We started our breakfast with a hot Wildflower Mocha and a Mocha Latte. The Mocha Latte was…read moreoutstanding....rich, smooth, and perfectly balanced. I wanted to try their pancakes but didn't want a full stack, and our server Robin was wonderful in recommending the Sweet Start. One thing we really appreciated is that all breakfast entrees include coffee or tea, and the prices are already very reasonable. We were also pleasantly surprised to learn that even though we ordered specialty coffees, we could still enjoy complimentary refills of regular coffee. The restaurant has a charming and unique atmosphere, with every table looking a little different from the next. For my meal, I ordered the Sweet Start, which included one pancake, eggs, and bacon. I also appreciated the transparency from the staff. When I asked for an extra serving of their homemade pecan butter, I was informed upfront that there would be an additional charge....a level of honesty that's surprisingly rare these days. My husband ordered the Banana Nut French Toast comes with homemade whipped cream and homemade pecan butter, which also came with bacon. He added a side of eggs as well. Everything was delicious. I'm especially particular about pancakes, and I can honestly say they serve some of the best pancakes I've had. The food was excellent, the service was friendly and attentive, and what stood out most was how genuinely happy all the staff seemed to be. It created a warm and welcoming atmosphere that made our visit even more enjoyable. We would definitely return the next time we're in the area.

We perused what items we could eat - yikes if only they offered black bean patties as a substitute. We then checked their health department ratings (available on their Yelp page) and decided not to eat there. We hope their health department issues get resolved, and that their ratings climb up significantly!

Talk about old school. This was an interesting discovery. There are several buildings including a…read moreFarmers market so I wasn't sure where the restaurant was. I went in the Farmer's Market first. It looks like an old barn. There were lots and lots of homemade choices- "canned" soup bases, fruits, vegetables, salsas, jams, flavored oils to name a few. There were also fresh fruits, nuts, honey, vegetables, dairy products and cakes. There are four areas you can eat. The main "restaurant" is small with only a few tables. Evidently it's a favorite of older local gentlemen to gather for an early breakfast. There is also the "Pig Sty," "The Chicken Coop" and the farmer's market area. Some of these can be cold in the winter and warm in the summer so dress accordingly. The farmer's market area is heated by a wood stove. The staff here are so friendly. It felt like we were visiting family. The food was good ole country food. The hubby and I each ordered the breakfast plate. I had coffee with my choice of several flavored creamers. If you pay in cash you get a discount. If you are in the area you should check it out. You can order from the breakfast or lunch menu. Plan to stay a few extra minutes and look around and support local farmers. We brought home some boiled peanuts. Fun experience and good breakfast.

The pricing is affordable and the venue is nice inside with a few tables outside to sit on the historic street and enjoy some food and drink. Good time for the whole family, and talk a walk in the historic downtown before and after. Pro Tip - ask someone at the counter there for the speakeasy password across the street (Wesley's on Doyle, 21 and over, drinks and cigars!) or use mine - "Prince Astian" ;)

That's a good sign considering I usually take pics and not dive right into the food lol . The pesto pizza was ok to me I only had one slice, I could pass on it if I were to come in contact with it again . But, their pepperoni and supreme pizza was a treat for sure. We dined in so the pizza came out hot and the cheese melty! Their crust was perfect , thin and not too crispy. I was happy with what they served . Customer service is great and they had the pies come out pretty fast. There are TV's with sports on and the dining area is kept clean . If ever I'm back in the beautiful town of Toccoa or if you're visiting and craving a pizza , stop by here, the pizza is legit!
