Great service & very nice people. I ended up at Boss Auto Center due to proximity to work after realizing my car heater was no longer working and the vehicle was overheated. I brought the car over during my lunch break and was initially impressed at how nice the employees are. After explaining my situation they told me to leave the car and they would call me...and then even insisted that they give me a ride back to work so I didn't have to walk in the cold. The owner kept me updated throughout the day of the status of my car and when it was ready he brought my fixed car to me at work. My car broke down and I took it to Sunrise Chevy dealership in forest Hills. 4 months still not fixed so I called Boss Auto Center. The owner was so nice and got me a tow truck to tow my car to him. Less than a week he had the engine replaced and my car was ready for pick up. Boss Auto Center listens to his customers and I was treated was respect and understanding.Boss Auto Center Fixed my car in less than a week and Sunrise Chevy couldn't do it in 4 months. The owner of this shop is the most trust worthy mechanic I have ever met in my life. I take my BMW here and I also service my girlfriends Honda here. We need more places like boss auto around he will tell you straight up what is wrong with your car. He will not try to sell you anything you do not need. This is a great place for auto repairs. Boss Li gave us an accurate and fair upfront estimate on cost and time to complete a minor fender bender, ordered parts in advance, and scheduled a later time to come back (so as to not unnecessarily hold on to our car). Repairs came out great in 2 hours on our return visit. Just to compare, insurance company's "authorized" repair shop would have cost much more and would have taken 2 days and left me without a car. Not only did they take me in on a short notice, they even put my repair on priority since I'm not local. Their main mechanic is really good too, very skillful and meticulous. It's a wonderful experience to go to a mechanic that gives it to you straight. No extra talk to beef up the price of the job.
