One at a desk with a customer said would be right with me then I looked to my other direction and it was another employee with a customer, but they were just shooting the ball and he said somebody will be right with you after I was already standing there five minutes and they were still talking away about fishing or something so after a full 15 minutes, I just walked out! very rude I don't know if they're short staffed but for an employee to be talking about silly unnecessary conversation when there's a customer standing there like me after 15 minutes. He could have said "you know what, this is going to take 3-5 business days to get resolved" but he didn't. He contacted their support center and stayed on top of it. Not once did he seem irritated with the situation or with us. In fact, he apologized that it was taking so long and gave us regular updates as he was talking to his support center. I would definitely recommend visiting the Signal Butte location if you are looking to change mobile carries. Summer and Kevin are both amazing and provide wonderful customer service. Their rates are reasonable, the phones are similar prices as other carries, etc. In fact, my husband and I are paying under $65 a month including tax for unlimited data on 2 cell phones.
