I came in not looking the best but everyone was very welcoming. I needed to plug my tablet in which they have outlets at the bar. I was informed these are just breakfast burritos no rice no beans... I'm in I said. Ally was my server and was very nice. I chose the classic, just a normal one cause I wanted to gauge things before moving on to the more extravagant selections. We decided to give Bonfire Burritos another shot at this relatively new location in Arvada and are glad we did. We had been particularly craving a gringonized burrito, which Bonfire most certainly is. We didn't feel like making them ourselves. We went on a Wednesday morning when there wasn't a crowd. Parking was a breeze and it only took 10 minutes to get our burritos. The hash browns were crisp and the tortillas were griddled, just like old times when they were a food truck. The difference was the wait. This is the quickest we've ever received burritos from Bonfire. It was refreshing. We didn't opt to eat in but there is a medium sized lobby with additional seating on an inviting patio. They serve alcohol as there is a bar. What struck us was that they don't have a lot of hot sauces. They have something they refer to as burrito butter but we didn't get a chance to try it. This seems like a missed opportunity for them to make a bunch of hot sauces and market them. The burritos are packed heftily so opt for the original if you plan for multiple meals or you have a herculean appetite. They are packed with protein and the price reflects this. read more

The parking lot is a nightmare. 10am on a weekday and it's jam packed and saw 2 near miss accidents with some minor road rage as people tried to come and go. The burritos are overpriced. The bacon one I got was super salty and no flavor beyond just really salty bacon. Saw staff walking in and out of the side door, one guy wearing his food prep gloves and carrying tongs as he walked through the parking lot. Kind of odd. From some trial and error ordering, it seems that the "little giant" burritos are basically the same size as the larger ones. I came in the other day and Kaylee gave me great customer service. I loved how she came to the line of people and took my order. Kaylee took my order the other day when I came in. I had a few questions about how Bonfire handles Celiac disease concerns and she reassured me that they take it very seriously and will assure there will be no cross contamination and they'll do gloves changes and wipe down the area they're working on to make my food. Come on Bonfire, do better! Waited just under 2 hours for 2 burritos, I'm mean... seriously! And why have an outdoor space if it's not usable? Cover the turf area, put some money out and add umbrellas. Add additional seating! If you're going to have us all sit and wait in the heat for 2 hours before even getting our food you could at least make it more tolerable! Staff were terribly rude today which didn't help either! Plus, metal tables and summer sun = stupid idea. Kids and dogs everywhere and burned paws and burned kids that touched hot tables, metal chairs and play equipment. If you don't get here early, the line is out the door and takes forever (it's good but not That good). Annnnd the mimosa's..get them individually. Avoid the pitcher. The champagne is poured from the draft into the pitcher and KILLS the carbonation by the time you "second pour" it into your cup making the flattest mimosa's I've literally ever had.
