Crystal was very nice and friendly and did a great job at giving me a milky white on my toes. She was also nice to fix my paint job that I already had on my fingernails for free. I will definitely be going back because of her service and passion for her job. Thank you Crystal.

Love this place, best nail techs I've experienced since doing my nails for over 30 years! Krystal does amazing pedicures and nails as well as Victoria, she's an amazing artist with her nails designs, I give them a 10 out 10!

I love coming here with Crystal! She's the best! Always treats me and mine like VIP customers!! She's really really good with ingrown toe nails. And does pedicures with salts and cut oranges that just feel so so good when they rub them on your feet. They also do lashes, acrylic nails, waxing and an arrange off sevices. I've recommended so many friends here they keep coming back!!! She's always welcoming and will treat you good!! read more

I have had my nails done by Victoria, An and Krystal. They all have been excellent! This place has great customer service and the staff is professional and friendly. I do strongly suggest making an appointment. They have VIP and super-VIP customers so walking in is not really an option. Once you're in, you're family. read more

Called this location 10 mins prior to me coming in because I was in the area and was in dire need of a manicure and pedicure. I got my manicure done by Amy and pedicure by Lynn they were efficient and definitely made me comfortable. This location is such a gem, usually I am skeptical of locations but had a great feeling about this one thanks to the reviews. Tons of colors to choose from, the removal of my gel was quick as well. While I understand that unforeseen circumstances can happen, last minute cancellations like this are highly inconvenient and disruptive. What makes this situation frustrating is the strict enforcement of the company's cancellation policy, which charges customers a 50% fee when canceling less than 24hrs in advance. It is only fair that the same level of accountability be upheld on both sides. Customers are expected to respect the policy, and in return, the business should demonstrate the same consideration and reliability. Not be compensated with a $5 discount. When if I had canceled the appointment would have been charged $30. Experiencing this issue more than once concerns me about their consistency and professionalism. I hope improvements are made to better manage scheduling or compensation.

Kiki is also an extraction specialist and educates you on your skincare at home. One of my favorite things about her is the sanitation. I've seen that far too many times with others, so I greatly appreciate her attention to those details. I love her suite. She has it decorated nicely, has calming music playing and she's an overall amazing person to talk to! If I could give 0 stars I most definitely would. They are homophobic, and discriminating. It was my cousins first time coming here. We read reviews and seen mainly good ones so we decided to head down for a full set and pedicures. they would not do my cousins nails do to the fact he was a Man, and decided to start talking about him and laughing at him while he waited for his mother to finish her pedicure. After going to a nail salon where they turned me down as they said I was too picky, I decided to go to the nail shop around the corner from my house. I wasn't expecting much from this place as it was smaller than what I'm used to. Boy was I pleasantly surprised with the outcome! I got my acrylics done by Kathy.
