Had the mahi-mahi with the mashed potatoes and asparagus was pretty good. The mahi-mahi was a little bit overcooked for my liking. Also, the pork chop and bone was overcooked instead of bringing us mashed potatoes. We got regular round small potatoes and didn't get mashed potatoes till the mail was completed. I'm giving five stars because Leo provided us with customer service chilling. Seabass was delicious. First, a nod to the positive: the ambience is lovely, and the overall service was excellent. The staff were friendly and attentive throughout the meal, and our server (Christina) did a wonderful job. Now for the food, which is where my experience diverged. Several items I tried fell short on flavor. The blackened tacos, a burger, chowder and crab cakes all came across as bland. The sauce on the crab cakes was good, but take that away and it tastes like nothing. On a brighter note, the Bang Bang shrimp was good . Excellent flavor! After looking over the Mother's Day brunch, specials and regular menus, we decided to order family style, and everyone shared. Starter: Mimosa to get the mood started Bang Bang shrimp 5/5 Tomato Bisque bowl 5/5 Entrees: Crème Brulee French Toast 4/5, nice orange zest on top. Pineapple glazed shrimp 5/5, good risotto Champagne Butter Chilean Sea Bass on white rice 5/5, so soft almost like scallops. I stopped by Bonefish Grill while waiting for my car service nearby on a Friday around lunchtime. It ended up being a convenient and overall decent experience. They offer a really solid lunch deal where you can pick a drink, a soup or salad, and a main which felt like a great value for the price. If you are in the area and looking for something easy and reasonably priced this is definitely a good option. Service was fine overall. I did not catch my waitress's name but she was kind. At times though the interaction felt a bit awkward for reasons I cannot quite explain. I had asked for my chicken to come with vegetables but it came out with fries instead. I chose not to say anything since I did not want food to go to waste or create extra work, though I do think they would have fixed it if I had spoken up. I was just trying to eat a bit healthier that day. The food itself was good enough but nothing particularly memorable. Inside there is plenty of seating along with a bar area and the place had a nice buzz going which made it feel lively. Overall I would say this is a solid choice if you are nearby and want to take advantage of the lunch special but it is not somewhere I would go out of my way for. read more

Overall great experience. Visiting Vegas for the night and met up with a friend... She suggested this place and although we missed happy hour we still we're not gonna skip out on the experience It was quiet overall just a few people at the bar.. the service was good overall we were acknowledged and we got served right away. The bartender made us some really great drinks. I think they were called a blue drop martini. It was super good not overly sweet. Then we had someone come and take our order and I ordered the imperial dip which was like a seafood dip. It was amazing and it came with warm tortilla chips and for my meal I ordered the salmon with jasmine rice and broccoli. Although that meal probably sounds simple. The flavors were great, BUT I did ask for the temp on my salmon to be medium, and it was definitely well done so it was a little bit drier than what I would like. I ordered it like that so that if I reheat it, it still won't be dry, but it came out pretty dry. I had only had bonefish once before in my life and I had it to go so this was a nice dine in experience. Way crowded, seating in large long tables of 12 plus and so close my chair was right against person behind me. The cocktails were not my style, very colorful sugary beach drinks. But the food was good, not skimpy portions and was all delicious. The advertised banana foster was Really a banana Sunday with Carmel sauce and fried wonton skins. Funny, Bonefish Grill does not exist in So Cal. Somehow I had a gift card for Bonefish Grill LOL. I literally had to wait until I traveled to Las Vegas to use the gift card. I finally used it! I came to Bonefish Grill in Town Square Las Vegas for dinner. My first time here. Greeting staff was amazing. Thank you Miss! They weren't super busy. Lots of inside seating plus a bar section. Ambiance was cozy. Lighting was slightly dimmed. I was seated at a bench-style table big enough for 4 people. I was dining solo so it was more than enough space. I needed the space though especially for the amount of dishes I ordered LOL. My server was a nice older gentleman. He didn't introduce himself and I didn't ask for his name. But I did see his name on the receipt at the end. I thanked him by his name for his service. I think he was surprised by that. Now onwards with my food... menu wasn't huge, but it had some great dishes. I was steering towards seafood and veggies. I ended up getting 3 items. Yes, 3! Why go small when I can go big?! I enjoyed them all. Bourbon Glazed Salmon was perfectly cooked. Roasted potatos was just divinely delicious. Asparagus was crisp and tasty. Bang Bang Shrimp was loaded with lots of shrimps like 20 of them (wholely shrimp LOL!)... that's why it's called Bang Bang Shrimp! Shrimp tasted great and sauce had a nice spicy kick to it, but I would have preferred less of the creamy, sweet, and spicy sauce. Brussel sprouts were amazing! My dinner was quite scrumptious. I enjoyed the complimentary bread and olive oil dip as well. Water was fantastic! Btw, my gift card was used up. I had to cover about $5 out of pocket. I tipped my server $10 even though he didn't think he deserved it (I saw it on his facial expression). Thank you for your service Sir! As I was walking out, there were 3 staff members standing near the exit. The people who left right before me got a nice good-bye by all 3. But when I left, I only got a nice good-bye by only 2. I had cocktail pairing dinner featuring four chef-curated courses paired with Wicked good cocktails straight from Oz. I saw someone posted this preview event on IG. They showed there was Wicked background display. I dressed up as west witch but there was no photo Opp background wall. Then we were sit with big table with strangers. I didn't know this was group things since it was $70 per person course. That was kinds of disappointment. The 1st course was Scallops with Squash Purée with Congratulations! Potion. Food and cocktail were so delicious. They were my favorite in this dinner. Scallops were cooked perfectly and squash purée made the scallops even better. Cocktail was color changing. It was white before I pour purple poison. It was tasted mango and mandarin. It was refreshing and great drink. The 2nd was Fall Scallop and Shrimp salad with Ozmopolitan. Salad had scallops again. It was good but I prefer to try different seafood, like crab. Cocktail has glitter and very pretty pink. It was sweet. It didn't good with the salad. The 3rd was Tequila Cream Sea Bass with Lobster Ravioli with outstandiful Spiritz. Sea bass and lobster ravioli were delicious. This was my second favorite in this course. Cocktail was good. It was good combination with sea bass. I wish the cocktail was less sweet though. The last was dessert. Green Apple Brownie was very sweet. I couldn't finish it. I don't like brownies so maybe it was good one. Oz's Elixir was very very sweet cocktail. I got yellow green cocktail. Then other table had green like a menu. As you can see the picture which has two cocktails, one is green and aother is yellow green. It was unprofessional that the bartender couldn't make consistent color cocktails. I had a pretty subpar experience at the Bonefish Grill in Town Square today. Our server was kind and attentive, but the constant aggressive upselling throughout the meal made things a bit uncomfortable for both me and my guest. The ambience also felt dated, and while the menu sounded promising, the execution fell short. They seem to hang a lot of their identity on the "Bang Bang Shrimp," which in reality was a greasy, overly heavy, deep-fried appetizer that didn't live up to the hype. For my entrée, I tried the Alaskan salmon with mashed potatoes and Brussels sprouts. The Brussels sprouts were actually quite good, but the salmon--while cooked to a hot temperature--lacked flavor, and the pan-Asian sauce was thick, syrupy, and overly sweet. The mashed potatoes tasted unmistakably like instant potatoes, which was disappointing. On the positive side, I did enjoy the classic French 75 I ordered and it was well-balanced and not overly sweet. the beverage that my guest ordered was delicious as well. I will also say my guests rainbow trout dish was quite tasty, and I would try that, if I returned. The server in the bar area where I sat was very attentive and suggested I start with a lobster bisque and then Ahi Tuna for my main. She took the wheel and her trainer stayed close by in case she needed assistance. The service was fast and she kept coming to check up on us which I appreciated. Food: After looking at the menu, we settled on sharing the ocean mixed grill which serves 2. It comes with a choice of salad, chowder or bisque per person and then wood grilled salmon, wood grilled mahi mahi with chimichurri, wood grilled shrimp with a mango salsa and seared ahi tuna. You also get 2 sides to share and we got potatoes au gratin and bacon mac and cheese. My mom's favorite was the mahi mahi. She said it was cooked just right and she loved the chimichurri. I loved the ahi tuna. It was seared well and the sauce gave it just the right kick but I would've loved more sauce with it. For the sides, the potatoes were rich and creamy but just a bit to thick for me. The mac and cheese had a white sauce. It tasted good but for bacon mac and cheese I would've loved a bit more bacon. They have removed some things from their menu, just note before you go. And, the piece of trout that I got today had so many bones still in it I couldn't even finish half of it, just wasn't worth it. Caesar side salad had some wilted and browning lettuce. Yuck! But I'm thinking because they like to serve it like cold that it's sitting in a refrigerator somewhere and that's what's making it wilt. Maybe they stopped doing that, just my suggestion. Deal going in with my other diners was if it's not good this time we don't go back, so looks like we're not going back, ever again! My experience at this location is always excellent. I live on the opposite side of town from this location, so I don't normally go to this one, but when I do it's a good experience. The staff is always helpful with the menu, friendly, and have great personalities. The last time I was there my friend and I decided to sit at the bar to have a different aesthetic. The bar feels has more of a happy-hour or brunch vibe because the rest of the restaurant has more of a mid-scale steakhouse vibe. The bartender (from August) was fantastic. A spur of the moment dinner turned out to be a good experience. From coming in and being seated. I went to the restroom and when returning. The waiters, yes waiters were talking to my mini me. Service was to start at 6:30 but they seemed to be busy and running behind. No water was offered and we didn't have a set server, seemed to be multiple serving this specific event. Items were just dropped off without any explanation or real conversation from the servers. The food was okay. Spinach salad was decent. The shrimp and scallop risotto was what i looked forward to the most but it came out cold. The risotto was also undercooked. The filet came out next with no one asking what temperature we preferred. It also came out cold. The dessert was also just okay and we were not impressed with the wine selection. Overall, it was a disappointing experience. Bonefish is our favorite place to eat at Town Square. We like that it's a standalone building which makes it easy to park and not deal with the shopping center parking. This place is fabulous, elegant restaurant with really delicious food. Our ultimate favorites include: Bang ,bang shrimp ( a MUST HAVE) and Atlantic Grilled Salmon with broccoli and crispy potatoes . Excellent food reasonably priced for the quality and their seafood was perfectly prepared and flavorful. For dessert, we really love Drunken Coconut Pie (get it!). This place has been a big disappointment. We have tried it numerous times and no change. Service has always been great and could not ask for a better ambiance. However, the fish does not appear fresh, perhaps it's the way it is always overcooked. So there I am in the middle of the desert CRAVING a fish dinner. Not a fried one but one where you get to enjoy the fish instead of bread and grease. Bonefish grill was not too far from our hotel (The W Hotel). So we headed there. It was EVERYTHING I wanted. Excellent service, rainbow trout, veggies and wine. Bonefish is one of my go to spots at Town Square. I've liked everything that I have eaten here although I have a couple of favorites. My favorite seafood dish is their salmon (grilled) either with a caesar salad or with veggies as a side. My favorite item overall; however, is their pork chop. It's simply grilled but it's always perfectly cooked, juicy, and very flavorful. Their lobster stuffed shrimp (special) is also very good and a pretty big portion. For fall, they have a pumpkin ravioli (premium side) that's really delicious (with feta and crispy onions). I need this to be a regular item! My least favorite item is the calamari. They're really tiny and almost too fried. Desserts can be hit or miss, they used to have an excellent coconut pie that they took off the menu. They brought something similar back but this one is more like a macaroon in the shape of a pie. Service is excellent. Billy is always attentive and friendly. I've dined here multiple times and my meals are always good. This last visit our server was nice and very attentive. We ordered the 3 course special; Corn Chowder Lump Crab, Cod Imperial and a Brownie Dessert for $24.90. What a great deal. The fish was tender and I enjoyed eating the melted cheese that topped the fish. I'm not a dessert person but the ice cream was yummy. Great spot and if you're looking for a place to have a gathering, they have a back room. I've had my holiday party and my friend had her birthday party there too. read more
