    I got the Groupon deal for an oil change and called to request an appointment. I went in and was immediately taken at my time unlike other places I've been where they check you in and don't even work on your car until like an hour later. A smaller location so they didn't have like a waiting room but I just sat in the chair they had watching shows. Oil change was super quick. No gimmicks or marks up when you get there which I've had happen with other Groupons. The price you paid on Groupon was the only price! They even helped me back out the car as it was a main traffic area, they didn't just leave me hanging on my own waiting.

    I had purchased a Groupon for a oil change and tire rotation. The price was good and the shop was close by. I called and there was no answer. So I left a message. I didn't get a call back. I drove by to talk to someone. The shop was open but no one was there. The Groupon was a good price so I'll keep the 5 starts for that and once they stated the work it didn't take long This is a small neighborhood shop, It was nice to support them. I thought about not going here but I had purchased the deal. I drove by again and they had time to get my car in. The Gr

    Was in the area and decided to get an oil change, I called Boss Auto and they were willing to take me in right away. I spoke with Robert he was very nice and helpful. A short moment after arriving they promptly started on my oil change. I'm a happy customer and will be back in the future for sure.

    Had a Groupon for this, great price, they did the oil change and tire rotation fairly quickly. Friendly guys, informative. Will come back.

    On April 3, 2026, I dropped my car off at Full Service Auto & Transmission Repairs for what should…read morehave been a simple repair -- replacing the skid plate. I found Francis through an online search because of the many positive reviews, and during our first interaction he was friendly, professional, and seemed very knowledgeable. He ordered the part directly from Acura and quoted me a fair price. My car was ready the following day, but when I arrived to pick it up, Francis informed me that my vehicle had been involved in an accident while in his care. He explained that another driver had been speeding through the parking lot and crashed into him. He gave me the other driver's information, and I contacted him immediately. The other driver gave a very different version of events. He stated that he was backing out of a parking space and did not see Francis. He also told me that Francis provided his driver's license information but refused to share insurance information. Now, more than a month later, I still have a damaged vehicle and have not received insurance information from Francis despite multiple phone calls, text messages, and outreach from Mercury Insurance. I trusted this shop to take care of my car, not return it to me in worse condition and leave me responsible for a $500 deductible. What has been most disappointing is the lack of accountability and urgency. Francis acted as though this situation was not a major concern and repeatedly assured me that the other driver would "take care of it," which has not happened. According to the other driver, Francis even asked him to change the story about what happened. I chose this business because of its strong reviews and the image Francis presents, but my experience has been extremely stressful and disappointing. I believe customers deserve honesty, transparency, and responsibility when their vehicle is in someone else's care.
