Dropped in for a casual Sunday lunch, and joined a goodly crowd of folks enjoying a weekend meal…read more The place was buzzing, and I took a seat at the counter looking right into the kitchen, so I could see the team working hard to keep orders moving quickly. I ordered a traditional turkey club sandwich, but swapped the usual fries for breakfast home fries, which they did without any extra charge. Despite the crowd, my food was ready in under 10 minutes, and I was given quite a generous plate. The sandwich itself was built with high quality turkey, crispy bacon and very fresh veggies. It all worked together exactly as intended, and was a very satisfying traditional bite. The home fries had a goodly amount of peppers and onions, but could have used a dash more seasoning. I added some salt and a few dabs of ketchup, and the starchy side lit up as it needed to, and was a nice change of pace from French fries. Service was jovial and attentive, and one really can't complain about this stalwart coffee shop doing such a good job of making comfort diner food so well.

Their lot is tiny. The service was alright. I wish they fill up my water but I couldn't find the staff. When the staff came to check on us, we basically already finished eating. The Texas Burger 5/5 was juicy and cheesy. The cheese melt properly and soaked up the meat and the butter-toasted buns. The vegetables were crunchy and crispy. Liver and onion 2/5 was just so so. The liver was cooked right but could be more creamy and buttery. The caramelized onions, as you can see, were still pale and could be cooked for longer. There are a few sides with it plus garlic bread. Onion rings 5/5 were crispy on the outside and soft and tender inside. They were cooked just right and the seasoning allows some buttery and extra crisp. 2x2x2x2 5/5 was plenty of food for two people. I would get this if I was indecisive. You can't cook these things wrong anyway because they're simple to make. Overall, it was interesting to check out the place but this isn't my favorite.

This time was at the relaxing back patio upstairs. They have a big menu with a lot of good items. We decided on vodka pasta, charred octopus and beet salad as appetizers. For mains we had chef's special prime rib and whole branzino, also truffle fries as side. For desserts we had tiramisu and sorbet. They make very good Vesper martinis here, the mocktail I tried wasn't great though. The service was excellent and very fast. Keep in mind that the food is more of Middle East Mediterranean flavor than Mediterranean European flavor. This place has become our go-to restaurant whenever we are in this area!

The ambiance has always been very nice and classy and it was so nice and quiet as the restaurant was empty in the morning. Our waitress was very nice and helpful and the food came out quick. The breakfast burrito, Rancheros, and eggs Benedict all tasted really good. Highly suggest asking for the garlic aioli on the side!! The smashed potatoes that came with the breakfast items were also really well made. Although they charge for valet parking only, if you drive around the back side streets, you can always find a parking spot, you just need to walk a bit.

We went for our 5 year anniversary as best friends and the host congratulated us. Our waitress Emily was so sweet, we got many compliments and they just do their best to actually converse with their patrons, I loved it. The food was beyond my expectations. It's been around a year since I've been here so there were slight menu changes, but in ALL positive ways! Entree size is perfect, you'll probably leave with some leftovers. The food compliments every ingredient with every seasoning so well. I would say it's a place where you should put in effort to look nice, but still somewhere you can relax and have a chill moment with your loved ones. The music isn't too loud and conversations are flowing amongst guests.

Happy hour is offered 3-6 pm everyday in their lounge, bar, and patio, so make sure you let them know you're there for happy hour. I'm obsessed with Canadian bellinis, so I was super excited to try the bellini here. If you're not familiar with the Canadian version of the bellini, it's essentially a peach slushie with rum. Normally it goes for $17 but during happy hour they offer it for $13, which isn't bad. I loved my bellini. It tastes just like what I remember. Would recommend for anyone who likes alcoholic slushies! It was a hot day out, so it was a good way to cool down. My friend got the Supernova vodka soda, which is a vodka-based cocktail with lemon/lime flavors. This was okay, but he was expecting a full on slushie drink like mine and was disappointed when there was only a small amount of slushie mixed in. Also, I'm not sure what happened, but as I'm writing this review and looking at my receipt, I noticed that our server charged us regular price for his drink rather than happy hour pricing. We also shared the roasted corn guacamole for $11.50, which was delicious! We had dinner plans after so we didn't get anything else, but I was impressed with what I tried. Would love to come back some time for a special occasion!

The live band and background singers were amazing as well. There is plenty of street parking available. There's a chef providing food (I believe it rotates every week but I'm not sure). When I was there they had offerings like fries and wings. The garlic parm fries I tried were tasty and I wanted more. The bar was simple but the bartenders worked pretty fast. We ordered drinks 3 at a time so we wouldn't have to get up again and they were very efficient. I tried their margarita which was decent and not overly sweet. Don't worry I'm not a raging alcoholic, it was more so out of respect for the performer. They discourage walking around during the performances so everyone can see and enjoy no matter w The space itself is nice offering you indoor and outdoor space. The delicate hanging lights and plants are a nice touch, and the colorful lighting toward the stage area was very vibey. They also had hookah available, I'm not sure the cost. There's also a small digital Photo Booth at the entrance. The performances were great and so was the crowd. I'd love to come back another time and try more of the food and hear more live music. He had tacos and fries, while I opted for loaded fries, which is essentially the same thing, just with a tortilla or without. I really enjoyed my meal! The flavors were spot on, and I appreciated the twist on classic comfort food. The staff was friendly, and the heaters created a cozy atmosphere. The only downside was the parking, which is limited to street parking. When we went, it wasn't too crowded, likely because it had just opened. Overall, I definitely see myself coming back!

We got the order, but the issue seemed to have connections issues with the establishment, also they didn't even ask for a name to put on the order. We got there and the place is beautiful! We were definitely underdressed even with taking our food to go. Everyone was dressed up and you can tell they try to make this place "approachable high end" which felt nice. The service was friendly and quick. The food is the easily the highlight! Everything was very fresh and packed with a lot of flavor, even the side of rice. With everything together of our meal, the two wraps, the cheese Barek, and the rice came together beautifully. For everything being around $60, it's definitely worth it! I have to say if you are looking for some good Mediterranean food at a decent price, this is a great choice for you!
