Does anyone know where Jenny or team went? I stopped going there a few months ago due to the lack of professionalism from the new team. It happened twice where I called ahead of time to make an appointment and I get there 15 minutes early and my appointment wasn't honored. I can get past a few minutes past my appt time but both times they went past about an hour. Both times I had to walk out without being taken care of. During the time, I wasn't acknowledged or they didn't excuse themselves or point me to the direction of another stylist until I spoke up. I came across this place because I usually get boba from what is almost next to this nail salon , of course I checked yelp reviews and noticed really great reviews - so I went and schedule an appointment . They made sure to send me a reminder . It surprised me the quality of their amazing way of doing nails , she did such a great job . It was from a inspo picture that my daughter found on internet and guess what - to my point of view - she did them exactly as the picture . She took her time without rushing her work . I also got a pedi with gel nail polishing ( matte ) she told me how to clean them because she said they get dirty easily (something that I didn't know). Very quit place. I've been looking for a new nail salon for a while and so my lovely wife found me Lana's diamond nails When I called to book for same day appt they of course had space and I'm about 6 mins from the location so this was perfect I walked in and was given a pedi chair almost immediately, the salon was pretty and spacious, I didn't get the name of the girl I wish I did , Unfortunately the service was not good, I didn't get to choose any type of service it was a gel pedicure and that's that , they have a set routine for it so no upgraded service, This woman took forever and day to clip my nails and trim the cuticles and when I say I LONG TIME I mean after 5 mins of her on one toe I started getting uncomfortable, she didn't have any hand pressure at all I berly felt her doing anything , when it came to clipping my nails she did a trim and not once tried to get the side nails , i told her I do acrylic on my toes for a square type nail shape , she shaped my actual nails not doing any type of acrylic , she gave a 2 mins sugar scrub and I literally mean 2 mins or less , she painted my nails and at the end she needed to be tapped out so someone can finish , I did tip her tho because I'm not a monster , anyways I'll keep looking for a new salon read more

Came here because it was close to where I work and I had a long lunch break. But I did not enjoy the outcome. I got a gel manicure but they didn't look good at all. And they started to come off after 2 days because of how poorly the nail polish was applied. I could tell they wouldn't last long because the nail polish was already lifting after a day. It wouldn't have been a big deal to me if they came off after 2 days but the fact that I was not pleased with the outcome was disappointing. read more

Had a regular mani and pedi since I'm allergic to the blue light needed for gel nails. I decided to take a risk and try this place to get my nails done before my wedding day. At first, the job seemed okay, but on my way home the polish started to lift on the edges and come apart. I took a shower the next day and they became even worse. The nail polishes also look old. My ring finger nail got chipped so I decided to stop by the next day to at least get that nail fixed before my ceremony. I was made to wait a good 10 minutes for the technician who was busy while two other nail technicians were available. Once it was my turn, the technician grabs my nail and goes over it with polish, then goes over it with the clear sealer, messes that up because it had red stains from the polish used on the previous customer. So, instead of just removing all of the polish, to have a smooth surface and just apply the polish again, she wipes it once with nail polish remover and leaves an uneven patchy surface and applies polish again then the sealer...at this point, I'm frustrated and tight on time, I left disappointed. I was forced to hide my nails on my special day. I still tipped the lady but im never going back to this nail salon. read more

Super kind staff but they basically do whatever they want. Nancy wouldn't cut my nails down even though I told her Im a nursing student and had toddlers. I know they do this so that they can charge more. She also didn't put lotion of oil after so my nails and cuticles were super dry. The lady who did my pedicure did AMAZING but didn't put lotion or massage after the scrub. That's like the best part. It was really disappointing. Paint on my skin, I was cut with tools on my toes and fingers. I repeated myself multiple times on what I wanted only for them to do something else. I just gave up because the lack of understand was so frustrating after 3+ times. For a professional nail salon, leaving polish on skin on multiple fingers and toes is unacceptable. I tend to want to spend money on things I can't really afford. This is why I appreciate Lana's Diamond Salon. I've been coming for almost 2 years now. I used to not have to wait as long (hence I knocked down 1 star), but they were very apologetic about the wait. I can't speak to any other service, but I go here for just a regular gel manicure. It costs me $20 each time (clean up of my previous gel manicure included). I think that's reasonable given I've been to places that have charged me more for similar work. I agree with others - schedule an appointment as it gets busy. Remember to bring cash. They ask that you tip in cash and there's a $1 charge for using a card. read more

I have come here like 2 or 3xs for my eyebrows only. But decided to try for a manicure. The lady that did it was very nice and did a good job. However when it was time to pay, I asked the woman there is she could give cash back. She said yes, how much. When she got the cash back. She automatically assumed it was all for tip and was given it directly to the lasy who did the manicure. I asked her for the money since I was not going to give her all of it. Its like paying doe a whole new service. She then told me they dojt give cash back , only for tip. She had already charged my card so I then I just let the lady keep it as tip. However if they dont do cash back they should say no cash back at all, and not do it at their own convenience. Or clearly state only for tip, so we the customer can be aware. My nails came out so thick she didn't file them down and made them too curvy they look like claws after i asked worse $60 i've spent I gave her a $5 tip bc i felt bad but these nails are the worst set i've ever gotten. The black was peeling the next day and the design is just lines drawn on, if i can give no stars i WOULD. I went home and filed them and repainted them I did a better set for myself then a licensed nail technician. I suggest you don't come here if ur getting acrylics they are inexperienced and just have overall bad taste, like anyone with a right mind would look at these nails and agree they aren't pretty, but not the tech that was doing them. Don't come here!!! I can't seem to find a good nail shop. I come to get a full set but I was told the nails were still good and all I needed was a fill. I come in around 2 and everything is going well. Then a client comes in at 245 and has a 3 o'clock appointment with the lady doing my nails. All of a sudden her job becomes rushed. I was told to go and was my hands. I come back to my seat and I'm told to sit in the chairs as if I'm getting a pedicure. I look down at my pinky nail and it's broken. I tell her can you add more acrylic on top to make them stronger. I'm told, "No it's too late, I asked if you wanted me to make them stronger and you said no." I said "Yes I understand that but I didn't know my nail would break from me washing it." Again they tell me "there's nothing we can do." At this point I don't even want to be here. I'm like wtf my nails won't even last so what's the point. I ask her do you honesty think they will last 2 weeks. She says, "I hope so." WHAT KIND OF ANSWER IS THAT!!! Now another girl is my nails and my feet. I originally came to get a gel pedicure but I'm like "F" this. I don't want to be here any longer than I have to. Just do gel on my toes so I can leave this lame place. I'm looking at my nails and I notice each nail she has done. They don't even have a coffin shape they are just straight in shape I'm like wtf, I can't win. Now they're going to expect me to pay for this bs. Lol. As I sit here im mad af. I see a girl not being helped after her pedicure is over. Her nails have partially dried and instead of the manicurist putting on her sandals she now must. SERIOUSLY THIS PLACE IS A JOKE. This is by far my favorite nail salon! The girls here are always so friendly and fast! My nails always turn out perfect :) .... the gel usually lasts about 3 weeks without chipping. They have huge selection of both gel and regular polish. They also have amazing massage chairs that always make your pedi that much better! Although I have moved a couple times since I discovered this place, I always travel back over here every 2-3 weeks to get my nails done!
