Dropped in on a random Wednesday after searching for a nail spot. Walked in and was greeted. Promptly sat down in the massage chairs. To be honest its been a minute since i got a pedicure. I love coming here with Crystal! She's the best! Always treats me and mine like VIP customers!! She's really really good with ingrown toe nails. And does pedicures with salts and cut oranges that just feel so so good when they rub them on your feet. They also do lashes, acrylic nails, waxing and an arrange off sevices. I've recommended so many friends here they keep coming back!!! She's always welcoming and will treat you good!! read more

This was my second time coming to this place - the main reason why I came back is because the first time I came they were really gentle when they worked in mani and pedi ( also the gel type lasted me for about 6 weeks which I thought it is something good ) . Another reason is because if you don't have an appointment- the lady nicely will try to fit you in for you to be seen . But she still recommends that is better to schedule an appointment ahead of time . All of them are very nice... I have had my nails done by Victoria, An and Krystal. They all have been excellent! This place has great customer service and the staff is professional and friendly. I do strongly suggest making an appointment. They have VIP and super-VIP customers so walking in is not really an option. Once you're in, you're family. read more

Called this location 10 mins prior to me coming in because I was in the area and was in dire need of a manicure and pedicure. I got my manicure done by Amy and pedicure by Lynn they were efficient and definitely made me comfortable. This location is such a gem, usually I am skeptical of locations but had a great feeling about this one thanks to the reviews. Tons of colors to choose from, the removal of my gel was quick as well. Customers are expected to respect the policy, and in return, the business should demonstrate the same consideration and reliability. Not be compensated with a $5 discount. When if I had canceled the appointment would have been charged $30. Experiencing this issue more than once concerns me about their consistency and professionalism. I hope improvements are made to better manage scheduling or compensation.

Since I was at the mall already, I decided to walk in and ask. The salon is pretty clean and organized, and they have a variety of nail colors and techniques available. They were able to get me seated right away when I walked in. Kim worked on my nails. She is soft-spoken, efficient, thorough, and she took care of my nails, giving me exactly what I asked for. I love them! I got a gel french mani with some nail art. They came out so cute, and I would recommend working with Kim. Price was reasonable.
