The decor and atmosphere almost make you feel like you've stepped into Italy, which I loved. The food was good and we enjoyed our meal, but I do feel like the prices were a little high for what was actually being served. For the price point, I expected the food to feel a little more elevated or special. The other thing that was missing was Italian music! With such a beautiful Italian-inspired atmosphere, having Italian music playing in the background would have really completed the experience and made it feel even more immersive. Overall, we had a good time and the restaurant itself is gorgeous. This remains one of the nicest Happy Hours in the Las Vegas valley especially for quality bites at affordable prices, all the while having a nice casual atmosphere. Even if you're wearing sporty clothes - it's OK here, they treat everyone really well and you don't have to get dressy to come here. Mind you - it's the Summer time and it's well into the 100s. We are definitely in tank tops, shorts and some athletic shoes! The bartender we had today, Robert, was awesome. Super friendly, very attentive. The bar has Happy Hour and I hadn't been here in a while, but some of the best staples remain on the menu from when I last visited along with new items as well. All the food items are $8 and there's $8 drink specials as well that are great. There's also a Summer 2026 $49 meal special for 2 which looks like a great deal. I'll have to be back to try it. To start - we got an Espresso Martini ($8) and it was pretty good! We had the Shrimp Eggplant which was amazing when Brio first opened its doors here. I'm happy to say its just as amazing TODAY. The pepper cream sauce is out of this world - it's so good and I find myself using the complimentary bread basket and making sure I get every bit of the sauce. They give you nice sized shrimp on top of fried eggplant that is cut into quarters. Super solid item! The Balsamic Chicken Strawberry salad wowed me with the size. For $8 on Happy Hour, it's a real salad portion. Kudos to Brio for a great price without cutting the size. There's thinly cut chicken breast, strawberries, walnuts etc. It's a good shareable. The Carpaccio is also a good size. It's a large plate with Carpaccio and greens with balsamic on top. It paired well with the Strawberry Chicken Salad. Lastly, we had the Brio Burger and it comes with fingerling potatoes. The burger is a very good size. It has cheese on it and if you had ordered a salad, you can use some of those greens to dress up your burger. The only thing that was OK was the fingerling potatoes. It could have been the seasoning or herbs that was on it. Next time I would just ask for plain potatoes as it was a little overpowering for my taste. Amazing ambiance with live music, amazing food that'll leave you so full after, and great service all around. My experience at Brio was the best I had all week. Ask for Dorothy who will take great care of you and has great recommendations. There's plenty of seating for large groups and the restaurant is in an outdoor shopping center where you can take a nice break from walking and shopping around to get some good food here. Great dinner experience for a party of eight people. We recently dined here for dinner w/ our family. And every staff was friendly & welcoming, including the hostess; server (Autumn), and the expeditor. Our table had salmon salad; chicken Caprese; beef medallion, chicken Milanese, kids Mac & cheese, and Cobb salad. We were all surprised at how huge our entrees were. Needless to say that we had leftover in containers. I loved my salmon salad, which came with grilled asparagus & fried potato strings. Strangely for some reason I've never left a review for Brio Italian Grille even though I've been here multiple times and never was disappointed with their food and services. The ambiance is nice regardless of if you dining inside the restaurant or on their outdoor patio and it even has a nice seating armament outside the restaurant in case you have to wait to be seated. While some of their entrees are on the pricey side, they are enough to share or if you're eating out alone enough for a second meal the next day. I have not been here for a long time, not sure why as the food is amazing each and every time I've been here but in the past they cared about food allergies. It can get loud in here but it's tolerable. Overall it's nice. We started with the sausage and pepperoni flat bread and it was really good. We also had the chopped salad which they split for us which was cool. My friend had the risotto which was a shrimp & scallop risotto, my friend does not like shrimp and asked for extra scallops which they did. I had the NY Strip steak which was really good and safe knowing there is no cinnamon in that dish. My friend had the Crème Brûlée which I did not try because our server could not answer the cinnamon question or really cared. So why the 2 stars. Our server was Curtis and he was just ok. Several times we had to ask for refills and the biggest thing....I told him I have a cinnamon allergy and when asked about the crème brûlée he could not tell me if it had cinnamon. I asked him to check and he went towards the kitchen and talked to someone and came back and said no one could tell him??? If your chefs have no clue what goes into the food they are sending out of the kitchen and no one cares about allergies, I don't care how good the food is, I won't be back. Like I said they are known for good food, so if you are looking for good food, go eat and enjoy. Sadly I can't take the chance with my health and if they don't take food allergies seriously and the server wants to just dismiss this, I won't go back. There are many other choices in Vegas where food allergies are taken seriously, the chefs know what they are putting out of their kitchen and the servers unlike Curtis, care. I will say, if they would have taken food allergies seriously, this would have easily been a 4 star review. First and foremost, the food is excellent! But, the service needs improvement. It was a nice day to eat outside. We got seated and had our order taken. But, it took over an hour to get our food. We had to hunt down a server just to get table bread and refills on our drinks while we waited. It would have been nice if someone checked on us at least every 15 mins. It was a horrible experience. I like Brio foods. Beef carpaccio is my favorite. Most of foods are good. The reason I put 3 stars is the service. This was my second time to experience terrible service in the outside seats. It was a nice weather so I decided to eat outside. After the server took the drink order, we waited for 15 minutes to get just a glass of water and Soda.. The table next to us said they were wanting for an hour to get their foods. They also requested to turn on the heater but nobody came for it. We waited for more than 40 minutes and we decided to get inside. The server still didn't show up. I saw few people were waiting for pay. We couldn't get Soda refill unless we asked to the bar for it. I came in yesterday with some friends, and three of them ended up with upset stomachs afterward. I'm not sure if it was related to the extreme heat inside the restaurant, but the air conditioner was broken, and honestly, that felt like a major issue. I wish management had placed a sign on the door letting customers know the AC was out. Something as simple as, "For your information, our air conditioner is currently not working." That would have allowed us to make an informed decision before dining there. We were seated near the entrance, and since it's been around 110 degrees here in Las Vegas, we initially thought the heat was coming from the constant opening and closing of the door. After we ordered our food, we realized the entire restaurant was uncomfortably hot. Someone at our table asked to speak with a manager, and he informed us they were working on getting it fixed sometime this week. In my opinion, this should be treated as an emergency. Paying customers deserve to enjoy their meal comfortably, not leave feeling like they just sat in a sauna. As for the food, it was very hit or miss. Some dishes were flavorful and enjoyable, while others were bland and lacked seasoning. There wasn't much consistency. Our server was also not very attentive. She never offered cheese for our pasta, and most of the time she was nowhere to be found. Honestly, I couldn't blame her completely it was hot inside she was probably trying to find somewhere cooler herself. I hope management gets the AC fixed as soon as possible and does a better job communicating issues like this to customers. It's not fair to welcome people in without letting them know the air conditioning is broken, especially during a Las Vegas heat wave!! read more

Making a reservation here is always convenient using the Open Table App. They also easily accommodate large parties. I have had two large party gatherings here now and they were both seamless. For my meal I had the wedge salad which was fantastic and the lobster bisque which was ok. My spouse had the steak. He was skeptical because we were at an Italian restaurant but he said it was one of the best steaks he has ever had. Our waiter was super friendly and quick. The decor makes you feel like you are sitting in Rome. It is very beautiful. The location is also in the middle of town square so it is very convenient. I ordered the seafood pasta and it wasn't bad decent amount of seafood within but flavor wasn't there for me. First time back at Brio in a while. We made a reservation for four at 7 PM on a Thursday. The place was jumping so I was glad they were able to honor the reservation. Soon after we were seated, our server came by with the Brio bread. Delish. The problem with it is the temptation to fill up on the bread before your meal is served. We started with calamari as a shared app. Really good. My wife and I shared the Pasta Brio ($22) as an entree (they split it in the kitchen for us - very nice!!!). Visited today at 2 p.m. for a lunch date with my husband. I enjoy dining on the outside patio. We each ordered the $14.99 lunch specials. I had the rigatoni with chicken, spinach, mushrooms, red peppers, in a pepper cream sauce. It was delicious and a smaller sized lunch portion. There were about 4 tiny pieces of chicken in my dish. However, my husband ordered the spaghetti bolognese, and the portion paled to my rigatoni! Seriously, I feel like they ran out of pasta and just gave him what they had left in the kitchen. There was so little meat in the meat sauce, it was like they forgot to put it in! He is crossing this place off of our Italian list. Came here to eat dinner before a movie on Thurs of last week and have mixed feelings about it. This was our first time at Brio. The weather was nice, so there was a good amount of people dining inside and out. However, still a slow night as the restaurant was maybe at a third of its capacity. The restaurant looked nice and the live music was a bonus. We loved it! He got the shrimp butter pasta and I got the lobster&shrimp pasta. The shrimp butter was the winner, and I'd come back just for that. The service left us disappointed though. Our server was somewhat scarce. We didn't get any bread and butter until we asked for it, which was after we got our food. It seemed like servers kept hanging out instead of working, while the bussers (and food runners?) kept busy and moving. We had to ask for the check, and even then the bill sat for a while before she came to take care of the transaction. i don't want to necessarily call out the employee that served us.... but I also hope that if there's a next time that I come that she won't be the one to serve me. read more

I love coming to Brio and it's centrally located in Town Square. Abraham was so friendly and the service was great today at Brio. He also recommended the special fettuccini and it was delicious with shrimp, eggplant, and spinach. I also recommend visiting during happy hour. Came here for Valentine's dinner and was excited for the pre-fixed menu of 2 salads, two selected entrees, and a cheesecake to share for $69. My partner and I chose Caesar salads, the salmon Fresca, and lobster fettuccine. The restaurant was packed with couples and dimly romantically lit. Luckily with our reservation, we were able to get seated right away. We weren't expecting too much given how busy the restaurant was, however the service was terrible. The server had to be flagged down by us each and every single time, including the first time where we sat for 15 minutes with no water, bread, or attention. The server seemed to be confused about the prefixed menu and did not offer any drinks until after I had asked for cocktail and wine recommendations. I had to also ask for the complimentary bread to be dropped off, as well as the utensils after we got our meals. Had to also wait an additional 10 minutes for Parmesan and chili flakes to even start eating because of having to flag down the server once again. And every single time she seemed to be annoyed by having to do something for us...She wasn't even the one to drop off our food or drinks. Lastly, she dropped off the bill slyly without even serving our cheesecake slice as she had forgotten. The bread was soft, and the salmon was cooked well. I think overall the food quality was good, however nothing to write home about. The cheesecake was thinly cut and barely enough for two people to share. The $18 cocktail was only two gulps and served 2/3 full. It's a fine place to dine at, however I would avoid busy days like this again. We've passed by this restaurant many times and finally decided to stop in for lunch. My hubby ordered the Pasta Brio--rigatoni with grilled chicken, mushrooms, spinach, red peppers, all tossed in a roasted red pepper cream sauce. I had the Baked Gamberi Fettuccine, a rich and creamy dish with shrimp, roasted grape tomatoes, artichokes, spinach, and garlic Parmesan cream, topped with a mozzarella-Parmesan blend and baked to a golden finish. The dining room was clean and open. There are tables as well as booths. There also were some lunch specials for $14.95 so moderately priced. We went for lunch on a Thursday afternoon so it was somewhat busy. Our server was awesome he got our drinks and orders done in 10-15 minutes. He also came back to pick up plates and refilled drinks. We got the calamari for appetizer after about 20 minutes and it was well seasoned, crispy hot and the sauce complemented it well. It took some time before our entrees arrived probably by 1pm after an hour or so we got all our salad and pasta orders. I had the lunch special with the strawberry chicken balsamic salad and chicken spinach fettuccine. Both dishes were dressed properly and were filling for my taste, but lunch portion is smaller so if you ate hungry ask for the dinner portion. I recommend Brio for happy hour, lunch, or dinner. Sorry I knocked off a star because it just seemed it took a while for food to arrive, but service was great and we were fine with it as we were discussing business for an hour and a half, but if you are in a hurry expect a wait if they're busy. read more

My wife and I went to dinner at 5:10 pm. The restaurant was only half-filled at that time. The service was EXTREMELY slow, taking a half hour to get drinks and over an hour to be served. The waiter kept apologizing as he was attending to too many tables (due to apparent short staffing). We ended up finishing dinner (without dessert) 1 hour and a half later. Due to the delay, we were late to our booked comedy show. The food was good, particularly the shrimp and eggplant appetizer. The ambience was very nice with live music. This is a moderately expensive restaurant which has NO excuse to be operating so inefficiently. So I deducted a star for that reason. read more

We recently visited Brio in Town Square and had a mixed experience. The extra dirty martini was wonderful, but the old-fashioned was just somewhat okay. The pasta was really, really good, and the Italian wedding soup was delightful, though it did have very few meatballs. Service was good at best, as drinks took forever, we waited for about half an hour before we had our order taken. When the drinks arrived, we told our server that we wanted to go boxes when the food came out and the check as we had somewhere else to be. We had about an hour for our dinner before attending a previous engagement, but it took so long to get our drinks and food order taken that we felt really rushed once the food arrived. Although we did not order our pasta from the happy hour menu, they have a wonderful Happy Hour here and every previous visit has been great. We will be back to give it another shot. read more
