I was not rude to either of them being in the customer service department myself I would have expected better and definitely not treat my customers that way. I would have definitely listened first especially when someone spending money. Even the Dasher was there and noticed that the order wasn't right and was willing to go back for the right food. She even witnessed the rudeness of Elana and suggested that I reported it to DoorDash in which I did. For that reason I will never spend my money with them again.
