He upgraded our modem, cabel box, and remote. He was very nice, personable, and thorough. Our internet is very fast now and I can get Disney+ now!! I wasn't previously happy with the first tech on the chat i spoke with. The second tech on chat was better and reduced my bill like $30. Between him and Dusty you guys have made things right again. This location is good for those who need to handle their business in person. I had to come here…read moretwice within 2 weeks because the equipment that I picked up on the first visit was incorrect. I spent hours on the phone with XFinity Customer Service trying to get the equipment activated and after the 6th phone call to customer service, they declared that it was the wrong equipment. Fast forward 2 weeks later, walked into this location, I was welcomed by the staff. I was told that it would take a few minutes before someone could help me swap out the equipment. I used the restroom, then sat down in their VERY LARGE TV THEATRE SCREEN lounge area to watch the playoffs game. Only one other customer was there. I arrived at approximately 6:30p. I got my new equipment at 7:15p and I stayed until 8p when they closed. I paid for parking both visits and it took me over 20mins to find parking both trips. Very inconvenient. Overall, nice staff, great location to relax in, but parking is definitely a big challenge in this busy location. Next to the Metro is convenient for those who ride it.

I tried to add a smartwatch to the Z7flip7 and I paid the down-payment only to be lied to by Verizon and FedEx, two times, and paying extra to expedite shipping. FedEx claimed an attempt to deliver when no notice was ever left nor door knocked on. Then told me twice they will deliver by 8pm the next night but never showed. Verizon stood by those lies, thus never got the delivery. Then, when I chatted online with Verizon reps, to go in and purchase the smartwatch, someone named Kim contacted me to claim I was lied to that the delivery order was not canceled, although I read to her messages from Verizon reps that the delivery order was canceled and replaced with a new order that would allow me to go into the store and get the item, she said I couldn't, even tho I paid the deposit! Oh well, I know when my business is not wanted, back to Xfinity!

What surprised me with all these 5 years, I never had a single problem, everything was running smoothly with Xfinity provided services. Greetings by the friendly frontdesk person and led me to the proper agent. 5 months ago, my computer was running a little slow, I decided to change my old router to the store router for a $15 router monthly rental fee. Agent Sebastion is very knowledgeable, took his time and found the best plan for me, not only no increase in price like rental router fee, and my plan will last another 5 more years without a big jump in price. I waited 40 minutes at the store, only to speak to a different staff member who couldn't fix the issue. He said Chris would call me to sort it out and issue a refund. But again--Chris's contact info is wrong, so I can't even follow up. Now I'm dreading having to return to the store after a 10-hour shift just to beg the staff to correct their mistake. I won't take down this review until someone from this location contacts me and resolves the issue. But considering the number of 1 star reviews, I doubt I ever hear back.
