They can hold 20-500 people for private events according to their website. The inside is dark and could use a bit of a refresh, but I wouldn't say it's close to the level of dive. It's certainly on the larger side compared to most bars in the area. The staff has always been nice, but service can get slow when the crowd size grows. Just the nature of things. Food wise the menu has a typical mix of pub grub - apps, soups, salads, sandwiches, burgers and several entrees. A friend was eating their jumbo Buffalo Shrimp off the starter menu and raved about them. I stuck to a Cheesesteak which was average but a deal at $9.50 -- the chopped steak was decent, cheese was good just needed a bit more. Hot peppers gave it some kick and the long roll was fresh. Their beer menu has around a dozen beers on tap. They dabble in more mainstream big beer/craft beer like your Goose Island IPA's/Lagunitas IPA, but do have a decent show of locals like Yards, Victory, Troegs and Weyerbacher. Bourbon wise I had a Knob Creek neat which was average price wise. The pour was on the generous side. Each time I've been here the crowds have been friendly and having a good time. We came on a trivia night and the place filled up by the time we were ready to go. Bailey's staff is on top of things, friendly and engaging. Located across the street from Richmans ice cream and burgers just by five points in Levittown. The smash burger topped with bacon jam tasted like it was fresh off a charcoal grill (in a good way) the buffalo chicken cheesesteak had a good amount of heat and the meat and cheese ratios were on point . The Buffalo bites were equally tasty and I have a strong feeling the blue cheese dip was homemade. They do offer weekly events like bingo, karaoke, quizzo. The day before the event, she reviewed my food order and actually told me I had ordered too much because she knew how much their trays would feed. And the food was excellent. Great pizza, chicken parm, pasta, and some awesome pierogis that were a great recommendation. And surprisingly, the broccoli may have been the best I've ever had. The servers the night of our event were wonderful--very attentive, friendly, and always available. They had a DJ and a host. The host was shouting out everyone's birthday including mine which was nice. They played good music mostly AfroBeats which was fine.
