The simple replacement went from a perfectly working phone to a broken phone. The screen kept going white with lines or just didn't turn on. Another thing that ticked me off was that my 17 year old daughter took it to them on her own and when she went back to pick it up they had added a front screen because they broke hers and were charging her for it as well. My husband had to drive over because they wouldn't give her the phone back without paying the additional cost they had added because they broke it. Funny thing was that when my husband arrived no longer just a kid, they were like "pay us what you think is fair". Lucky I hadn't been there because fair would have been $0.00. It's been such a headache. Now we have her phone back because it had to stay over night with them and IT STILL DOESN'T WORK!!!! This was after paying $250.00. Let me say this, ATT gave me not only the time of day but instructions on exactly what when and where to handle this Verizon big corp scheme! When the red iPhone came out, I decided to upgrade and Veronica was the one who helped me. There were a few issues with her service, but nothing to go home furious about. Then around an hour after I left, I noticed that I was getting text messages that didn't make sense. Veronica had SWAPED the numbers for my sister's phone and my phone! We went to a different location and had them fix the problem, but this still left a bad taste in our mouths. This particular Verizon offers a plan where you pay a flat amount and get your screen protector replacements for free. Around two years ago, I purchased two of these plans, one for myself and one for my younger sister. Both my sister and I have had our screen protectors replaced without any issue in the past. Today, my sister and I went to the store to get her screen protector replaced again. This time, Veronica was there.. by herself. When Veronica looked up the plan, she insisted that my sister did not have the screen protector replacement plan. When she was told otherwise, she started rolling her eyes and being rude. At one point, Veronica SNATCHED the phone from my sister's hands while saying "Give me that!" My little sister and I kept telling her to give the phone back, but she repeatedly said "No." Veronica said that she would give my sister the replacement "this one time for free" but here's the issue, it's not free! I've paid for it! Veronica would be giving me something that I have paid for. We ended up leaving WITHOUT my sister's screen protector, and on our way out Veronica said "Buhbye!!!" with an attitude. The entire experience makes me disgusted. I don't even want to go back to this location. Veronica gave me with the worst disrespect and didn't even help me with what I need! My advice is go to a different Verizon, or at least ask for a different representative. Veronica will most likely NOT help you.

Luckily, little down the ways, we saw a booth and a store front of a phone repair shop "I Repair Expert". i hesitated at first, then walked in and was welcomed by a young man named Moe, and we proceeded to try and explain to him what has been bothering us and of course a million questions come flying out of both my mom and I. And this is the point where it usually goes south. Usually the clerk will give up and just try to put a temporary band aid on the issues. BUT NOT Moe. I have never met a more knowledgeable, professional, more patient and kind, and funny clerk ever! He walked us through our issues, one by one, in language we could understand. Explained all our options, multiple times with the most sincere answers for us, and actually FIXED our problem! I cannot say enough good things about this shop at the mall, and i usually never leave reviews, good or bad, but this one, really got to my heart, like they really cared to help us 2 old ladies who havent a clue. we felt empowered actually, leaving the store. SCAM SCAM SCAM. I…read morebrought my own replacement screen and touch bar and asked this guy to install them. He told me, "No problem." When I came back, my computer was damaged. The new screen had visible damage in the bottom left corner, the laptop wasn't even properly closed, and he never replaced the touch bar like he was supposed to. Then he charged me $200 for this disaster. When I pointed out the damaged screen, he just looked down and wouldn't answer. No explanation, no accountability. Later I noticed screws were missing from my computer. When I asked about it, he casually said, "Sorry, I lost the screw." The worst part? When I asked why he worked on my computer without knowing what he was doing--this computer contains very important information--he admitted: "Sorry, I never did it before. I should have told you." So let me get this straight: you took $200, damaged my computer, failed to complete the repair, lost parts, and then admitted you had never done the job before. Completely unprofessional.
