I ordered the steak and chicken combo off Uber Eats. I chose grilled rice (aka fried rice) for one and noodles for the other. My delivery w smooth and nothing spilled lol. The noodles were bad. They were dry and flavorless I basically threw it away. The steak was burnt on one plate as u can tell from the pic. But the non burnt ones were pretty tender. The chicken was also really dry. Nothing special. Also a bit flavorless. U def need the sauce it comes with. The fried rice was not bad but also not great either. It was overall okay. At least it wasn't dry as the noodles. Overall I don't think I would order here again. Nothing stuck out and the flavors were not flavoring for me lol. Idk about ambiance of the place though since I got it delivered.

I was hungry and came across this place that was open until 11 PM, so I thought, why not! I ordered the grilled rice with shrimp, steak, and chicken, and everything was delicious. The food was flavorful, fresh, and cooked really well. The service was also great--friendly, attentive, and quick. Definitely a good spot to grab a late-night meal. I'll definitely be coming back!

Fresh made hibachi without all the fuss. The katzu chicken was well cooked and the grilled veggies were perfect. My friend had the salmon which she enjoyed. Wide selection of sauces but the wasabi was the best. Portion size was generous but not excessive.

Volcano Grille in Henderson is such a great spot! Everything we tried was delicious, but my favorites are the New York strip steak, Japanese strawberry salad, and the LAVA CAKE!!! really stood out, you absolutely have to save room for the lava cake!! Great food, generous portions, the sauces really took everything to the next level. I also love that you can customize your plate and choose exactly what you want. The staff were friendly, and everything came out hot and always fresh. Definitely one of my favorite spots when I'm craving hibachi without the long wait of a traditional hibachi restaurant. Definitely a place I'd recommend and will be coming back to!

Their chocolate lava cake is our favorite! We would go here just for this dessert. I also love their yakisoba noodles paired with any of their proteins! The noodle side is way better than any of the other restaurants that offer the usual chow mein. My go to protein is NY strip steak medium rare and chicken katsu.

Not surprising they got my order totally wrong because it took forever to cook while they were in the back cursing and talking about fighting. The ladies in the front were very nice but I won't try this place again. When you charge this much for stir fry, you have to do better.

Nastiest chicken plate! Dry chicken, mushy rice and noodles and 0 flavor or effort put into this!

0 stars. I ordered Volcano Grill on Postmates and this was hands down the most disgusting meal I've ever had. The rice was mushy and tasted old, like it had been sitting around forever. The noodles were just as bad--soft, soggy, and honestly nasty. The chicken was so dry I almost choked trying to eat it. There was literally no seasoning on anything. No flavor, no effort--just bland, poorly made food. And the sauces? Absolutely awful. Weird, off-putting flavors that didn't make any sense and made everything worse. This whole meal went straight in the trash. Total waste of money. What even is this place?

    Hair in steak.

I went to Volcano Grill yesterday and was honestly really disappointed. The portion sizes seem to have changed because I ordered a standard + premium plate and could not believe how little food I received for the price. I also placed a pickup order and still had to wait about 10 minutes past the expected pickup time. They were kind enough to offer me a free small drink, which I appreciated, but unfortunately that wasn't the only issue. The premium steak was extremely tough and hard to eat, and to make things worse, I found a hair in my food. For the amount I paid, I expected much better quality and portion sizes. If I could add photos, I absolutely would. Sadly, I would not recommend this place based on my experience.

We have ordered here several times on DoorDash! I have been so impressed with their food every time. Their food is always seasoned well. We love their fried rice here. I got a BOGO deal with their premium meat- surf and turf. It was so good! The steak turned out really good and not tough. I think it was angus! I like all their sauce options too. We got chicken katsu this time and that was delish as well!! Service is quick...especially since it's DoorDash. I can't speak for ambiance since we order out.

One of those spur of the moments where you're like " I'm hungry " and " oh look, we've never tried this place before." So we decided to try it. I'm happy to say we enjoyed it. The burgers were surprisingly good and so were the fries. The shrimp cooked perfectly. My son who is the most picky eater you'll ever meet liked the chicken and spring roll. The only thing we didn't care for was the noodles. They were too sweet for my wife and son. We really liked the creativity of the restaurant. There was a mural on the wall which showed some Nintendo themed characters. You wouldn't notice who they were if you weren't a video game fan. Very creative. It doesn't look complete so I'm excited to see what else gets added to it. Service was great. Being first timers there, I appreciated the girl at the register explaining things to us and being patient with us.

I feel like this is a little hidden gem on Eastern and a MUST TRY! The food is incredible, the staff is awesome, the design of the space is neat and very welcoming. My favorite was the yakisoba noodles were addicting and the steak was perfectly tender. We shared a double protein plate and it was plenty of food for us two. Can't wait to come back.

The food was amazing, we started with a bread and a tomato paste that was so divine, our server Anthony brought a second round. We shared the French onion soup, going bite for bite and fighting over the cheese and pastry bits. The soup was so good, we had to pace ourselves to savor it because we didn't want it to end. I ordered the braised short rib and my boyfriend the NY strip steak. We shared the Mac and cheese (a solid recommendation from our server Anthony) and were blown away. Both entrees were amazing but I will forever think about the braised short rib over mashed potatoes and carrots. We ordered a drink each, my boyfriend the red wedding with real raspberry puree that was so smooth he loved it (he doesn't like the taste of alcohol). I ordered the iconic cocktail served in a horn. Both were well balanced and had us feeling a buzz! Our server Anthony was a highlight. He made great conversation, was super attentive, had great recommendations, and provided well paced service. He even asked if we wanted videos of the steak and drink presentation! We love asking servers for recommendations and guidance on choosing a good fitting drink and menu items, but love it even more when they actually care about our taste, are knowledgeable about menu items, and genuinely care to guide us towards something we will enjoy. Anthony did just that! He really made the experience so enjoyable in multiple ways and made great conversation, mentioning that his wife ate the short rib her entire pregnancy (I can understand why). This place was a gem and next time we're in Vegas we will definitely make it back, hopefully with Anthony as our server again!

Was a great snack to have before our other meals came. 10/10 Beef tartare - Delicious! Flavors meld together so well and came with bread. It's slightly salty but I like it! 9/10 Crab Cakes - Very good and the tartar sauce is divine. A lil expensive for one cake though. 8/10 Wedge Salad - This salad was so perfect. Right amount of dressing and toppings. Lettuce was crisp! Quite addicting. 10/10 Bone Marrow - First time ordering it and WOW! Definitely getting this when we visit again. Comes with a caramelized jam and paired so well with the fattiness and bread. 12/10 Bone in Filet - So good and cooked to perfection. Unfortunately, upon arrival, we were disappointed to find that the elevator was broken, as informed by the staff. We had two friends who required ADA accommodations: one in a wheelchair and the other who could not walk long distances. We were left with two options: a table in the front lobby, where everyone walks in, providing no privacy, or seating outside. It was 5 PM, and the temperature in Las Vegas was scorching over 100 degrees. Why would I choose to sit outside, especially with two guests who have mobility challenges? Moreover, the server informed us that there were no mist machines outside, which was an insult. The simple solution would have been to call or text us to inform us that the elevator was broken, especially since one of the servers mentioned that it had been broken for a few days. A simple call would have given us time to find another restaurant that could accommodate our needs. However, it was a Friday in Las Vegas, and making a last-minute reservation was challenging. We decided to stay and dine in the lobby near the butcher shop, where we were again seating in the open, lacking privacy. The manager did came over and comped two appetizers, which was appreciated, but it did not resolve the issue. A restaurant should be ADA accessible at all times, and if it is not, they should inform the guests especially if specific accommodation was mentioned in the memo of the reservation. One of our friends, who cannot walk far distances, had to struggle to go up the stairs to use the restroom, causing her muscles to cramp up and other issues. As a local and frequent visitor to this location, this experience has made me question whether we will return. It left my guest, who came to celebrate my birthday, feeling like they were an inconvenience and burden
