So I did ask her if she had any assurances that she would not drive off with my phone. She gave me none other than to say "I'm in your driveway and I haven't been paid??" So I wrote her license plate# down and sat by my window. It took her 15 minutes to replace the glass on my phone! Amazing. All-in-all from scheduling, service time and friendliness, was great! I needed a new battery for my iPhone. They had one in stock and were able to replace it in just…read moreover an hour. I had to give them my husband's number to text when it was ready because I didn't have another number. Customer service was great! My battery health capacity was at 73% and I could easily my new one at 100% health capacity. My phone was only 30% charged when I got it back because they said that's how new batteries come. It would have been nice to get my phone back fully charged, but I'd also rather have my phone back sooner. They are located between Vitality Bowls and MOD Pizza at Centerpoint. They take walk-ins but only allow 2 people inside the small building at a time so you may need to stand outside to wait. They are currently closed on Sundays but that may change.
