I ordered food through Door Dash last weekend for me and my daughter. It took them an hour and a half to prepare my food. Two different door dash drivers got there and waited forever and both finally left. Then a third guy got there and they found my food and sent it anyway. Be careful dining here. The waitresses will add tips to your total without you knowing. Be sure to check your bank account the next day. A server added $5 tip to my total AFTER I gave her a $20 cash tip. Whether it's $2 or $10. No one should add tips without the patron's knowledge. Period. And the fact the service was GREAT! Music blaring outside made me a little worried about how loud it would be inside. But it wasn't bad and we could hear ourselves talk. Lots of tv screens was my first impression. We sat in the bar area and Mariah, the bartender, was our server. Started with the mozzarella bites. Then went with the chicken Cobb salad and he had a double double smash burger. The burger was not as large as we thought it'd be. He subbed onion rings for fries. The mozzarella bites were yummy. I really liked them. The square shape held sauce well and the cheese and spring onion added a nice bite to it. My Cobb salad was huge. I barely ate a third of it. Saved the rest for lunch the next day. The grape tomatoes were juicy and the lettuce leaves fresh. Didn't care for the larger slices of red onions and I decided that bleu cheese is not for me. The avocado salad dressing was pretty good and they give you a lot but I didn't drown my salad as calories count. The chicken was average and the bacon bits would have been better if they were actual bacon. But overall it was decent. The women's restroom was clean and smelled good. That was a plus. The stall I went into couldn't be locked as the lock didn't line up but because of that it hadn't been used after cleaning it seemed. So I used it. Parking was fine. The sweet potato fries were a huge let down...no where did the menu say salt and pepper sweet potato fries. I was in between meetings and decided to stop for a quick bite to eat. Boomer Jack's was convenient and nearby. The design of the restaurant is rustic but not overwhelmingly so. The patio at this location is huge! They have a 16 person fire pit in the middle and an outdoor stage. We had a beautiful day so I sat on the patio, really nice and enjoyable, but perhaps the music was a bit high. I did bring my book to read but there's no way I could have concentrated. I had a nice view of the fountains across the street as well. I ordered the salmon with grilled vegetables and a side salad. Pretty tasty, could have done with a few more roasted veggies, though. They both came out together, I would have enjoyed the salad beforehand, but not a big deal. The bathroom is very stylish with large hexagon tiles on the floor and walls and wood ceiling, trough style sink. My server was really friendly and had excellent follow-up! She even brought me some Mardi gras beads! The manager came over and took the time to follow up and answer questions on live music. Great customer service at this location. We went to boomers tonight bc I was craving some wings. I am giving this review 2 stars and not 1 bc the food was okay. We got seated quickly in the big patio. The problem was the service. I ordered a cup of soup and was serviced a bowl. I asked her about it since I did not want to be charged for a full bowl. She replied that they only come in the bowl size which I then corrected her saying it a price difference. She replied "ok" and turned to walk away. After that things just got worse. She dropped off the food and did not say anything to us. After that she did not come back over. I was given ranch instead of blue cheese which could have been an easy fix if she checked in on us. Also, we never got drink refills. I feel bad for the restaurant bc my husband would have ordered more beers, but since she never came back he just had the one. It's hard to enjoy yourself these days at most restaurants as they are trying to make up for lost income from COvID and therefore you find yourself sitting way too close to other folks. When we walked in we were given the option of inside or outside on the patio. It was raining and chilly so we opted with inside. The waitress came and greeted us, told us about drink specials (shit of peach crown for $2.50, I'm liking this place even more) and we ordered an appetizer. By the time the appetizer hit the table we were ready to order. I can be indecisive about things and I wasn't sure which dressing I wanted on my salad so she brought me both on the side. Food was good - my mate loved the jalapeño mashed potatoes - and overall it was a successful dinner. We weren't able to finish everything and took stuff home and I know this will sound crazy but not everything reheats well and when it does it makes the food even better. I do not recommend. The customer service is slow and they do not pay attention to the tables. They huddled up at another table yapping with the male boss and left the three tables in attended. The food menu selection is not great, the chicken meal I ordered lacked flavor. The quesadillas were dry and boneless wings were overdone. There is rap hip hop music playing at high levels you have to almost yell to have a conversation. Overall not my cup of tea and do not recommend this establishment for a meal. read more

I ordered the Buffalo chicken Wrap, fries and a beer. The fries were great and so was the cold beer. The wrap was so watery and mushy that it was very hard to tolerate. No crunch in the chicken, the tortilla was very soggy. I have had many chicken wraps but my first one here. After one bite I unwrapped it to just eat the chicken but after looking at the chicken and the lettuce and tomatoes it just turned me off. I ended up with fries and beer and a portion of my husbands burger. Michelle was our server and very nice girl I must add. She did ask if I wanted something else and I declined with grace. I did think it would have been a nice thing to take a little off the bill but that didn't happen.
