The people that usually help with fitting were busy. The staff that worked the cash register helped us and helped put the suit together. The store has an in house alterations. They were able to get my son fitted right away and get the alterations done in a timely matter. It was more affordable than other places we went to. Pick up was smooth. The alterations looked great. Parking was easy since it shares a lot with other businesses. Overall, we will continue to come here to purchase suits. Customer service is great, it's affordable, and they have everything here from ties, socks, cuffs, shoes, full suits, etc.

But, the kind employee at The Ascot Shop offered to check with the brand rep and would get back to me if they could order it. That same day he got back to me to confirm the size and he would be able to order it and it would be available in a week. The next week I got a text the shirt arrived. I went to pick it up and it's a very nice men's store. I told the employee how thankful I could get this because I wanted this style for my husband's birthday. It was immediately clear that he understood how a suit should fit and how to translate those measurements into a finished product. The process was exactly as promised: one appointment for measurements and fabric selection, a second appointment for the fitting once the canvas was created, and a third appointment for the final try-on and pickup. Remarkably, everything fit correctly. No endless rounds of alterations. No surprises. No compromises. What impressed me most was how much confidence John had in his process, and rightly so.
