Called and escalated the problem and their upper management didn't want to help because the store personnel gotten us to sign something without disclosing to us what we were signing. Imagine the shock when we called to cancel service/return equipment and are now stuck with a device we will never use. It is clear that this store just wants to make a quick buck by withholding information, which is basically taking advantage of its customers. Can't believe that a large company like Xfinity doesn't train their people to be honest or uphold any type of integrity. I highly recommend going somewhere else.

I was 'greeted' by a monosyllabic guy at the front door. I tried to explain the problem but he just took the phone and started clicking around. Still at the front door. I asked if we might move to a desk and sit down. It was like speaking Mandarin. He clicked around for around 10 minutes with help from two other employees. He then shoved the phone at me and said 'here'. I took it to verify the sim was properly working and walked out. I think i exchanged 5 words with this guy. The whole place was full of a ragtag collection who definitely didn't seem like they wanted to be there. To turn my old phone in i went to the location on Roosevelt Blvd. Quite the opposite. A young man greeted me at the door with his name, we sat down and he took the phone and marked it as exchanged. The atmosphere in these two locations was just the opposite. Not sure why.

Apparently that when I got my new iPhone 16 Pro Max this year the cases we got they didn't bother to put them into the payment plan so now they say that that's due so I gave them an extra $106 but they said that that's what caused my bill to double into $500 and if I hadn't stopped auto pay, they would've taken that amount out and cause issues for me. I spent several hours on the phone being transferred after telling my story over and then to a manager and she said there's nothing she can do for me even though I threatened to leave I want to pay off my phones and I want to go if anybody on here can tell me somewhere that's actually good in Jacksonville, Florida. I will be closing out my AT&T who doesn't seem to care that I've been through all this. They are extremely unprofessional. Everybody tells me something different and do not use auto pay because they will randomly double your bill which you might even not see because you don't get an actual bill in the mail and then they'll take it out I'm just done after 20 years.
