After you scanned it, I was called and given an option to have spark plugs replaced with info that it may be a Honda recall. I was still charged the $190. Even Honda was horrified and will follow up with you. Sad since I have been a multi year loyal customer despite a previous faulty rear brake job that had to be redone twice. I will be moving on to BBB next.

When I made the appointment the owner informed me he didn't really want to install other peoples supplies and preferred to supply and install his own equipment, which is fair. He told me he would do it this time only, I said great and if there was anything else that needed to be done just go ahead and do it. He call when the truck was ready, I went and paid my bill not paying much attention to it. (Extra needed work was done) When I got in my truck I noticed my shocks were still in the box not used on the back seat. When I asked about it, he claimed he wasn't there and someone else did the work. He didn't even offer to try and make it right, so much for customer service. I will never go back. I was subjected to a predatory "bait and switch" and held against my will after hours. I negotiated a written deal for a 2025 Nissan Armada with salesman Jonathan Thomas and manager Joel for $65,150. After they pressured me to post a 5-star Google review, they brought out the final paperwork with the price hiked by $4,410, plus nearly $2,500 in hidden fees (Zurich Shield and Security Guard) we never discussed. When I called out the "error," they admitted they changed the negotiated price of the vehicle. It was after closing; I was the only woman in the building with four men. They refused to return the keys to my trade-in vehicle, effectively trapping me there to force a sale. The manager repeatedly called me "sweetheart" in a patronizing attempt to dismiss my concerns. I had to repeatedly demand my own property back (car keys) before fleeing to the Brockton Police Department to report the incident. These particular associates at Nissan 24 are dishonest and predatory. Share this to protect others from these tactics.
