So we all decided to wait it out. By 11:00... still no one. The shop never opened. We ended up wasting an hour and a half of our morning waiting around with no communication at all. That's the most frustrating part--if hours are going to change, even for one day, there should at least be a sign on the door or an update online. What makes this harder to write is that my brother has been a loyal customer here for a long time. He's always trusted this place, has had good experiences with the worker, and the pricing has always been reasonable. They even spoke the Friday before about getting this repair done. He mentioned the shop would be closed Sunday for Easter, but nothing was said about being closed Monday. I understand things come up and schedules can change, but not communicating that to customers--especially regulars--is disappointing. Would have been nice to know that before he signed me up for an unlimited data plan. Oh well, I have a better phone on order so next week I'll be able to use the data. I happened to look at their phone cases for one of my other phones while I was there - wowza - very expensive! If you know what phone you're going to get you'll be better off ordering the case online a day or two before you come in. As for the network, although that really has nothing to do with this specific location so I'm not at all factoring that into my star rating, AT&T is very much in the middle. Total I have three lines with Xfinity Mobile (Verizon), two with T-Mobile, and now one on AT&T. AT&T's network is better than T-Mobile's but not as good as Verizon's.

Basically I had the easiest and best deal for the Verizon store where I'm moving 6 lines from ATT and Comcast to Verizon so they're getting 6 new lines of business. I had it listed out exactly what I wanted and just needed everything changed. Initially when I walked in, I actually had an awesome guy named James who was very thorough and helpful. I unfortunately didn't have time that day to change the lines over and came back a different day and wish I waited on a day James was there but instead my wife and I came back to a younger guy working there and it was terrible. He was unhelpful and can tell he didn't want to be there. The entire experience took nearly 4 hours to change the lines over which I know takes a lot of time and that wasn't the problem. The problem was him trying to constantly sneak in fees here and there. Initially he agrees to remove the initiation fees since we've moving over so many lines which later he did not do and snuck it in. We eventually complained online which they removed it but he literally wrote it down on the paper and assured us he'd do it. Secondly, he tried to enroll us in a higher tier plan that we didn't need. He literally wrote down on the contact which plan we wanted and he tried to sneak in a higher tier plan which we caught. Lastly, there were issues transferring the comcast lines over which again I'm not blaming verizon, these issues happen and I'm sure comcast intentionally makes it difficult to change over, BUT the following day when we kept getting texts from Verizon saying there are issues and to speak to an associate, we calls the Verizon shop back and told them the issues and it was the SAME guy helping us the day before and he pretended he didn't know us and didn't want to help us at all. He was super unhelpful. We ended up going to a different Verizon shop and they fix the problem in literally 15 mins and they weren't even involved with our initial line transfers. Don't go to this shop or at least don't go to the associate I had. So many other Verizon shops out there and this one is really disorganized.

She said she went in there at various questions bought a phone case and spoke super highly about how friendly and helpful they were at Sonoma tablet computer shop and she definitely recommended me to go to the store to get a phone cover case I've been putting it off I did call about a week ago and the phone greeting and friendliness was top shelf but I put it off until today. I just went in a really super nice young man by the name of Amrit is the employee that helped me. I've got a 13 Pro Max. He showed me some of the options they had. There was one that really stood out was a really nice green vibrant color, but functionality is the most important thing in the case, you recommended and it fits perfect functionality is perfect. The screen is flushed with the case and I love the color and it has a kickstand. The pricing is excellent. I literally couldn't be happier with my overall experience from the time I walked inAmrit said hello determine what my needs were was a great tour guide to show me what my options were. I checked out using my phone with the case on for about 10 minutes. On the 8th of September, I took my Ipad in for a screen replacement. It was completely shattered…read morefrom a drop. Jonathan quoted me a fair price over the phone so I dropped in for the service and waited until it was done. Because the price was fair I decide to also install a screen protector to add to their business for my charges. After leaving and having the time to inspect it the work better, I found a fingerprint and small smudge under the screen. I called them promptly and told them I would drop by next Monday the 15th on my day off. On the 15th after removing the screen protector, which is where I thought the fingerprint and smudge were, Armit informed me it was actually under the new screen! ‍ Instead of handling it at another time, because he was alone and a little busy, he attempted to fix it by doing a rush job. Instead of removing the entire screen, he lifted only the corner and tried to reach in to wipe clean the smudges. Unfortunately, now it's worse. When I called in and spoke with Jonathan last week around Wed/Thursday, he told me he'd call me back to schedule a time when it can be done properly. A week later that call never came and I called yesterday on the 26th of September and asked Armit to have Jonathan call me. No call received... I'm sorry to say that these actions are indicators of poor service when the work is not done properly. I am disputing my charge with Credit Card since no genuine effort to resovle this problem correctly has been made: Richard B
