As we arrived at the table we noticed a personalized setting for my dad celebrating his 76th bday. Our meal kicked off with a complimentary splash of bubbles and since we were a table of non drinkers, our amazing server Erin accommodated with a tasty non alcoholic champagne. Our server Erin was beyond terrific as well as the rest of the staff! From the start she greeted us with a smile and a toast. A photographer came by the table and took an "old school" digital photo that was gifted to us as a take home. We had a party of 6 non drinkers and $500 to spend from a silent auction win. Erin worked with me to help select the perfect menu. She gave great guidance on what to get and what to shift to maximize our gift card and get the most amazing meal. We shared the chopped wedge, Caesar salad, 2 shrimp cocktails, the 35oz tomahawk, 16oz NY Strip, scallops with truffle risotto, Brussel sprouts, brûlée corn, loaded baked potato, flemings potatoes, and the most amazing carrot cake and molten chocolate cake. We LOVED the tomahawk, drizzled in butter and so nicely marbled, the taste was 10/10. The NY strip was also yummy but the tomahawk was the table favorite. Salads were fresh and the shrimp were huge. The scallops were also 10/10. Normally we only get steak at a steakhouse but our budget encouraged us to branch out and it did not disappoint. I'd definitely get the scallops again. The sides were decent. Sides tend to be my least favorite at a steakhouse. The corn Brûlée was unique and my favorite. Brussels were good. We weren't a huge fan of the flemming's potatoes but we did not go hungry. As our meal came to a close the staff rounded out our dinner budget with a molten lava cake and a special birthday offering of the cheesecake and carrot cake. The cheesecake was just ok, but the carrot cake was phenomenal! And the lava cake was also delicious. Wed go back for these 2 desserts alone. Overall this was truly a top tier dining experience with amazing food and even better service. Thank you Erin and the Fleming's team for making our dining experience so special. We will definitely be back again!

The Fish Moilee Masala was an amazing warming curry, and that sea bass was so well cooked it melted in your mouth. The seafood stir fry was nice & flavorful, can definitely split it between two people. The Crown Lassi Luxe drink was very sweet and balanced, not overpowering at all. I tried the Majaraja of Patiala (Rosehip Chai) but as a zero proof/non-alcoholic drink, that also didn't disappoint. It was served warm which surprised me; I will say the drink itself (under the cream) tasted watery but still had depth of flavor. I'd order that again, but maybe mix the cream in next time. Kept it light for dessert with the mango sorbet, a perfect small size to curve my sweet tooth and end of dinner lightly. And our server brought out complimentary chocolates for us too! From the atmosphere, to the check in process, to the kindness of the staff, and even during our exit - Tamba exceeded every checkbox. I didn't come in with expectations as I haven't eaten at many Indian restaurants, but Tamba now sets the bar extremely high for me. I can't wait to go back!!

Food: I've been here a few times and every fish dish I've had ranges from good to very good, but nothing stands out as excellent. The portions aren't too big, but the food is quality. I do like the variety they have on their menu with respect to side dishes. (4/5) Service: Not a knock on the staff, but multiple times I've been there the wait was loooooong to get our food. (3.5/5) Ambiance: The location on the Westside definitely has more of a quick-serve vibe that feels like a Baja Fresh, whereas the Town Square one has more of a sit-down restaurant ambiance that screams fancy dinner. Go to the latter location if you're thinking date night or business meeting. (3.5/5) My parents really love this place -- they are big fish eaters. I don't mind tagging along with them when they're in town and choose this spot, especially since IMHO it's hard to find good fish at a non-Asian spot when you're dining out, let alone average fish. For the prices they charge, either the portions should be bigger or all of the fish cuts be of high quality. That being said, I don't have the contempt for this place that some other reviewers seem to have. read more

Dined Sunday evening. Service and food was horrible. Orange roughy was undercooked. Main entrees were served before the dirty dishes from our appetizers and salads were removed which cluttered the entire table. We were handed the check without having a chance to order dessert. Depending on what you get it can be pretty pricey but I had a shrimp dish there the last time I went for about $29 it was great. Their cocktails are really good too. Great for business lunches or date nights. I would recommend getting a reservation on the weekends I go to the town Square location a lot. read more
