My wife commented that they cleaned up after themselves and even put all the items we pulled out from under the sink back in. That's service! I reached out via yelp messenger and got a response within the hour and they dispatched at technician over within 2 hours. The technician arrived Joey, and was professional and courteous. He identified the blockage and setup some tarps around the sink area to minimize dirt. He snaked the drain very thoroughly and resolved the blockage. Joey was chill whole time, explained some of the possible root causes behind blockage and preventative measures. The flat fee was way cheaper than the ridiculous profit charged by roto rooter last time. Will definitely use john sewes for future plumbing work.
