I've been to a few Bosa locations around the Valley, and this was my first visit to this one. Glad to see a location in Scottsdale - there's one in south Scottsdale and that's it. It's a big space and clean, with plenty of parking, even a few spots specifically dedicated to the shop. I visited one weekend morning and there was only one group inside, and a few cars in their drive-thru. I had some coupons and wanted to use one, so I ordered a small Thai tea with boba and added a chocolate croissant (one of my favorite pastries). The man ringing me up was friendly and made my transaction easy. He asked if I wanted my croissant heated up, and I said yes. My items were prepared quickly and I was on my way. My drink hit the spot and the boba wasn't super fresh, but it was fine. The croissant was very chocolaty, chewy and delicious; really enjoyed it. A Turkey Croissant + A Bagel That Passed the Squish Test Okay, let me tell y'all about this breakfast because I was having a whole conversation with myself I ordered the turkey croissant sandwich with jalapeños, lettuce, tomatoes, turkey, and cheese... and BABY, it was GOOD! Everything tasted fresh, flavorful, and well put together. My husband got a breakfast sandwich on a bagel, and when he offered me a bite, I said, "Nope, that bagel probably hard." He said, "No, it's REALLY soft." So I squished it... and y'all... HE WAS RIGHT. That bagel was SO soft! My only little suggestion would be to spread the mayo directly on the bread instead of just having it between the egg and sausage, but honestly, that's a small thing because the food was delicious. Now let's talk about the service because WOW It was so prompt that I could barely get my thoughts together before the gentleman helping us was already answering my questions and getting us taken care of! He was very informative, friendly, and clearly knew the menu. And I LOVE the bright yellow uniforms the staff wear! You definitely can't miss them! The atmosphere is also super clean, bright, and inviting. There's a TV, a cute little bookshelf, and plenty of little touches that make the space feel welcoming. I did notice the sign about table games, though, so just a heads-up: don't bring your whole game night setup expecting this to be the spot. This feels much more like a place to grab some delicious food, enjoy the clean atmosphere, and relax for a bit. Overall, I would HIGHLY recommend giving them a try! BoSa Donuts but with a beautiful view!!! You can see the mountains just looking out the windows! The staff are so friendly and professional. They explained the menu and had a wonderful variety of donuts!!! Highly recommend their chocolate cream filled donuts, powder raspberry jelly donuts, cinnamon rolls, muffins, and their croissants! They also have a great lunch! You get to choose your preference of bread, meat and so on! Same goes for their breakfast sandwiches! One of my personal favs out of their drinks is their taro boba, Thai tea and Vietnamese coffee!! So delicious! You can also tell them the sweet levels of what you want. I always get half sweet. I have gone to this location over the years, and it's getting worse each time. I was there today and the girl working the counter was rude. I was buying two donuts and she grabbed the stale looking ones. When I asked her to give me the fresh ones, she said, "They're all the same, it doesn't matter what I give you." I was so put off by that I just walked out. I will never go there again! read more

The man seemed nicer...but the lady who served me was nasty. There were hardly any other customers around yet the service was slower than molasses flowing in a refrigerator! Ever since we noticed they were putting a BoSa in this neighborhood everybody has been so excited. Safe to say BoSa lived up to the hype! Over the past couple of months my family and I have stopped in and tried most of their menu. We absolutely love their donuts here as they're always so fresh. We've even stopped by to read and do homework/ enjoy the ambiance of the space. They have a very comfy seating area and play area for kids as well. The service is always great and they have very kind employees here! Last time I stopped by the gentlemen at the counter recommended I try the Vietnamese coffee and it was fantastic. I dragged my family over to try it later that week and we all love it. It's just the extra kick you need in the mornings. We also love the iced mocha and bagel sandwiches they offer. On another note my mom and I absolutely love their donut window, it's so creative! Other than that this place is great and I really recommend if you're in the area or stopping by. read more

The customer service here is so aggressively unwelcoming that I can confidently say I would rather give up doughnuts for the rest of my life than return. And I love doughnuts. They technically have a kids' area, but calling it "for kids" is generous. Children are not allowed to laugh, smile, move, or exist without being scolded and immediately instructed to clean up--as if they're tiny interns, not actual humans. The vibe is less "family-friendly" and more "silent library with frosting." Water is free, but ice? Absolutely not. Apparently that's where they draw the line financially. There's no music, no air conditioning, and zero atmosphere--just warm air, awkward silence, and the distinct feeling that happiness is an upcharge. As for the doughnuts themselves... I genuinely questioned how old they were. When a place cuts every corner possible to save a buck, freshness becomes suspicious by default. In short: no warmth, no vibe, no service, and no reason to come back. If this were the only doughnut shop left on earth, I'd simply stop eating doughnuts and move on with my life. I stopped here on a whim after kiddos swim class. And we have been coming back ever since because of the wonderful service. Both the lady and the gentleman that have helped me here have been wonderful. They are patient, helping me understand their vast drink menu and helping me customize it to a level of sweetness I feel comfortable with (they always let me have the drink less sweet). Horrible! The customer service sucks! They yelled at my friends and they got me and friends order wrong and proceeded to say that we were wrong! There is no air conditioner and I felt so awkward talking to them. They were very aggressive and made me pay for no ice but the gave me ice. The food was a 3 but their care to their customers is a 0. I love iced coffee. Especially Vietnamese Iced Coffee. What I DON'T like is paying $8 (with tip) for a "16 oz" iced coffee and getting 14 oz of ice and less than 2 oz of coffee. I tried to remedy this today by asking for lite ice. They wanted to charge me $2 extra. Sorry, I wont be back. You lost a regular customer. read more

BOSA Donuts is okay overall. I really appreciate the coupon mailers they send out -- those deals are great! The drive-through is impressive and super convenient, which I love. Unfortunately, the service isn't the best, and the coffee leaves a lot to be desired. The donuts are just okay -- nothing particularly special or memorable.
