When I made the appointment the owner informed me he didn't really want to install other peoples supplies and preferred to supply and install his own equipment, which is fair. He told me he would do it this time only, I said great and if there was anything else that needed to be done just go ahead and do it. He call when the truck was ready, I went and paid my bill not paying much attention to it. (Extra needed work was done) When I got in my truck I noticed my shocks were still in the box not used on the back seat. When I asked about it, he claimed he wasn't there and someone else did the work. He didn't even offer to try and make it right, so much for customer service. I will never go back. When I went in to the dealership, I knew what the problem was, and was able to be very succinct about what needed to be done, and that solved it. Thinking he's trying to be humorous, I give him a sarcastic answer back. This man was terribly rude and told me to go somewhere else.
