Completely disgusting. Ordered a variety of donuts and every single one was hard and tasted multiple days old.

I've been here on two separate occasions and both times the donuts were not very fresh, very disappointing.

Wow, not sure where to start. Was expecting much more after reading reviews. I would tend to agree that MOST places other then Dunkin Donuts are better, but in this instance I would have to disagree. At least at Dunkin Donuts on a Saturday morning at 9:00 am you are getting a FRESH donut, not a stale grease filled donut worthy of complete disappointment. These Donuts tasted like they were cooked in old oil that had been sitting there for weeks. YUCK!!!! Can't believe people think these are good donuts(really need to get out more). Not to mention the Coffee was HORRIBLE!!! Threw it out my side window after the first taste. And to top it off, I thought the prices were great when you see half a dozen donuts for $4.95 but SOMEHOW get charged $10 for a half a dozen with a medium coffee. Explain the math on that??????? This place shoud be called....... Drum roll pleaseeeeee....... BOZO DONUTS ---- feast on that BOSA DONUTS... Get your act together, perfect location just put a little pride and effort in your cooking style and you will strike gold!!!! read more

I would say this is the best doughnuts in Illinois, they are rich in flavor and amazing service

Old fashioned and Boston Cremes are spot on. Get lucky when the just frosted donuts make their way from the back and you've hit jackpot!

Went to Boss for the first time,in years, today and I have to say the donuts are pretty good. I got a dozen to try the variety and haven't been disappointed yet. I especially like the "cake" donut variety; it is very sweet, borderline too sweet. read more

The donuts are OK, but the way they treat customers is terrible. I have been eating there for the past few months. Sometimes they shove the donuts into a tiny bag and the frosting gets all messed up. I have been given a hard time twice for asking for a box - even when getting a 1/2 dozen donuts. I'm not going back! read more

The best donuts in Chicagoland! I just oved to Chicago August 2018 from Houston,TX and we are not a huge fan of chain donut shops. We have mom and pop donut shops on almost every other corner, so when I moved to Chicago, I really missed having that option. Then I started taking flight lessons at IAA in West Chicago and found Bosa. OMG! I make sure I stop by before or after each flight lesson now. The cake donut with white icing is the best. read more

I stopped in here at about 5 am one Sunday because I don't sleep...like ever. The donuts actually tasted kind of stale and without the frosting would have been nearly tasteless. Just meh. I like to support small businesses but when you only do one thing (donuts), you should do it well and these are just so-so. read more

This place is a gem! My boyfriend brought me here Saturday morning swearing by their donuts. Absolutely correct! Crispy on the outside and soft on the inside...melt in your mouth. They kept bringing out fresh trays. Friendly and courteous service. Worth the go! read more

Very yummy! One of the few places that I cheat on my diet! I can not resist the giant, fluffy, yeast donuts with way too much frosting! It is like my kids are standing next to the baker saying, "It needs more icing!" That is what you will find in the display case. Definitely a treat! read more

Since all doughnuts are compared to Dunkin Doughnuts i will say their custard were warm and sub-par. The doughnuts are stacked upright in the box causing the frosting to melt on all of them. Their cake doughnuts are better than DD but not substantially so. Can't say I'd go back. read more

Wonderful donuts! I have the glazed or the cinnamon or a sugar long john or a jelly roll. All are excellent because the pastry is so light and tasty. Good coffee too, if you are OK with a good honest cup of joe. And the owners are so friendly. read more

Famous in Phoenix and the best donuts in Arizona, unfortunately only one location in Illinois. Dunkin Donuts make their donuts in a central location and truck them out to the stores daily, Bosa Donuts all are made fresh on site. The Apple Fritter is the donut of choice in Arizona but falls short here. They are cooked a little more "Extra Crispy" and are more Lumpy out west and are definitely more tasty. They serve a more "Generic" Fritter here with less Apple filling and more like a Danish. If they were a little crispier and lumpier they would be comparable. You can special order Extra crispy here I'm sure but not the same. read more

i work in the area, im simple, so a glazed donut is made to perfection. thats all i get there. very delicious, only thing. there is a minimum with a debit card. but other than that. i recommend the glazed donut! read more

I recently discovered Bosa Donuts while I was on my way home from work. From the minute I walked in this little donut shop the smell was incredible. I tried the old fashioned glazed and the chocolate old fashioned and both of these donuts are probably some of the best I've ever had. Throughout the recent weeks I continued to sample more local donut shops throughout Saint Charles and Geneva and by far I view Bosa as the best. The doughnuts are a nice size they are only $1.00 per doughnut and I can't say enough on how tasty these treats are. However with all the rave I have for my new found doughnut love I do have one gripe which are the cheap white bags that they put them in. The bags are so cheap you end up losing most of the frosting as it sticks and soak through the bag and trying to get a box from these people is like pulling teeth unless you are buying a least a half a dozen. So come on bosa please oh please here my cry invest in some better bags to serve your customers your awesome doughnuts without losing all of the awesomeness because we all know the frosting is one of the best parts and losing it is the bag is not cool and that's why I cannot rate you 5 stars what a shame. read more

My kids loved Bosa way back when they were in Woodridge. We were so bummed when they shut down. Then, miraculously, about a year ago my daughter just happened to see them when she was driving to St Charles for some event. Since then we've made the long drive several times. My daughter even had them at her wedding instead of a cake!! read more

These are by far the best donuts around. I'd driven past Bosa thousands of times and never noticed it. Had them at a neighbors house and now I have to force myself to drive past without stopping. It's a small business and a little grubby but the donuts are homemade, not the mass produced versions you get at DD's. Pass on the coffee. $4 minimum purchase for credit cards. Get there earlier for the best and freshest selection. read more
