Payal recommended a European facial based on my skin type and the fact that it was my first facial ever. As soon as I walked in I was welcomed immediately. I told Payal my concerns and she was able to answer all my questions with patience and kindness. She had me fill out a form which I thought was awesome because it makes the experience more personal. It also helps the Esthetician aware of my skin care history. Once in the room she made me very comfortable and the facial was amazing. I felt rejuvenated and extremely relaxed. She was gentle and thorough. The facial took about one hour, a nice little relaxing session with a stress free environment. Payal also offered me a great tasting mint green tea to top it off. I was very excited to get my lashes done here and when I got there and was ready to be relaxed and take a lash nap she began to do the extensions with my eyes open!! That is not the way to do eyelashes, she was poking my eyes and my eyes began tearing up and she still told me not to blink, like what?? And then she ended up gluing the end of my right eyelid shut and she just ripped it back open which was extremely painful, when I left I couldn't even see, the extensions were causing severe burning in my eyes and they were very very pokey. Not to mention there was also glue all on my eyelid. I should have left the second she started doing them with my eyes open. This is very dangerous I hope I don't get an eye infection.

It happened twice where I called ahead of time to make an appointment and I get there 15 minutes early and my appointment wasn't honored. I can get past a few minutes past my appt time but both times they went past about an hour. Both times I had to walk out without being taken care of. During the time, I wasn't acknowledged or they didn't excuse themselves or point me to the direction of another stylist until I spoke up. I had been going there for 6+ years and never had a problem until new management. Since the start, It wasn't the same vibe and there was just something about the team and atmosphere.
