Had a bad experience with this shop. The repair failed catastrophically and they would not stand behind their work. They claimed that some light scratches under the bumper where it' was scraped on the curb caused the failure. Additionally the repair took much longer than promised and the quality of the paint was poor. I have attached a photo that shows the poor paint job. What a nightmare! Had to take my truck back to them four time over a six week period. The paint repair didn't match the first time. Then we found some panel bond and a dent on the hood where they must have dropped something on the hood which wasn't even part of the repair. Unsafe repairs, very poor customer service!!. My Insurance company recommended this place. They said they should have my car repaired less than 2 weeks, 4 weeks later the insurance company had to call them to get car done. Bonner said there was an issue with airbag, after calling the insurance company a second time. Finally Bonner said car was ready, not trusting them at this point, I drove it straight to the dealership to check out the airbag. No surprise, Bonner did not fix it. That's scary. Did a terrible job on my White 2015 Lexus, the paint where the parts connected together scrunched up and wrinkle.. like people not going to see it.. at another spot look like they just sprayed paint on the bumpy scratched up spot.. so it raised up and look ugly.. The second car also a Lexus because I only need a very minor paint job and I'm paying cash, so I need a cheap repair , I'm figured they can't mess it up too much but I was wrong again, they quoted me 813 for repaint 2 little spot is in the front bumper and back bumper, after I brought the car in , they called me the next day and wanted 140 more for a broken retainer.. how is it supposed to be broken?? The car have not been in any accident... I said to them that it's must be your repair technician did it.. after back and forth on email they decided it to put the bumper back the way it's is and not get the extra retainer , they saying it will stay on...!! We will have to see about that.. then another problem a raised.. when I came pick up the car, the back bumper is repainted but the front bumper still have the ugly scratch, after I told them about it, they drove the car to the back, slapped a dollop of black paint in the middle of the scratch and left the area around it looking gray, blurry and uneven and said that the best they can do on that spot... I was angry and confused and tired of confrontation so I just paid .. walked away and vowed to never come back to this Bonner body Shop again.. Don't be fool by their friendliness and all because it's the great job done that we care about. It's been a few days but I'm still upset about it.. I have to make sure every ones know so they don't come to this incompetent shop again.. The insurance company may refer you to them after all because they use low quality products so in a way , it's save insurance company 's money ..!! I have been to another body shop before they are way higher but did an excellent job.. and you will pay the same for the deductible any way!! Do not come to them if you have an expensive car.. all the works terrible work that they did will show up on it.. and will ruin the value of your cars...!!!! read more

They do not even deserve the one star I am FORCED to give them. I took my car in the get some repairs done after a wreck I had. I was told it would be ready on a Friday, ended up not being ready till the following Wednesday. I went to pick up the car, and started looking over what was fixed, and there was a place in the bumper that wasn't popped in all the way, I went back inside and told Jonathan what was wrong, he went out to move my car and my car wouldn't even crank, I was told my key fob needed a battery, FORTY FIVE minutes later, I was told the issue was fixed and went on my way. I got home and started looking at my bumper to found out the issue had not been fixed, at all. Looked at my hood and my hood was not even touched it was still crooked from the wreck. Next morning I went to leave for work and my car wouldn't crank, mind you it has a new battery in the key fob. Called my insurance adjuster and he told me to take it back by . My husband came and got my car from me at work, took it by the parts store to have the battery tested, come to find out my battery is bad. When he got back to Bonner he told them what was going on, the body shop told him that a aftermarket bumper was ordered, and its not going to fit properly like the factory one and there was no fixing it. The battery was brought up, the body shop told him the inside could have been damaged on impact but they didn't check it because it looked brand new. Please save yourself some trouble and go some where else, these people are slow and carless. All they care about is $$$$. read more

My daughter attends University of Alabama and is turning her car in to the dealer prior to flying home to California for the summer. So I sent her to Bonner to get the little dings and scratches fixed, and just have to say my daughter is blown away! She says they are the nicest and most helpful place imaginable. Awful. Did not repair but charged insurance for parts. Car was not safe and had another blowout. Johnathan told me not to tell insurance company to bring back but not put it in review I was to fill out. Had another blowout on way to take back to tire place then they kept another two weeks and told me they would have to take to chrystler to resent but repairs were all done. Then called and said chrystler had to order parts so it would be delayed. In other words he lied when he said it was all done. And just had to be reset. Ordering the sensor and wiring was the reason it was delayed the first time. I checked with insurance company and they had billed $875 for the sensor and wiring but had never taken it to Chrysler to order parts or install. I still do not know when I will get my car. Then he told me they did not know wiring was bad. Look at picture. They have had my car for almost 4 weeks except for the two days when they said it was fixed but wasn't. read more
