IQ Fiber Won't Honor Their Repair Statement…read more IQ Fiber ran wires down our street. When the workers asked us to turn on our sprinkler lines to make sure they were running properly, we saw that one line near the line they ran was not working. The supervisor on our site assured me that when we got our sprinkler people to find the leak and repair it, they would cover the cost. We use a private sprinkler company who went above and beyond to finally find the broken pipe right by the box IQ Fiber installed. We sent IQ Fiber multiple pictures showing the broken pipe by their installed box along with an invoice that stated company name and cost of repair. IQ Fiber stated they would not honor the invoice since the private company could not give them some ID number they wanted. This was not a neighbor of friend making the repair, it is a legitimate company but they would not honor their statement to cover the cost. I would never allow them to provide any service to my house. I wonder how many other people have had the same issues with this company. I highly recommend my sprinkler company but would never recommend IQ Fiber since they don't make things right after they cause damage.

Every time I visit the store they do try to get you in & out of the store quickly. I think the motivation is for their bottom line. Serving more people in a short time, high turnover must be part of their measurement. Not necessarily good for consumers. Last week we had a problem with our cable box at work so we visited the store in Roosevelt. When we got there we were in & out quickly with our box in hand. Impressive, right? Not so fast. Got back to the office and after many attempts the box simply did not work. Got on the phone annoyed and feeling lucky to speak to a human, was advised "the store is only for residential customers. Duh.....someone at the store should have figured it out after looking at our account. What can I say Comcast you always disappoint both in business account & also in my personal account. Cable & Internet service seems to go down at the worse possible time. If not for the Internet speed & lack of an alternative I would have hightailed away from Comcast. I am not angry, but I am VERY disappointed in the fact that I had been told by one, a sales rep who came to my house a few months ago telling me that I had fiber in my neighborhood. Then, two was the sales rep I contacted and I had asked to verify the internet configuration of my town and he also told me that there was fiber at my location. It was the one and only reason as to why I had agreed to install AT%T at my home. I did not care for direct tv, but I do like saving with bundles. It was a no-brainer. However, when the technician came to me after the dish was installed and told me "they might have it within the next year", I was immediately disheartened. I cannot explain to you the annoyance of having this new service put in and all these holes in my house, plus this gear and wire all over my house, just for my services to not include up-to-date technology. I still have the same buffer times on videos as before. My video game experiences are still frustrating as my connection will drop me completely from social gaming at times. I dont know what my next step is. Is there a way i would be able to get an ETA on when it will be installed in my zip code 32244? I just hate that i wasted my time and made so many adjustments only to be let down. Your sales department needs more training as to not tell customers about products with little knowledge of your companies' current local infastructure. He stated unless it is the same iCloud you must use a desktop. I told him I did it before with other carriers in past. He stated that is the only way T-Mobile is trained and their guide shows. When I told him I didn't think it was correct the other rep didn't correct him but silence was concurrence. Apple Store in 30 minute drive. I went into their competitor next door and not only did they know how to do it they moved everything on the phone I wanted but did it in minutes. I am not sure if all locations in Jax are like this BUT stay away unless board any want to watch dysfunctional. The ones really to blame is store manager and District Manager. I was very well taken care of by a young lady named Victoria and I plan to return when I have everything together and I'm ready to switch. I was very happy with the customer service received. T-Mobile is very competitive with their pricing and currently have some great offers for new customers looking to start a line. They are merging with Sprint and have great coverage in Jacksonville with plenty of towers. Right now you can switch and get a FREE iPhone but I'm not sure if I will use this offer or not.... They also allow you to switch and keep your current phone and phone number. I will update this review in the future if I decide to switch.
