Let me start this with.... I want to give this place 0 stars if I could..... I love going to boot barn cause I usually find what I'm looking for. So I went in to see if they could clean my hat Saturday April 1st,2023. I also went in for a return. So I asked the guy could you clean it I don't need an adjustment or nothing it's just a clean. He proceeded and tells me yes I could clean it so on and so on. So then he tells me oh can you afford a clean. I'm like over here thinking I thought it was free like if he hasn't gotten a tip from no one. I was going to tip if he cleaned it. I just looked at him like okayyyy. So then I go to the front to asked for a manager. The lady who helped me with the exchange I told her that I needed a manager and the situation that happed. Yes I get butt hurt for everything. I wish I could give the store a five-star rating for Siena and Brooke's great customer service. These two young ladies make it known they're ready to help you. Not only that, but they'll check up on you. Their customer service makes a difference, especially since they know their products so well. So, if you ever shop at this location, ask if Siena or Brooke are working to receive the best customer service! First time coming to this store and last. Beautiful store and was so excited to visit. I went in with my family and we weren't greeted when we walked in. When I asked for directions to find a specific jacket an employee informed me all the jackets were located in front of the store. My wife asked another employee in the back of the store and he didn't attempt to help just simply said if it's not in the front they didn't have it. We ended up finding the jacket ourselves in the back of the store with no help from the staff. Girl in the front wearing the "save a horse, ride a cowboy" belt and red shirt, dirty blonde, with colored eyes- was passive aggressive and unhelpful when we needed help. She also had me grab another shoe all the way in the back after I had just brought her one, to help find another size at a different location. I shouldn't have had to do what SHE is getting paid to do. The older lady with the short blond hair, was also rude by following us around the store and making us feel unwelcome and racially profiling us from the second we walked in. I love Boot Barn, and this was the first experience here where I was made to feel like this. I love shopping at boot barn, it's one of my favorite stores; but won't be making the drive out to this location again. They do have a nice selection of boots for men and women. It's one of the bigger boot selections I've seen. It's a very nice store. Clothing section is okay. The "customer service" was just overwhelming. I felt like they thought I was stealing the whole time, eventually I just stopped looking at things and just followed my boyfriend around. I think the last straw was when an associate asked if I wanted her to hold my things up front and I told her my hands are empty I don't have anything for you to hold. It was awkward. Horrible unorganized location. I SUGGEST YOU DONT DO STORE PICKUP FROM HERE. I placed my order online for store pickup over a week ago. I got a shipping confirmation with 2 items. A few days later I got an email 1 item that never even shipped was ready. So I called the store and asked for a update on my order I was on hold 10 minutes then they said they would call me aback with an update. Never did. So I call the next day on hold another 10 minutes and they said my order is ready. I drive to the store and am on hold for curbside for 10 minutes and it seems as if they cannot find my order now because it was in another bin. Very unorganized and a waste of time to be honest. Very upset, on dec 6, got a call from the manager, I had ordered my ariat slippers from another boot barn, I called back told them I was going to pick them up, they said they will hold it for TWO weeks. I said perfect I will pick them up within the time I can. Today I went in to pick them up on dec 15, and they told me they had sold it already without letting me know ahead of time or a heads up, and they told me they only hold for a couple days now. So idk if they don't communicate or managers are making stuff up now, just wish they could have told me as a loyal customer I have two days to pick them up not two weeks read more
