutes later. Kinda stale and cold like it was sitting for a while. We're just upset at the unprofessional we experienced here. Hope management cares to fix that. didn't even get to go in because we made a reservation for valentine's day days ago and on our way there proceeded to get cut off by someone who happened to be going there as well. whatever it happens. we walkin behind them, and they give their party size, 4 people, they said "alright! you can follow us to a table!" we are next up, we say hi we have a reservation for 5:30 under so and so, "ohhh we can't find your name, wait is it this?" and proceeds to state the first and last name of the reservation. then explains it's a 20 minute wait. after we had a reservation already made. so now the dinner is out the window bc i'm not waiting somewhere where people that can just walk in get accommodated before the ones that made a reservation for the holiday. absolutely beyond annoyed. read more

I have never been a big fan of bonefish grill. Tried it again for the first time in years and it was okay. Nothing to rant and rave about. We got the boom boom shrimp and Brussel sprouts for our appetizer. The shrimp were delicious, the Brussels had a little more sauce on them than I would have liked. For everybody else yes it's a nice atmosphere yes they have interesting items on the menu however I think the food is very overpriced for what it is and a quality the food is not what I recall 8 to 10 years ago when we first started going to bonefish Grill in Secaucus New Jersey where every outing was memorable. My wife and I have tried the Langhorne bonefish Grill this is now our third time and like they say in baseball three strikes and you're out. Here's why My wife called earlier in the day to make a telephone reservation when we arrived they could not find our reservation then they try to stick us at a table by the very loud bar which was not gonna work for us so we got moved to a table in a quieter area. Survey came over to ask a couple questions give us menus asked if we had a beverage or do we want to replace I asked for bottomless glasses of water I was dehydrated from a bike ride before dinner and I was very clear please continue to fill my glass I had to ask each time and it was becoming a little bit of a nuisance so server issue. Server comes back to the table with one glass of water the first time around and I asked where is the glass for my wife that should've been given. So more time was wasted until he came back with her glass of wine and her glass of water at which point I was already ready for my next glass of water. No bread no oil was brought over to the table we noticed it was on other tables we did ask specifically when I mail came if we could have so we can dunk the fresh bread into the wine sauce of the muscle appetizer. A server brought out the muscle appetizer and unfortunately a little bit more than half the muscles did not open during cooking hence the dish was undercooked or there was a problem with the muscles so we called over the server to come back and send our plate back and re-order it again. Frank the manager and hands hands down he really loves his job he's very attentive to the customers he was very apologetic to us about the muscles and actually explained that since the start of the pandemic bonefish Grill corporation has been having problems with suppliers of muscles and they've been getting cheaper muscles and it's a regular issue across the The restaurants where customers are sending them back because so many do not open in the cooking process it just may be smarter for bonefish to pull it off the menu until they can find a better supplier rather than having people have a bad experience and like me write about it and share about it. Our dinner surprisingly came ahead of our appetizer now because we had sent the appetizer back to be redone so now I have my fish dish and my wife has a crabcake dish and we're basically eating that and the appetizer which then finally arrived all at one time which was not an optimal Friday night out after cooking all week so I feel that was bad management coming out of the kitchen they should've held up our dishes to take care of the appetizer and pace us. While my Chilean Seabass dish with mango sauce was flavorful and fresh, it's also not $34 worth, it's not New York, it's not Chicago, it's not Philly, it's not San Francisco or Washington DC where I would expect to pay those prices. I need my wife's crabcakes came out way too moist the actual falling apart great that it was fresh but I don't know why they didn't cook it a little bit longer get a little bit crisper save the cake would actually hold it's firmness and shape. So all in all for us we're crossing bonefish off our list again you're more than welcome to go just please be aware notice that the overall rating for the restaurant is only three out of five. I'm at a crossroad with rating Bonefish Grill. Our waitress Maria were very helpful, patient, and sweet. Each of us have our favorite items. So is kinda like I like this, he don't. Or he loves that, and me naaaa not really. We started our brunch with Imperial Dip, Crab and Corn Chowder. Hubby and our daughter likes the Imperial Dip very much. We all agree that Crab and Corn Chowder taste funny. Maybe we are not used to sweet chowder. Then my daughter got Mac and Cheese. Hubby ordered Bang Bang Shrimp. I got Cobia with garlic butter sauce(Maria suggest that cobia will taste really good with the garlic butter and she wasn't wronged either). Bonefish Mac and Cheese looks a lot better than other chained restaurants, very cheesy. My lo cleared her bowl lol. Hubby enjoyed Bang Bang Shrimps very much. As for me, Cobia tastes pretty good with garlic butter but wasn't tender enough, it was rough, not my favorite. My favorite is our dessert, Creme Brulee. read more

My husband and I went to the Bonefish Grill in North Wales on Tuesday night. I was skeptical as we don't get a chance to go out often together. The service and food was amazing! It is very modern and quite relaxing. Everyone was so happy and helpful. The food was beyond amazing I ordered the Cod imperial and my husband had the fish and chips. Everything was hot and fresh. Its been about 5 years since our last visit. We keep trying them, but we again were disappointed. The ambience is very nice. The server was dressed in classy white and was helpful, friendly and efficient. My wife's fish and chips was great...batter crispy, fish moist and flavorful. Fries were good. The bread was great. The miniscule serving of coleslaw with the fish and chips was very disappointing. The crab and corn chowder had good flavor. The pineapple glazed shrimp was tasteless. There was absolutely no pineapple glaze visually or taste evident. The pineapple served was 2 small very thin strips (1/8 inch) and not at all like the pictures. The coconut rice was just OK. The green beans were well undercooked. This restaurant seems to skimp in areas to save a dime or two but disappoints in doing so. I don't think anyone in management ever tastes the food they serve. Imperial Dip - Delicious! Dip was perfectly toasted, cheesy, and a good amount of fish. Satisfied with this appetizer. Bang Bang Shrimp Tacos - The tacos were a crowd favorite at the table. The fried that accompanied the tacos were perfectly crispy as well. The bang bang shrimp isn't spicy, needed more spice, but the taco itself had great flavor. Blackened Salmon Pasta - The salmon was delicious, but could've done with a different pasta. The pasta didn't have much flavor, too many capers in the dish. I really enjoy the food at Bonefish Grill. This location is the closest to my home but unfortunately it's a location I won't be returning to anytime soon! I'll start with why I enjoy the food. The bread and seasoned oil that you are greeted with at the table is fantastic. The wedge salad appetizer is my favorite. The lettuce is cut at the perfect angle to make this so easy to eat. The home made blue cheese is so creamy with solid cheese chunks throughout. The bacon is crispy and the grape tomatoes offer freshness and a pop of color! I preferred the scallops and shrimp with mango salsa. Everything was cooked and seasoned perfectly. The service was great. Drinks were always topped off and we were checked on several times. Not a single complaint about any of these things. The problem is that the seating has changed. It looks like booths were made smaller and people were uncomfortable squeezing into them. We even asked the waitress about them and she acknowledged they are tight. We were at a table in the middle. The tables are s close to each other. Our waitress had several run ins with servers on both sides of us because there is just not enough space. We also could hear everything going on at both tables on the sides of us which made it hard to carry on our own conversations. I understand trying to maximize your seat space but this was uncomfortable for us and the servers. I'll definitely be back to Bonefish but the KOP location is totally the way to go! read more
