Absolutely blown away by the grooming our two Welsh Terriers receive from Stephanie! We've been going to her for years now, and she consistently goes above and beyond. These pups can be a handful with their wiry coats and endless energy, but Stephanie handles them with incredible skill, patience, and care every single time. She does a beautiful job with the hand stripping which is something not every groomer offers or does well and it makes such a difference in their coats. Avoid Boopin Snoots! They chewed up my dog's ears so bad with the clippers that his ears had blood, pus, and scabs for over a week. Not sure how someone could be so careless/bad that they would do this to both ears! His ears were in great condition before taking him here and they're never even matted. I typically trim him myself every 2 months but decided to have someone else do it this time. Big mistake that won't happen again. My dog also wouldn't walk normally for a week after the anal gland expression that they did. I can understand an afternoon of discomfort, but nothing lasting a whole week. Not sure what they did to him, but it was strange that he just wanted to sit down all time. read more

We have been going to Stephanie's since Sep 2019. She does a fabulous job grooming our Havanese Coco. It would take us 2 hours or longer to bathe and brush out Coco's hair. Stephanie is so efficient and does wonders with Coco. Not only does Coco gets her biweekly bath, Stephanie would detangle and shape her hair plus trim her nails in about an hour.
