I brought in a brand-new pair of Badgley Mischka shoes (retail value $139) that I received as a gift but couldn't wear because they were too small. They offered me $9, which I declined--no big deal. I planned to sell them elsewhere. The issue happened when an employee placed a pricing sticker directly on the shoe. When she removed it, it ripped part of the finish and left behind paper and adhesive residue. I pointed it out immediately, but I was told it was "just paper" and that it would come off. When I got home, I realized the residue wasn't coming off, and the sticker had actually damaged the shoe. I returned to the store to explain what happened. The owner looked at them and told me it was "no big deal" because the damage was barely noticeable. She offered me $40 for the shoes instead of taking responsibility for the damage her employee caused. These shoes were brand new, still in the box, and were only damaged because of how they were handled in the store. What disappointed me most wasn't just the damage--it was the complete lack of accountability. There was no apology, no acknowledgment that they had caused the problem, and no real effort to make it right. When I asked if they could offer $50 instead, I was told they would lose money. At that point, it was clear the focus was on protecting their profit rather than taking care of a loyal customer. I'm still shocked by how this situation was handled. A simple apology and an effort to make things right would have gone a long way.

Specifically, I worked with John who is one of the sales members on the floor. He answered every question that I had and found me the perfect suit to walk out with. I had a great experience shopping with his assistance. I highly recommend anyone who goes to this store to request him. Excellent customer service and will have you walking out with a perfectly fitted and stylish suit. Thank you, you have my future business.

Apparently, most of the suits don't arrive until 3 days before the wedding, which leaves no time to fix anything if something doesn't fit or is wrong. Then, we received a message saying one of our suits had arrived in store. We rearranged our schedule and drove an hour to pick it up, only to get there and have them tell us they couldn't find it. After looking into it, they said the notification was sent by mistake and that the suit would actually arrive in 3 days. Now they've come back and told us it actually won't arrive for another 8 days and apparently there's "nothing they can do" unless WE pay an additional $80 expedited fee and the "manager" could have someone else relay was "there's nothing we can do". So after their system mistakenly tells us the suit is ready, we waste two hours traveling there and back, get told incorrect information about when it will actually arrive, and now we're expected to pay extra money to make sure it gets here in time? Wedding planning is stressful enough without having to worry about whether the suits are even going to show up in time. I would absolutely recommend going somewhere else if you're renting for an important event. No one at this location has been helpful.
