After reading all the bad reviews I felt I had to put them to rest. If there was anything wrong in…read morethe past it has been fixed. Very friendly speedy service. Greeted immediately upon entry. Very accommodating on the order I removed an item from my acai bowl and they replaced it for free with something else without me asking. Wasn't watching a clock but I think it took 5 min for two acai bowls to come out. The containers were filled to the brim. There didn't seem to be any syrup or artificial stuff on top. All ingredients seemed fresh and delicious. The price was $10-12 for their non modified bowls and this is for a MASSIVE serving so no complaints there either Delicious and very worth.

I come to Protein Foundry weekly and order a large Chocovado split every time. Yesterday there were…read more3 teenagers working and they joked about being brand new and making the bowl for the first time. When I received my açaí bowl there was all granola at the bottom with a thin layer of açaí, no cacao nibs and the fruit was thrown on top. When I mentioned that this usually has a lot more açaí to the young employee, she responded "that's how the split bowl is." When I said the cacao nibs were missing I was ignored. When I came in to speak with the manager the next day she was not friendly or apologetic for the less than mediocre $17 "granola" bowl I received, for her employees lack of experience or missing ingredients. Instead she said she doesn't appreciate how I spoke to her employees when I told them this usually has more acai in the split bowls. The manager then went on to say I have no right telling l her how to run her business when I suggested in the future it may be a good idea to have someone with more experience working a shift with newer, younger employees. She refused to refund me or even give me a percentage off on my next visit. Sometimes you need to admit when you are wrong or at least be able to apologize. Terrible customer service!!!

Overall: one of the best dining experiences I've ever had, delicious, fresh, balanced food,…read moreexcellent service, interesting menu, reasonable prices, gorgeous ambiance, single stall inclusive restrooms We went on a weekday around 9:30 and were able to be seated right away. Our waiter was super knowledgeable, helpful, and quick. He helped me order a lavender coffee drink and it came out exactly how I wanted it. My partner tried their orange coffee seasonal drink and it was incredible. It was so unique, smooth, interesting and not too sweet. All of their seasonal drinks sounded fun. It was hard to order because I wanted everything on the menu. My chilaquiles were balanced, filling, and rich. My partners mermaid bowl was fun and the perfect temperature to not turn into soup by the time you were done eating it. They had a kids menu and high chairs. The apple juice that came with the kids meal must have been fresh squeezed. It was the best apple juice I had ever tried and it was a huge portion size. The fries were tasty. My only wish is that there was one of these in Maryland so I could be a regular.

This round I went all-in on the Shakshoula. The baked eggs topped this dish with sliced chorizo in…read morethe rich tomato and pepper sauce, sprinkled with feta and dukkah. This shakshouka does a good job combining the silky eggs and smoky chorizo with savory spices, and fresh herbs. Every bite had a touch of brightness. With this is served the Red Bicycle crack bread, which perfect for soaking up every bit of the flavorful sauce. And while crack could be describing the wheat used, it's more likely describing the addition to it. We also had the halloumi with hot honey. The cheese has a firmness the gives easily to a forks edge and the flavor is mild that held up well to the sweetness of the honey. They could have been a little more generous with the honey, not a complaint, just an observation ;-). It's an excellent breakfast cheese without overwhelming the palate.

They were phenomenal with great flavors that paired together and portion sizes were perfect! They have an awesome breakfast selection and lunch items and we plan on trying them next time in Park City. I have read their bagels are closest to NY style ones here in UT. We can't wait to come back here. Such a great vibe and staff were super kind.

We recently visited Wasatch Bagel and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience…read more When we arrived, we were the only customers in the restaurant. A woman came out to take our order while licking her fingers, which was not a great first impression. Communication was also extremely difficult, as neither of the two employees working appeared to speak enough English to understand basic questions or concerns. When our food arrived, both meals had the wrong side orders. We had ordered sweet potato fries but received regular fries instead. The biggest issue was my brisket sandwich. It contained very little actual meat and was mostly fat. The brisket was tough and difficult to eat, and the orange cheese on top wasn't even fully melted. The employee watched as I picked large pieces of fat out of the sandwich, yet when I brought it back and explained that the meat was mostly fat, tough, and simply unacceptable, she just smiled blankly and appeared unable to understand what I was saying. The second employee was unable to help as well. In the end, we spent $42 and essentially ate a handful of fries. The food quality, incorrect order, lack of communication, and inability to address a customer complaint made for a very poor dining experience. Wasatch Bagel has been added to our personal "do not return" restaurant list.
