They clearly explained the process and pricing, which I really appreciated. Chris was able to get enough charge into the phone by replacing the battery so I could save all my photos -- a huge relief. In the end, I only paid $20 and gave a left a tip forr the diagnosis and troubleshooting, which was absolutely worth it. Chris was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful the entire time. I never felt pressured or overcharged. Great experience overall and I highly recommend them! They have a Fontana store too so convenient!!

Originally I started at the Redlands location, but had such a disappointing experience with one of their team members, Vanity. My goodness, get ready for the upsell and the most uncomfortable experience of your life. At one point I became so uncomfortable I thanked her for her time and attempted to leave and she told me, "good luck then, I'll definitely see you later to fix everything the other store will mess up for you, you'll be back." I had to politely smile and walk out. She even went as far as trying to get me to add an additional line I'd have zero use for that I didn't even need and saying "why not just do it for the free phone and just keep it somewhere." Huh? I was so confused and my fiance was just ready to leave and the persistence was overwhelming. I completely understand trying to make a sale, but my goodness, whoever trained this poor girl needs a lesson in boundaries. No means no honey. Worst part, that was in 15 minutes of being there. He also was very polite on the phone letting us know of the price of our repair (30 dollars) and that he could do it within half an hour. We went inside the building and it was pretty hard to find. We arrived at the booth and was greeted by a gentleman who told us it would take 2 hours for the requested repair and would cost us 40 dollars. We told him that we were told that the repair would cost 30 dollars and he finally did give it to us for that price. He seemed like a nice gentleman and he gave the technician a call so that the technician can come in and do it for us. What didn't sit right with us was the overall dishonesty (I.e. Being told that the technician was working on our device when 10 minutes later the technician arrived.) Now here is the very reason why this place gets a low rating. I had called in in the morning in order to ask for directions to their booth. We paid in cash for their services and left. Hours later I receive a phone call and voicemail stating that I had gone in for a 100 dollar repair and did not pay. However this is obviously not true and they had the wrong customer. I then received a very unprofessional text message stating the same accusation. I finally called back and told them of the services that we had done and that we paid in cash. All the gentleman could say on the phone was oh sorry. Really? After harassing me with a phone call, voicemail, and text message, you would think that there would be more of a proper way of apologizing to the customer and some statement acknowledging that obviously there was a mistake. Needless to say I will not be returning. I will advise that they keep better records of their clients to prevent such mistakes.

There were gashes in every corner of the phone. When I asked why the "new" back looked like it had been dropped several time they then told me they put used parts on. I was never told or agreed to used goods. When I asked why I was told it was $140 for a new back and got used parts the woman started to get mad and told me she didn't see what my problem was it looks fine. When I wasn't ok with what they had done the woman started telling the guy working on the phone to hurry up and put her old back on the phone and get her out of here she is wasting our time just hurry up and get her out of here. It then took another hour and a half to get my phone back. Such a shady opposition. An older guy kept trying to offer me other options but there is no way I would give them any business. I hope people read all these reviews before they give them business.

They simply wash their hands of the matter, claiming it's not their fault--that the Apple Watch isn't a "T-Mobile watch," but rather an "Apple watch," and that if I didn't like it, I should have bought it somewhere else. It was a ridiculous argument. I repeated to her that T-Mobile itself had shipped the watch to me, yet it turns out they claim it doesn't belong to them. She suggested I call the insurance provider--another way for them to wash their hands of the issue--or that I add a new line just to activate the new watch. I would never recommend T-Mobile for anything--absolutely nothing. Be careful; remember, all they care about is making a sale... What a disappointment this company is...

There was no sense of organization, no opportunity to sign in, and no guidance or acknowledgment from either employee about wait times or otherwise. I recognize they were busy but after waiting for about 25 minutes; I left. A few other customers also left. Please consider your intake process for customers as they arrive. I went to the Fontana store later that day, and was immediately greeted by an employee, I was out of the store in less than 5 minutes (as a result of an online order/store pick-up)
