Seriously the best vans. So good I felt I needed to leave a review. The workers are always genuine and nice. That was the first thing that stood out, very helpful and having friendly, good employees goes a long way in business 101. I love how you can shop at your own pace and try shoes on by yourself rather than like most shoe store set ups you gotta deal with a worker the entire time and if you have social anxiety it gets awkward. Tons of oddball shoes you typically don't see at the regular stores. They still carry the majority of the popular currently models but they are always half off. 10/10 read more

Absolutely horrible experience at this Vans location. The employee, Jasmine, was extremely rude and showed zero customer service. I asked if my 3-year-old could use the restroom, and instead of showing any basic decency, she told me to go across the street to Taco Bell. It's a small child--not an unreasonable request. What makes it even worse is that the last time I shopped here and bought shoes, I was allowed to use the restroom without any issue. So this clearly comes down to her attitude, not store policy. Completely unacceptable. I won't be returning, and I definitely wouldn't recommend this location to anyone--especially families with young kids. read more

When you walk in everyone greats you and tells you about the sale. Buy one at regular price and get a sale item half off. Great deal, right? the store has a great selection of new styles. I found two pairs of shoes and went to the cashier. That's when they sale the sales deal doesn't work on these shoes because of the price difference of a few dollars. This store is always pretty busy. They have shoes and some clothing I've been coming here for years and usually no one on the floor to help but the cashiers are helpful. Selection is decent but the sales/clearance section is hit or miss. Seems I can find something I like in every other size except mine which makes taking advantage of their continuous sale (buy a full Price item get a sales priced item for 40% or 5O% off) really hard to take advantage of. read more

Came here all the time with one of the ex-boyfriends. He loved this spot. It's actually really nice. They have good deals. This is the way to go if you want to save some money. It is clean and very organized. Lots of stuff on the shelves. I mean, there are just so many shoes. We did find some that were mixed matched, but no big deal. We really like this store. My son and I came here to get stocked up on school shoes. This store has a good selection and great service! We originally came here because my son's shoes were discontinued at the regular Vans store. We were then sent to this outlet store to find them. At buy one, get the second pair at 50% off, we were able to get enough pairs to get him through the school year. At those great prices, I was even able to get a pair! We thought the salesperson that helped us was great too. She was so nice even though she had to go back and forth to find the right sizes and styles. I haven't bought myself a new pair of shoes in AT LEAST 6 years. Just the kids of course. Stopped by this location after leaving what was a very disappointing visit to another shoe store and SCORED. I had no idea this outlet was here and I am so glad it is because I was looking for Vans at the other store I visited. Honestly, Google could have done me some good lol. Art greeted me and helped me tremendously. I left with two awesome pairs of highly discounted shoes and probably the best low rise socks I've ever owned plus a pair for my husband. Went there yesterday it was great! All the vans stores in Riverside County, San Bernardino County and Los Angles County are closed to slow the spread of covid, so the nearest to me is Orange County (and San Diego County stores are open too). After reading reviews I decided to go here. I had ordered $50 vans online and they didn't fit right. We came here to exchange them. For $20 more I walked out with 2 pairs of shoes instead of the one pair I walked in with. I will be back to this vans! Great deals. They do have a capacity limit because of covid regulations but the line moves pretty fast, and it was a busy shopping day there. The staff is wiping down the checkout counter for each customer. And they are very helpful, asking if we need any assistance and checking in on us. read more

I mistakenly selected a tape that was not what he wanted and contacted Vans in Orange, to see if they would be able to make change and was told to bring it back in and they would take care of it. All Vans stores that I have been to have great employees but this location is absolutely top notch! Everyone is so kind and helpful. They will gladly assist with checking for additional sizes, help you lace up your shoes to try on, help you find the best style and deals. They are also so patient and sweet to the kids that come in. A Great Store for Toddlers to Adults! Save$$$$ I buy, on average, 6 pairs of tennis shoes a year. There is always at least one pair of Vans. Van's are classic. While I might not like most of the styles.. I always find a style or two I like. ~The store in general -4 Stars This store is great. Average price of shoes ranges from around $15 to $49 a pair. The second pair is half off. They also have sox, apparel, slippas and even some pretty nice hats. I decided to return tomorrow to actually pick up a pair of shoes for myself. ~Kids Shoes- 5 Stars The selection here is amazing and the shoes are all so well organized. The toddlers selection is very well stocked. From what I saw, the average price is about $19 a pair. The second pair is half off. Not a bad deal. I typically purchase shoes at the Rack. This store is an excellent alternative..especially for sporty and active shoes. I have to say I was very impressed with this store. Customer service is great. I am a fan and this place is ALMOST as good as it gets. I think Van's just needs to work on its style a bit more. I still like Converse and Ralph Lauren better for similar styles. This was my first time at a Vans outlet ! First off, the workers here were so friendly and helpful. We were approached by several workers asking if we needed help or anything else. The store was pretty busy for a Friday after noon as well. We ended up purchasing 3 shoes for $120. The had a buy one get one half off deal, but only the sale shoes. Stopped in the store on a rainy Sunday afternoon and it was surprisingly packed with customers. The deals are decent, it's basically buy a regular priced shoe and get a discounted "orange sticker" shoe for half off. We ended up buying my son a regular pair of blue canvas boys Vans (orange sticker) for $34.99. What really stood out was the young lady who helped us. She checked on us a bunch of times, cut the plastic tie thing holding the shoes together off so my son could try on both shoes. She did this for multiple pairs. I drove by the Vans Outlet almost every week for 6 months on the way to darts and I never got the chance to go. Kept meaning to, but couldn't make it in time before they closed. A friend recommended this place to me to see if they had the Vans I wanted since they were sold out online, so I made an effort to swing by after work and got there in time. Plenty of parking, so you don't have to worry about it. It's pretty well organized with the shoes all located on one side and the clothes on the other side. I didn't really look at the clothes, but I did look at the shoes. I saw one of the shoes I wanted to get, but they didn't have the high-tops. However, an employee was super helpful and went out of her way to look for them at different outlet stores for me. I did manage to buy a few pairs for the bf and I, taking advantage of their BOGO deal. The deal is restricted to certain styles, like the classics, but it worked out for me. Service was great. Everyone I talked to was super nice and willing to help me find what I was looking for. I definitely will come back to get some basics. read more

The guys that work there on the floor and the cashiers were incredible which is the reason I returned to this store based on my prior experience. The 1st time I came I bought 12 pairs of shoes. I will never return to this store after the way I was treated by the Manager Christine. There was a buy one regular priced shoe get one sale shoe 50% off. I found a pair of shoes that I loved in a topless box in the sales section. I am on a time crunch and begged my boyfriend to take me here based on my previous experience. I spent 20 mins looking for a regular priced shoe to get the sale. I asked to speak to the manager when I was told the topless box was not on sale. Christine had a horrible, nasty attitude toward me & lied to me! She told me that there is no such thing as a sales section that exists at this store & that the box was topless due to it being the last one of its kind. I wonder how an unaccommodating person sans any customer service skills or brain cells qualifies to be a manager? The shock on her face when I withdrew my entire transaction was quite entertaining. There was zero effort to regain the sale and she was a terrible example to the young, impressionable men working there.
