Came here late last night on NY day about 11pm. We were able to get something to eat. Food was good, wish it came out hotter but it tasted good. Devin was nice and they played some bangerzzz. Might go back for karaoke night.

So happy this place is back open and super impressed with the remodel. It's beautiful in there now! This place is realty great if you want a local pub feel without all the pretentious vibes you'll get from a lot of these bars on main street. Murphy's is a great place to go have a drink and just relax. After the most recent remodel the place is really nice and really well done. Worth a visit. The bartenders were all really nice women that made nice drinks. The well vodka is Reyka as well so that's a nice well. This place is worth a shot.

We used to come here when it was Murphy's, our favorite dirty dive bar. We were so surprised when we walked by and saw it was a totally new bar so we decided to try it out! The floor was new, no more green carpet which was wonderful. The bathrooms were nice too. The bartender told us that upstairs became a club at 9pm so we decided to check it out. Pretty small but had cute decor and the DJ was playing great songs! Not the place to go if you're looking for a vegas club but we had fun. We will be back!

Changed names from Murphys. Okay decent. Wanted to go to Beerhive but they closed early Sunday. Boom needs more porters / stouts.

I was in SLC on a business trip and decided to stop here for some food and it was delicious! The servers are not overbearing and I loved that lol they only really spoke to me when it was necessary and I enjoyed the peacefulness. The food was good! I got the nachos and a drink to pair and I was very full afterwards. This place was only a 2-3 minute walk from the Marriott where I was staying and I'm glad I got to try it while in Utah. Great hospitality!

Is it normal for SLC when you wanna get drunk but after 5,6 or maybe 8 beers bartender tells you "looks like its enough for today"? All good, I mean canned Murphys cant be bad and restroom is not too far and pretty much clean lol. And, to be honest, I don't really care about interior. Bar is bar. Sometimes worse is the best. But please, let people do whatever they want.

This place saved me. I went for a quick bite after getting off a plane on a Sunday afternoon and checking into hotel, and lo and behold, nothing's open in SLC. I stumbled into this lonely open place walking down Main Street and they had a nice turkey swiss avocado sandwich that really hit the spot. Another hit was a local bottled IPA on the beer menu, Hop Rising from nearby Squatter's Brewery, that was $5.5 for 9.0% alcohol content. What a deal and yay!, what a nice late lunch that was.

They have a lot of umbrellas so you aren't sitting directly in the sun but can still enjoy the nice weather. It also has lots of mirrors which give it a cool vibe and make it a good spot for pics. As for the food and service, it was a little all over the place. Our server seemed pretty flustered the whole time. I ordered a Diet Coke and the upstairs machine wasn't working. The first one that was brought out was incredibly flat. The second one was from the machine downstairs, and it wasn't great but it was drinkable. My friends got coffee and said it was good. They have $2 mimosas. They are definitely a smaller size but good for the price!! The food took a long time to come out and there were a few things missing. We also had a couple mimosas we ordered that were initially forgotten but brought after the second or third ask. The food itself was just meh. It's dive bar food. The potatoes were amazing though!! Everything is pretty inexpensive. I'd recommend this as a fun option for a group of friends to hang.

From the moment you walk in, the staff makes you feel welcome. Everyone--from the greeter to the bartenders--was friendly, relaxed, and genuinely attentive. It's one of those pubs where you instantly feel like a local, even if it's your first visit. The space itself is cozy and comfortable, exactly what you want from a neighborhood pub. One of the highlights for me was the sports setup. On several nights I was there, they had hockey games on three TVs above the bar, which is surprisingly rare--and very much appreciated since I'm a big hockey fan. Other nights they had football and baseball on, so there was always something good to watch. Coming from LA, the drink prices felt amazing. After spending a little more time in the area, I realized they're actually better priced than many places nearby--so it's a win all around. Another bonus: they have real pinball machines, which is another personal favorite and a nice nostalgic touch. All in all, Patrick's Pub checks every box--great people, good vibes, solid drinks, sports, and pinball. It's a winner in my book, and I'll definitely be back next time I'm in town.

I decided on a half order of the monte cristo sandwich and it was plenty with the pub chips! For me, a monte cristo is always somewhat reminiscent of a breakfast sandwich because the batter it is dipped in reminds me of waffles. If I could have added an egg I would have! It was perfection paired with the raspberry preserves. Their fry sauce has a slight spicy something to it. It was very filling and I was only able to eat half of my half order. The others in my group ordered the Crowd Pleaser (bacon wrapped jalapeno poppers, cheese curds, wings, a sausage roll, and sauces) and a Reuben sandwich. I am told the corned beef was perfection.
