The staff member ended up messing my family plan and disconnecting one of the other phones instead of mine, making it an extremely difficult process. Let alone inconvenient. It's really important that when you leave your services to double check the changes that were made. It took like 4 weeks for everything to get back to normal. They disconnected the wrong SIM card instead of the one on my old phone which I lost. Not trying to be dramatic but T-mobile customer service isn't the best either, so when one mistake occurs on premises of a store, it slows everything down.
